I love the Hotworx concept and the flexibility of scheduling, however, this location really needs some attention Often a room will be out of service because something needs to be fixed.
The monitors are placed too high in the rooms for when you’re doing floor exercises.
Sometimes the audio is not operational
The gym area is dirty and needs new updated weight equipment.
If you get there on time for your scheduled session, your room might not be heated so you need to get there 15 minutes early just to heat up your room before your session

Even if you didn't step foot in a sauna they have ample gym equipment in the back. What the lack in variety of equipment they more than make up for by NOT being over crowded like other gyms. I was very unaware that you had to pay a fee of $85.00 and you can still utilize the gym for 2 months or pay an instant payment of $99.00 to cancel your membership at HOTWORX! The facility is always kept clean. The only concern I have is how long the equipment gets repaired after it’s reported to the staff. One of the bikes was squeaking loudly when in use. And it was the most annoying thing ever. We reported it and for at least a month nothing was done. Not sure why but the owners need to be mindful of their equipments and make sure it’s calibrated correctly to avoid inconveniences like these.

I’ve been going to Hotworx for the last four years. I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I ever made. They are always available, have a huge variety of workouts to do and you get a great calorie burn in a very short amount of time. That was, honestly, the driving factor for me. My schedule between work and family is so hectic, I needed somewhere that could accommodate my time. Hotworx is the place!

I’ve been a consistent member of the Hotworx Woodforest location for about two years and I cannot recommend it more strongly.

It’s a great program for all fitness levels with tons of variety from HIIT to free weights to Hot Yoga/Pilates/ISO/Core. All instructor lead from the privacy of “your own” sauna.

As a former collegiate athlete who had long since retired from physical activity I could never get back into a consistent routine post-college. That all changed following my first few weeks at Hotworx. I absolutely look forward to going every day my travel schedule allows and have seen solid results over time.

I dig the variety, constantly mixing it up from HIIT Rowing, HIIT Cycling, Hot Core, Hot ISO, etc. 45 minutes and I’m done.

I’ve never felt or looked better in my life at age 40. RUN, don’t walk to Hotworx!

I have been a member of Hotworx since April 22, and I truly love going here. One of the best things about the place is being able to go whenever I want. That flexibility makes me stick to getting my Hotworx session in no matter how busy I am. The different Hotworx workouts keep me coming back. The HIIT sessions in the infrared heat led by the virtual instructors are my favorite, but the Isometric/yoga classes are wonderful and challenging, too. Got a membership a couple weeks ago and have been going almost every day. I love everything about this place, coming from someone who has not had a gym membership in a long time because I’m clueless and uncomfortable at the gym. I do not feel that way here. I can’t express how much I love hotworx!!! And this location specifically is very nice, in a brand new strip center with healthy food options near. I even got two free guest passes sent in the mail from Marilyn. The ONLY gripe I have is the app, it sucks so bad, but obviously that is corporate and the staff has nothing to do with it. I hope they invest into that soon but either way I will still be there!

AMAZING!!!!!! Don’t get me wrong it’s hot AF. I have a whole new understanding of what the Thanksgiving Turkey or Turducken, I don’t know how fancy your life is, what it must feel. 🔥Tried HotWorx out today for the first time ever and it’s— interesting. Not my cup of tea, but it could be yours.
♦️This is definitely for people interested in hard core sweat sessions, so BE PREPARED.
♦️I did the “Hot Yoga” and tbh it was kind of awkward; only because the TV is pretty much a vertical look up while you’re on the floor doing the movements.
♦️If I was going to do it again I’d try to cycle or something off the floor level so looking at the TV wasn’t so difficult intra-workout.
♦️The room was 120 ish to start, I would start your room at like 80-95 for your first visit.
♦️Staff was SUPER sweet and everything was extremely clean

👉🏻My Mom and I both left feeling refreshed and my back pain was gone after half a class, so even though I didn’t love it— it serves its purpose for sure.

This is a great way to work out efficiently. Infrared heat and virtual instructors help you with your chosen activity as you can chose rowing, cycling or any of the other 30 minute yoga, pilates, core, etc. Great workout in less time and infrared heat sweats away toxins and stress.

This place was great, I am new to the sauna technology they use and was skeptical at first but trust me when I worked out the first time I could feel it. At first I was like I can do this at home, after all you’re watching a tv screen. Until I tried it!! I’m totally hooked, and by hooked I mean addicted!! I have lost 6lbs in 3 weeks and have more energy! Another bonus, I’m very hot natured person and now I’m getting acclimated to the heat and being in Houston you all know that means a lot!!! I find myself getting goose bumps in my own house with the thermostat set to 73! That’s amazing for me! I think this will work for everyone, every age, and weight.. if you think the heat is too much just start by going in there and reading a book, or FBing, whatever.. You are still sweating and getting used to it and eventually you will find yourself getting eager to do the videos. Another reason I love this place is it’s half the time of normal workouts, major plus!! Good luck I hope it will do the same for you as it has done for me.

I have been a member of HotWorx for over two years and absolutely love it! Not only is it a good workout, but it has helped me health wise. I was diagnosed with post streptococcal arthritis back in 2014 and it has helped tremendously with the daily pains. There’s different classes to choose from that targets your entire body! I started Hot Worx May 2021 from a real dark place and then I met Greg at HOTWORX and he encouraged me to do 1 month give it a try! What do you know, from 215 lbs to 168 lbs Size 16 now to a size. 10 jeans! I’m the one that wears a neoprene onzie full body wrap! LOVE THIS PLACE! My husband and I started Hotworx in June because much like everyone else, we had gained the LB'S during CV. I totally thought I was going to die! Heated, infrared training?!
