I came in today for a trial workout and tour of the studio. Cayleigh is the one who called me to set up the appt and she was there when I came in. She let me know she hasn't been at this location for long but I wouldn't have known! She was so knowledgeable and covered every detail I needed to know. She did not pressure me to purchase a membership and gave me all of my options so everything was very clear.

I was able to use bands, towels and a mat all for free and Cayleigh set my sauna up for me. I knew when I came in I would likely want to sign up but if I hadn't been interested already, her amazing customer service would have convinced me :)

I'm so excited to start my hotworx journey and will definitely be purchasing some of their gear soon. All of the merchandise seemed to be great pricing and quality! The studio was very clean and I could tell Cayleigh was committed to maintaining that throughout the day.

I have absolutely fallen in love with Hotworx. I go regularly (at least 6 days a week) and I can definitely see the changes in my body! I have recommended Hotworx to all of my family and friends. I am a Sweat Everywhere member (you can access any Hotworx location nationwide). I have been to many different locations and am so proud to call North Woodlands my home studio. It is always extremely clean, the owners, manager and staff are very involved and attentive to their members. Shoutout to the manager, Stephanie! She is so knowledgeable, kind and engaging with the members. I love the monthly challenges to keep things exciting and fun.

I’ve always wanted to try this place out and I finally had a chance to try it yesterday!! Fell in love with the place! I fell into a funk and stopped working out for over a year…and now I’m finally back and ready to get back into it and hopefully make some friends along the way! Wow! First time doing a workout like this, I was skeptical and hesitant at first, but I was way wrong, this is an awesome workout experience, cut your workouts in half burn double the calories!. Plus the infrared sauna health benefits during and after your work out, don’t take my word for it, come try it out for your self!. The owners are great!, customer service is on par! Did I mention you sweat like there is no tomorrow with no discomfort at all. 100% recommended. A+++ experience.

I'm truly a person who hates to work out, but HOTWORX has changed my life! I was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that had me layed up in bed most of the time. All my joints hurt and my inflammation was through the roof. I'm so happy that I decided to give HOTWORX a try and was hooked from the first workout. The facility is always clean, and the staff are super friendly and helpful!

Gah hotworx is changing my life! I finally look forward to working out. The saunas are clean and feel like a retreat from the business of the world.
