This is my favorite location of all the HOTWORX offered in the Rockwall/Heath/Fate area. I’m always greeted with a smile, the studio is meticulously maintained and the equipment is always in good working condition. Their staff keeps me up to date on ways to earn free gear, too! (HOTWORX app, raffles, vendor giveaways etc.) Check them out! You won’t be disappointed!

Great gym if you love to sweat. 24/7 hours are great for shift workers or out of cycle workout. Super friendly and helpful staff. Dropping a star for the vending machine, which seems to only take my money… otherwise - the gym is awesome. Highly recommend!

HOTWORX has completely transformed the way I work out! The infrared heat makes every session more effective, and I love that I can get a powerful workout in just 15 to 30 minutes. Probably the most annoying fitness center ever. Don’t fill anything out otherwise you will be called, text and emailed everyday until you ask to politely be removed from their list. But don’t worry they won’t do that, they’ll still call and bother you each month, after you’ve requested a year ago to be removed. Not sure if the gym is good, but the sales representatives very annoying. Very car dealership vibes, they missed their calling.

It was not a good experience. I have been a member since 2023, i had some health issues and I reached out to your office and my account was paused. While it's paused you continued to take out money from my account though i never returned. I am not able to return to hotworx due to health reasons. You have refused to cancel my subscription unless you collect $99.

This place has been so healing. After one month of use I have to add more - beyond 5 stars.
There is the building itself and management - clean and simple to follow rules that make sense. The staff are personable. And I mean they don’t mince words and drone on - they simply give an answer and then get out of the way so that you can make your own decision in your way.

There is the concept - infrared sauna workouts. I can’t say enough about this resource in our community. I hope it never goes away. After one month I am strong both mind and body. Which of course effects spirit. I volunteered for baby duty at church. I was able to easily move around on the floor and get up and down with strength. I knew it was due to the whole body training I was receiving. Excited to see what another few months will do.

I’ve never been amazing at staying consistent at a gym, but since i’ve joined HotWorx I feel really motivated to go! I love the whole concept of the sauna rooms and infrared, and the videos are so helpful too.

The staff is also SO FRIENDLY! So helpful too! I recommend this facility, they do an amazing job of making you feel so welcome, comfortable and inspired. Also, the facility is always spotless too which is so nice since it’s a place where people sweat lol. If you’re thinking of joining I recommend it!

Really unique and interesting workout/ infrared sauna gym. You go in, get in the infrared sauna(not like dru heat saunas - very mild but more deeply pentrating to detox the body), and exercise IN the sauna with bikes and other equipment. It's accessible 24 hrs a day AND it's seriously cheap for a full access membership! Great concept!!
