I really enjoy HOTWORX overall the workouts are great, the only thing I wish they would improve is the schedule. Since the same sessions are offered at the same times every day, it’s hard to try different classes. It would be nice if they rotated the schedule every other day so members could experience more variety.

This place is very strict it’s actually ridiculous. My sister and I who both have memberships walked in together and I received a text saying if that happens again a fee will be charged to my account. I thought that was crazy so I called to verify and it was exactly that. The employee said the cameras can’t pick up when someone has a membership so it’ll count the other person as a guest after hours but yet they knew it was me and my sister because we both received that text? Not only did she say that, but she said if we go together after hours one of us will have to go in with our code, shut the door, then the second person can go in using her own code. Also you have to purchase their crazy priced items only through HOTWORX. You can’t take your own equipment due to temperatures not withholding on anything else so you HAVE to purchase their $115 mats and towels. And regardless you have to pay for 5 months because you have a 3 month trial and can only cancel after those 3 months and you have to give a 2 month notice. So in the end you’re paying $600+ for their most basic membership for only 5 months. That is crazy.

Victoria, the manager, is rude and condescending. If you want to cancel you have to pay upfront or keep paying for months you don’t want. Talk about locking you into a contract.

I love Hotworx!!!! I joined in May of 2023 and absolutely love my results. I have muscle tone I have never had and I feel so much stronger. I have also not gotten any injuries to sideline me and I 100% believe that the heat and infrared sauna is responsible for that!

I am typically hesitant to join any studios because of bad experiences in the past, but Victoria is very helpful and professional in managing the studio, and also very supportive of local businesses as well. The studio is clean the people there are easy-going and welcoming.

Cancelation policy is ridiculous and
Completely outdated. In person only? Insane according to the franchisee they’re unable to cancel electronically and only in person. Not to mention customer service representatives are the opposite of friendly.

I love Hotworx! Mariah did my first tour and explained everything so well. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so welcome in a gym. The classes are incredible and I love that it’s 24 hours! If you haven’t tried it, you should!

It’s been a great experience from day 1.
The HOTWORX team has been attentive and welcoming from onboarding and opening day to the present. Alex got me registered and has been awesome throughout as well. Facility is clean, organized and has more rooms than any other location🙌🏼
