I love working out at this facility! It truly feels like my happy place. The front desk girl is such a sweetheart—always kind and super helpful. The place is consistently clean and well-equipped, which really makes my workout experience enjoyable!

Love this Gym ever since it open I been a member.
Great person at the front desk.
Love how you can workout on your own, no one to bother or no one to make you feel uncomfortable.
This is a totally different experience, compared to other gym’s.
I would definitely recommend this gym 1000X more.
Come join, try it and you would fall in love with the whole atmosphere.

I absolutely love this place!! I was challenged last year after facing life-changing events including a great deal of loss. My mental and physical health has improved with consistent workouts at Hotworks. Michelle is a great listener and she is caring to her staff and members. Lee is friendly! She assisted me with my transition from my former Sweat Everywhere membership to my current home membership at Rosenberg and it went smoothly. The facility is consistently cleaned and always stocked with towel sanitizers. The prices are affordable and if you are a first responder, teacher or work for a health-related service you will receive a discount. I love my new Hotworks leggings and they were only $15! I highly recommend this facility if you are looking to lower blood pressure, reduce cellulite, lose weight, build muscle, release endorphins or have glowing skin!

I love it here! I had a hystercomy and was looking for something that I could do and help with recovery! I started with the stretching and have now tried everything! Each workout allows you to modify as you get better and better! Love love!!

The young lady up front Ms.Lee is AMAZING! She’s always so encouraging and willing to answer any questions you may have about the workouts or fitness. I love the convenience of 24 hours and the security. Overall extremely great value for the cost !!

I joined HotWorx last summer. I enjoy going… it is available 24/7, you go at your own pace, and signing up for sessions on the app is easy. If you are hesitant that you may not like it, give it a try. There are virtual instructor lead classes for HIIT and assorted isometric sessions , all inside an infrared energy sauna! There is also a
FX Zone with free weights, ropes, and other equipment.

I've been going to HOTWORX Rosenberg for about a month and love it! This location offers clean facilities, a supportive environment, and the freedom to exercise at my own level and pace. The app makes it easy to find a session that fits my schedule and mood, whether it's yoga, HIIT, or something in between. Highly recommend!

I love this place. I read some of the reviews and can’t agree with the bad ones. Lee is an amazing person and very respectful. She cares about our safety and wellbeing while there, happily answers questions, and is just a kind hearted person. She took the time to answer questions I had regarding my wife and workouts. Highly recommend giving them a try!

The owner kick me out of the gym and my work out saying I have jeans and,9:00pm, and it doesn't state that on their policy. I was the only one in the gym at that time. I will never return to this location!

When I arrived at the Hotworx, I immediately noticed the locked door, yet someone was still stationed at the receptionist's desk. Upon attempting to gain entry by knocking, I was met with a disinterested stare from the receptionist who just stayed sitting. Fortunately, a customer kindly opened the door for me. As I entered, I found the receptionist failed to acknowledge my presence. Intent on sending an urgent email, I focused briefly on my task before turning my attention back to the receptionist.

Unfortunately, my daughter accidentally bumped into a sign, prompting the receptionist to glare at her. I calmly assured her it was an innocent mishap, but her continued dismissive demeanor was evident. When she finally addressed me, it was with a noticeable hint of attitude as she curtly asked if she could assist me. Sensing the growing tension and mindful of my children's presence, I inquired if she was the manager, to which she responded with a nonchalant "yes" followed by a dismissive laugh.

Preferring not to engage in a confrontation in front of my children, I made the decision to leave. It was clear to me that this manager displayed a marked lack of professionalism and was ill-suited for a customer-facing role.

Wife and I hadn't been to hotworxs in months . Out of the blue they charged over 200. This after I had disputed them twice with my bank. The owner said is business and that was it. I'm sure he won't call back or refund me. They obviously just care about the money. Horrible customer service. No I have to deal with the bank and wait a month to get my money back. Don't recommend at all.

Great place to workout!! Lee is so rude and have a very unprofessional approach !!! I came to workout with my husband who is also a member and he looked at him crazy and mad with an attitude and told him he needs to open the door with his own code. Mind you, we walked in right behind each other.
