I love this place! I wasn’t sure if I would like working out in the heat but after I did a free trial I was hooked. I love the flexibility of being able to workout when it’s convenient for me. This location is easy to access, safe, and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I am so glad I gave Hotworx a try! I’m hooked!

I have been begging for the cancellation of my membership. Since the first month they told they have to charge me $99 cancellation fee or wait 3 months of my membership to cancel. So my membership started in December. I called at the beginning of April to cancel my membership and the lady couldn’t help me I called them again at the end and they told me they would need to charge me another month because they used the last 9 days of the month to already charge so the bill was ready for me. TIRED of paying something that I’m not using for almost 4 months I said ok but I need to cancel my membership I gonna pay this month and that’s it. BUT I call again a week ago, again the lady couldn’t help me, I called again yesterday talk to the manager or owner, i told him what was going on with my membership and he said I gonna do it tomorrow I’m not a the office and now I got an email saying that they gonna charge me another $44 month after the membership being cancelled. So I don’t understand what’s the point of having people begging to cancel and no giving a real answer or a honest one. The worst service I could ever ask. I haven’t use the service for so long and it’s just disappointing how they act.
