This is a very well kept facility with outstanding staff. I am a “sweat everywhere” member and many of the studios I visit have broken equipment that is still broken even months later. That is not the case at this location; if a piece of equipment goes down they fix it right away.

The 6-month contract is scummy and predatory. My daughter talked me into getting this for her and we had to buy out the contract because she didn't go. There's no reason you should have to sign a contract to use a gym, this isn't a car purchase or house rental, it's a gym membership!

I'm so sick of this place, my wife has been trying to cancel her membership here for the past 4 months and we keep getting charged month after month. She goes there in person to tell them and they said they will take care of it and they don't.

Employees are very nice.
Facility very clean.
One of my favorite showers out all locations.

However, the FX Zone is TINY TINY & they seem to always be restocking , unboxing , and cleaning during work hours.

Leaving half of the area unable to use. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking to do your own work outs as well..

Hotworx is my happy place from now on!! I am not a sporty kind of girl but since I enrolled here I am always looking forward my scheduled sessions. I am a full time working mom, Hotworxs has helped me tremendously to reduce my anxiety levels.

I have been coming since January and can honestly say it’s a great facility. Staff is super friendly and they always keep the saunas, showers and restroom clean. Only issues I’ve had has really been with rude patrons, ppl coming in the sauna and keeping the door open while they talk… and being generally rude. However, that’s not an everyday thing and it happens everywhere. I really enjoy the classes and the ability to go at my own pace. I absolutely love the ability to schedule and see if a class is full or not before even showing up. I’m a fan so far, and I’m looking forward to using the gym more often. There is also a space for weights, outside the sauna, which is a great change of pace if you want to do something different. Definitely recommend this place if you enjoy working out in the sauna.

I just came in to work out after work. Ive tried coming at different times of the day. But this is the 3rd time that I arrive and the session I booked my appointment for is taken. Why even bother making appointments if Im going to walk in to a full session or no space because the person on the session is taking up the entire sauna!!

I just got done with my 3rd workout at Hotworx. The staff and manager, Lori, are extremely friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain all the classes and equipment to me. I like that it’s available 24 hours for members. The equipment and saunas are clean and new. There’s a variety of classes for all skill levels. I’ve really enjoyed working out here the past couple of days.

Absolutely love HOTWORX!! I am recovering from surgery and some old injuries and the workouts available are easily modified and the infrared saunas have helped a ton !!

I love going to Hotworx! Don’t be intimidated to try it out. The workout sessions can be done at your own pace. The infrared heat can be controlled to your own setting. There are so many benefits to doing a Hotworx workout. The staff does a great job with keeping the facility clean and a extremely helpful when you have questions.

Hotworx absolutely changed my life. I love all of the different classes that work different parts of my body. I usually get there at 5:00am to make sure the heat is cranking. Great place to pray and meditate while waiting for the sauna to come to temp. I love the detoxification the infrared sauna gives you. It feels so good to sweat all of those toxins out. I thank my friend Sonya who turned me on to this place!

My wife absolutely loves working out here and we recommend it to everyone. She gets up every morning at 4:50 am to go before work and she is the furthest thing from a morning person. That is how much she enjoys it. As an added bonus, Carmen (the owner) is one of the best people you will ever meet. This is a really cool place run by an awesome person.

I have workout my whole life (on and off, lol) and this is one of my most enjoyable experiences that produces noticeable results. 40 to 45 mins 3 or 4 times a week is the most i do and I can see the difference in my body. I have only been at hotworx since June. If u are not use to the heat it will probably take u a couple of visits to get ur body acclimated but once you do, you won't even notice the heat. 😎

This is a really great model. I love the work outs. An added bonus us that my skin is crazy soft. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I love the 24 hour access, it makes it really flexible for my crazy schedule.
