YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO CANCEL. You cannot cancel through the app or over the phone or in person. You have to go to the corporate website, find your location, click “join now”, find a very obscure hamburger menu, and then there’s a cancel button. I was literally sending screenshots to a Hotworx employee and they had to guide me towards it.

The worst part…if you want to cancel, you have to submit a $150 PAYMENT because they charge you for three months to cancel. It’s a lot of cash up front, especially if you have a membership for more than one person.

They’re apparently not able to just cancel your account and get the three months charged on schedule, even though you’ll still have gym access for all three months.

I signed up in early June expecting a six-month membership through December. Hotworx is now telling me June “doesn’t count” and my membership runs through January — which turns six months into eight payments. When I raised it, they were dismissive and pointed to the fine print instead of owning the confusion or offering a remedy.

This feels intentionally misleading and calls their business integrity into question. If a company won’t be upfront about billing, I can’t trust them with anything else. I’m warning others: read every line, ask exact billing start/end dates, and be prepared

Thinking about a membership,?just go walk at home any buy you a Sauna , customer service has went down the drain.A little bit of understanding and courtesy goes a long way,I have texts saying after 6 months I can cancel for free..when did 6 months turn into 8 based offsometimes billing cycle.I pay for 6 months, it should be cancelled .period.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciate! My only downside is that the Hot Blast workout bikes are much less comfortable compared to the ones at the Palm Valley location. Blast is my favorite workout, so it’s a little disappointing. Hopefully they’ll upgrade the bike seat cushions soon, because everything else about the experience is great.

Awesome work out, safe, clean and welcoming place. I had to adjust my schedule with staff was so helpful. I signed up and have been enjoying the accessibility and privacy. I work out late and easy check in. I am literally addicted to hot yoga and like the app to track progress. I also like they do competitions and little events to get members engaged. Thank staff and happy I joined!

I've been going to hotworx for a couple years now and this is my absolute favorite location! Staff is always friendly, studio is well kept at all times. Big shout out to rozlynn, she's super informative and always has a huge smile on her face! If you haven't tried a session you're missing out!

I absolutely love working out at Hotworx Pflugerville! The studio is always clean, the atmosphere is motivating, and the infrared workouts are such a game-changer for both fitness and recovery.

A special shout-out to Rozlynn, who is truly amazing! She’s incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and supported. I recently joined Hotworx with my step daughter + husband, and have been thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. The gym is impeccably maintained, creating a comfortable and hygienic environment for workouts. The staff members are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist and provide guidance. Mackenzie was so helpful and kind when she signed us all up.

I finally found a place that works with my schedule as they have classes all day. The infrared saunas elevate the intensity of the workouts, making each session feel both efficient and rewarding.

The variety of classes—ranging from yoga and Pilates to high-intensity interval training—keeps things exciting and allows me to target different fitness goals. I love that the classes are only 30 minutes long, which is perfect for fitting into my busy schedule, yet I still feel like I get an incredible workout every time.

Just signed up for HOTWORX, and love it so far. Took me awhile to commit, but I kept finding myself craving another sauna work out. I have a gym membership, but get bored of the same routine and needed a little spice.
Also Mackenzie, is great at what she does. She made sure I understood everything about my membership and was very knowledgeable about other products they provide. She was very consistent in the follow up, while trying to get me to join.

I love this HOTWORX location! I’ve been a member here for over a year but really started going super consistently in February of this year. I’ve lost over 35 pounds and am not stopping! The staff at this location are super nice and helpful. Just keep in mind, no location is staffed 24 hours a day. They also give you ways to earn free months of membership through the app just by showing up, working out, and burning calories! If you’re considering joining, I would highly recommend making this location your home gym!

The staff is incredibly friendly and on a mission to make sure your sweat experience is one of a kind! My favorite sessions are hot cycle (15 minutes) and hot yoga (40 minutes). You can make lots of progress even if you go just two or three times a week! Highly recommend!

I've struggled hard for many, MANY years trying to get active, get back into shape and just feeling better overall. I've done the gym memberships and the spinning classes, and while I was consistent and it worked for me during that time, I can never stick to it long term. I even purchased a Peloton almost 2 yrs ago, used it maybe a good 10 times since then and that's it. My energy, the weight gain, and my self-confidence was at it's lowest and I knew I had to fix it asap! I needed something different and Hotworx checked all the boxes! I love the variety of different classes they offer, and I love getting a good sweat on each session! I took my first class in early June with a good friend of mine and I've been hooked since then! Staff is great ,the facility is clean and Hotworx is literally on my path to/from work so it's a win-win for me!
