I recently joined HOTWORX at the location on palm valley and I’ve been loving it so far! I’ve been to other areas, but this location specifically is ALWAYS clean, the staff is so personable, and there’s such a variety of workouts to try I love it. I also love the different challenge cards they have monthly! It definitely gives me motivation to go more often. I have no doubt the people who work here are very nice and the services are standard for hotworx but the constant calling is insanely annoying. I signed up with a phone number to learn more about a promotion and this location has called my phone nearly everyday for almost a month now. I have blocked all the numbers that have called me so far and there are still constantly new numbers calling.

I understand that there is a need to advertise your business and perhaps the people who call earn commission for each membership they sign but even scammers give up after the first week. If a client isn't responding to the emails being sent and after the 3rd phone call there is still no activity, leave them alone. They're not interested. Please.

As a former D1 track athlete, I’ve been through some seriously tough training, but nothing has pushed me quite like HOTWORX. These are the hardest fitness classes I’ve ever taken, and I love it. Every session leaves me drenched, exhausted in the best way, and feeling absolutely incredible. It’s truly the best sweat of my life.

The workouts are intense, but they’re also smart, designed to deliver results and take care of your body. I’ve never found a fitness program that strikes that balance so perfectly. You get strength, cardio, endurance, and recovery all in one. It’s efficient, it’s effective, and the progress I’ve seen speaks for itself.

This Round Rock location is top-notch. Larissa, Abby, and Mackenzie (and I’m sure the rest of the staff too!) make this place special. They’re kind, knowledgeable, and always create such a positive, motivating environment. You can tell they truly care about the members.

The studio is immaculate, easily one of the cleanest and best-maintained fitness spaces I’ve ever been in. Everything from the saunas to the weight gym and bathrooms is spotless, which just adds to the overall experience.

If you’re looking for a serious workout that challenges you physically and mentally, and delivers real results, HOTWORX Round Rock is the place. I’m obsessed.

Pros:
Very clean gym.. I must say even rest rooms are maintained nice..
Workouts gets changed for every 2 months so that we don't get bored..
Price is affordable and timings are flexible..
Staff are really friendly..
Not sure about sauna benefits but you will get sweat a lot..
I personally lost some weight and my joint health is improved.. mostly due to these modified yoga exercises.

Cons:
My biggest con is rooms are not tall and wide..
I am 6 feet tall and my hands keep touching top..

If 2 people are in sauna. Its tough to move around easily..
Forget about third person...
Trust me anyone tall than 5'11 will feel congested if 2 people has to workout at the same time..
Their cancellation policy is not member friendly if you decide to quit after joining

Update: new management is really good..
Changed my rating to 5 from 3.. they are continually replacing odor scents and other things faster.. even though these are small things, it really makes difference in your experience.. I really love this gym.. 16 months and still going strong..

Save yourself the headache and money and choose another gym. Not only do they charge an enrollment fee, but they will neglect to inform you that you have to cancel 2 MONTHS in advance or else you are on the hook for paying for 2 extra months. I have a feeling this policy is in place because they want to milk the people who realize how little you get with this membership

The workouts are lackluster pre-recordings and they do not change them out very often so you will be stuck doing the same thing over and over again

I really enjoy Hotworx, but I wouldn't recommend signing up at this particular location. The management there is quite heartless and inconsiderate. I couldn't visit in person to freeze my account due to multiple weekly medical appointments. They only temporarily froze it over the phone after I mentioned that the other Round Rock location was willing to assist me, but then realized my membership wasn't through them. Sadly, they show little concern for you as an individual. I decided to cancel my membership today, not because I dislike Hotworx itself, but solely because of the management. The other Round Rock location has compassionate management that strive to accommodate you. They go above and beyond to demonstrate their care. Unfortunately, I signed up at the location with less favorable management.

This is the BEST Hot Worx studio in the Austin area. We've tried many other studios in the area and across the country. The staff is incredibly helpful, kind and just all around AMAZING! The saunas are clean and there are always towels. I never realized how important that last part is until going to multiple locations.
I was recently diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease and coming to Hot Worx has been an important key to putting it into remission. Trust the process.

Great workout and unique experience. However the saunas are too small to the point it's a safety issue. I'm 6'1 and my head hits the ceiling during the cycle class. For the other classes I can't lay flat as my head or feet are literally on the heaters as it's that small. Anyone taller than me probably shouldn't join as you can only do some of the workouts. Not sure if all hotworx locations are under sized but it's something that she should address with every one upon sign up

On top of the most amazing new workout style regarding high temperature interval training, the best part about this location is the extremely friendly and helpful staff. They provide a very safe, professional environment that keeps the vibe really calm and welcoming. Every person I have been greeted by here is very nice and educated on the process and the facilities. Makes it feel easy to start being very new to the process.

Hotworx is an amazing concept that lets you do cycle, row machine, assault bike or Yoga in a sauna-like environment. You can set the pace and the temperature to your personal preference so there is no stress. The video coaching is very helpful and the facilities are clean and really well taken care of.

I have been exercising here for a month and I’m obsessed! I leave the studio feeling invigorated, relaxed, and confident. I’ve already began to notice a drastic improvement in my skin and muscle tone. I tell everyone I know to come here for a free trial. The concept of hotworx was intriguing to the point I got a membership in February, but the distance for me was to far so I cancelled the following day. I was required to buy a $50 infrared tolerant yoga mat brand new wrapped in plastic. I have been given mixed messages of it being non refundable or only having a certain window of returning it. It’s been a hit and miss to get a manager to contact me. I’ve had it still in its wrapper in my car for months and now in my garage. I have not used it in principle because the large marketing of hotworx. I refused to promote poor customer accommodation.

I’ve been coming here for almost 2 months and I totally love it. The workouts are so much fun because there’s so many to choose from. It makes exercise that much more interesting! Went to my first free classes to try the very beginning of 2021 & joined the SAME DAY! Staff is Amazing nice, the saunas are ALWAYS clean. Staff will work you in a sauna if a “guest” doesn’t show which is extremely helpful like today when I was in this icy traffic longer than expected. I LOVE this gym and will go no where else! Short, quick, intense workouts...and I like it!! This was my first time going with my sister who is a member. Small sauna rooms which you can adjust the temp to go as hot or not as hot, as you like. Different types of workouts to choose. The 2 I did were on bikes, one really being a bike/elliptical hybrid. You follow an instructor on screen in the room. The video is prerecorded and plays over and over again in 15 minute intervals, some I think are 30 min not sure. You do what you can. Try to follow the instructor on screen but go at your pace..its all about building yourself up over time to get better and better. The heat really adds an extreme additive but its great...coming out of the room finding out just how much you've actually sweated and all those toxins coming out. Kind of a not so cheap monthly expense to join but if you can swing it I highly recommend...again 1 time was amazing. Look into it. Yes you can bring a friend.

I can’t express what an amazing experience I have had ever since I joined In Round Rock. It all starts with the management. I met Jeremy (owner) the other day while working out. He is so down to earth and very helpful to everyone that walked in the door. I loved the fact that after he worked out, he was cleaning and mopping the floor before his staff came in. The staff is equally amazing from when I joined to educating me during the tour. I feel very comfortable working out there and all that is offered, I absolutely love. It is a very clean environment and feel safe working out especially during COVID-19. I LOVE HOTWORX!!! I have been coming every single day since they opened last Monday! I am simply addicted to the infrared heat and fun and easy exercises! The staff is super nice and very helpful! There is so much fun stuff to do here so you won't get bored! You can come and feel the burn whenever you want! The best part I think is the competition!
