I was skeptical at first but after just a couple of sessions, I was hooked. The workouts are intense but manageable, and I love that I can go whenever it suits my schedule. Super convenient and worth it.

Avoid this place! They mislead you into a 6-month membership while claiming it’s just a one-month trial. No one takes ownership or accountability when you try to resolve it. The facility is poorly managed—they’ll charge you for locker accessories, yet don’t have the promised materials available, and won’t refund your money.

HotWorx has been a game changer for my health and wellness journey! I have chronic medical conditions that made exercise almost impossible for years. HotWorx patented saunas have made it possible for me to exercise regularly, build muscle, and challenge myself physically for the past 10 months with minimal flare ups and I LOVE the workouts! (Ashley B., Brittany, and Maria are amazing virtual trainers, I feel like I know them personally. 😉) With my new exercise routine at HotWorx, along with building a healthy relationship with food, and changing my diet, I have lost over 60 lbs! The staff at this location are super friendly, and I love the retail and merch. I’m always looking for new swag now that I’m replacing my entire wardrobe. 💪🏽👊🏽🫶🏽
