I absolutely love the concept of infrared light and sauna based work outs. They were extremely accommodating by allowing me to pause my membership during my pregnancy. It’s my first month back in a year and I’m so glad to be back! Joclyn is always so kind and helpful. I’ve missed this place so much. I love the flexibility of booking workouts on the app and 24 hr convenience.

I have nothing but great things to say about the staff. However, there were some issues as to why I cancelled my membership here.

For starters, I was told when signing up that a new video comes out each month so you wouldn’t get bored with the same videos. If you go around the same time each day you are most likely going to get the same video that played the day prior. There needs to be a better shuffling of the videos. I decided to switch up my schedule so I’d stop getting the same videos but I kept noticing after a while it was boring me. When I asked the employee about the monthly videos, because I hadn’t seen any new videos in 4 months, she said she’d look into it. No one ever got back to me about it and the same videos continued to play. So I cancelled my membership because I want to be excited and not bored with working out.

Love Hotworx!! The staff here is always SO nice and available through text during working hours if you ever have a random question! I tried the free class, did the BLAST class, and immediately was hooked. Cancelled my regular gym membership and joined here! Love the versatility of going wherever too!!

I can't say enough great things about both HOTWORX and this specific location! The staff is the friendliest and most welcoming! They take care of their members and make them want to come back. I always arrive feeling stressed and leave feeling refreshed. Between the amazing workouts in the infrared saunas, and the interactions with their staff, I highly recommend!

By far my favorite HOTWORX. It is my “home” location, therefore I’m a bit partial. I must say…the staff, Courtney, Jocelyn, and Darby are just fantastic. They always greet you with a smile and positive attitude!! Coming here is almost guaranteed my favorite part of my days.

I love Hotworx! The staff is amazing and the facilities are clean and well maintained. What I love the most tho are the amazing results in such doable easy fast sessions... I can get in and out in less than 30 minutes with results I have never gotten before!!! 🥰

I love that the studio is open 24/7, which makes it super convenient to fit a workout into my busy schedule. I definitely just found my new favorite gym! I’m always anxious trying a new place out, but I truly enjoyed Hotworx! My favorite gym. I love the versatility and options that you have a HOTWORX. I’ve referred 9 of my closest friends and they are all enjoying it. It’s 24 hours and very affordable. So far my favorite work outs are Hot Yoga/Pilates, Hot Thunder/Hot Blast and Hot Barre. Jocelyn is my favorite employee so if you’re deciding on joining tell her I sent you.

Best gym ever! I’ve been a member since august and I have enjoyed every minute of my membership here. In love with the 24/7 access, it is always so clean and tidy, and the staff is great! I love hotworx! I joined in June as a sweat here and now I am a sweat everywhere and I have to say the creekside location is still my favorite! the staff is amazing and the saunas and equipment are always clean!

Hotworx is it amazing corporation with their saunas and work out equipment. open 24/7? Very easy access. I've yet to try yoga; I just find the towel in the mat to be very expensive$100. The staff is very supportive and understanding. I had a complaint about the toilet paper being out two days in a row and that's unacceptable. Management should stay on top of these things and stock toilet paper in the bathroom, not just one roll at a time

I got a membership starting in January and I absolutely love HotWorx! These workouts make you sweat! Workouts range from 15-40 minutes and make it super easy to work out with a busy schedule. It’s also 24 hours with an open weights area.
