Hotworx Murphy is such a great studio! The location is clean, and the staff is very welcoming. The class I took was fantastic—quick, efficient, and exactly what I needed.

A special shout-out to Abby, who was working on Web-Friday. She is so kind, knowledgeable, and truly made my visit feel extra special. If you’re thinking about joining, definitely look for Abby—she’s amazing and will take great care of you!

It’s is an amazing place to work out! The atmosphere is motivating, the workouts are effective, and the staff is always friendly and supportive. Working out here has changed my life, not only physically, but mentally as well. I absolutely LOVE Hotworx-Murphy! I was a little apprehensive about joining due to health issues, and also keeping in mind that I would probably not be able to maintain my membership for very long because of these issues. I’ve always been someone who enjoyed working out until I couldn't. After 1yr of being a member, I’m the happiest as I can be, and so glad I chose to join. I feel stronger both physically and mentally. The staff here is nothing less than amazing! Christine, Olivia, Katie, Jessica, Jamie, Deva, and Erika are all very welcoming, kind, and easy to talk to. “Earning the Burn” is what keeps me motivated and holds me accountable to collect points in rewards at the end of the challenges offered.

After joining HOTWORX Murphy back in March I’ve lost 20 pounds but more importantly I’ve gotten exponentially stronger! I love seeing how far I’ve come mentally, physically etc. Love the flexibility and being able to go with friends or by myself. I appreciate the safety for both me and my daughters with the 24/7 access via perpetually locked doors. And the staff is top notch! They really make it fun and help my accountability with monthly and 90 day challenge which offer incredible reward prizes!

This location exceeds expectations. It is always clean and the staff is ready to help. Christine (the owner) has had a long medical career and can converse about medical benefits of sauna. Daya (The GM) is a nutritionist that has lost a ton of weight herself and can get you going on healthy eating habits. Jessica, Olivia, Jamie, and Katie are all friendly and ready to help you create your own workout routine. I'm hanging around, it's good for my health. :-)

I absolutely LOVE Hotworx!!! It has been one year since I joined and I have never been so consistent in my exercise routine. I can honestly say that "I'm addicted"! I'm so inspired by the "Earn the Burn", if that's what it's called. Every 90 days there is a challenge to burn a certain number of calories and it Really motivates me! I have met this challenge every single time and it makes me want to keep going. Also, this is the cleanest gym I have ever been to. Every staff member is Awesome!!! They are all so friendly, helpful and so welcoming. Their events are always fun,too. I plan to work out here for a long, long time.

Joined HotWorx about 4 months ago as a “Anywhere” member. I am so addicted to HotWorx! But especially LOVE the Murphy location!! The staff are nice and helpful, but not overbearing. The facility is big for HotWorx with a great space for free weights. The bathrooms are clean and there are towels for the shower!! It’s the little things that set Murphy apart from the others! Such a great gym!!

I have visited several locations in this by far is the cleanest, nicest, and most organized location by far.

Special shout out to Olivia who didn’t sit down one time the entire hour I was there as she ran back-and-forth cleaning, organizing, folding towels, making sure the place looked as spotless as it probably always does .

I’m sure the owner knows but Olivia is an absolute gem and an incredible asset to your operation.

Let me brag about the shower, not all locations, have a shower, and the ones that do so far are a bit of an afterthought. This one feels like you’re at a bed-and-breakfast that was designed interior decorator. I’m not exaggerating, (I actually sell shower remodels for a living!)

If I didn’t live over an hour away, this would be the location of choice without hesitation.

As a sidenote, this is an incredible concept for a gym. You are guaranteed to get a great workout while you detox. I crave this every day now, it’s a challenge to see how much water I can drink while I’m at HOTWORX!

Losing weight and feeling incredible and the cycling Motion seems to really help my hips because I’ve noticed reduction in pain and inflammation since I started coming in and moving/sweating with the on screen trainers

I am SOOOOO HAPPY that I decided to commit to becoming the healthiest me possible. The way for me to do it was to pick a place that would benefit me the most! CHOOSING HOTWORX AS MY WORKOUT FACILITY IS ONE OF THE BEST DECISIONS I HAVE MADE THIS YEAR! It has a variety of workouts. I have the ability to choose what i want to do when i want to do it as often as I want to. If I can’t get in a full workout routine, there are HIITs that I can do. Being that I have the Sweat Everywhere Membership, I can go to any HOTWORX of my choosing!!! I’ve worked off fifteen inches so far. I met Katie “The GM @ the Murphy Location” last year at an event! SHE HAS BEEN THE BEST!!!! HOTWORX is DEFINITELY BLESSED & FORTUNATE TO HAVE HER AS A PART OF THEIR TEAM!!!

beware !! Not safe to practice while pregnant or trying to be pregnant but they won’t tell you until after you signed up for it !!
The general manager was super rude. I got a membership 3 months ago, but I haven’t been able to actually take advantage of it since I was then told that I couldn’t utilize while pregnant or trying to get pregnant. I tried to cancel today and I am being forced to pay 2 additional months of membership to cancel even though I can’t use it because I am pregnant and is harmful to my baby!! I already gave them 3 months of free money and won’t do an exception for pregnancy. I get policy whatever , but the way she talked to me was condescending and just with total lack of empathy. I felt so belittled by her treatment I just walked out. Didn’t even said I am sorry , I wish there is something I could do or something, or try to show some care. It’s not about the money but the treatment !!
