This studio has been a game changer for my mental and physical health. I got my membership on 8/14/25 and have lost over 15lbs in that short time (with diet change as well) when I inquired about a membership, I told Iliana that I wanted to get rid of stubborn weight, I had been going to the gym 4 days a week, for 2-3 hours a day and could not seem to get under a certain weight. Iliana told me that she really believed that Hotworx would help me out, but without pressuring me to get a membership either. I signed up and have loved it since! So thankful that Iliana opened her beautiful personality to me and made me feel heard and comfortable enough to sign up! Since then, I’ve also had my mom join Hotworx! If you’re skeptical, give your free workout a chance! I’ve always HATED a hot gym, but this is definitely a different type of hot! I love the work outs. I wish they had in person instructors so it's a little annoying to look up at a screen or not know if I am positioned correctly. I do get worried I might be doing something incorrect and Will hurt myself. I love I can bring a friend but dislike it can only be during staffing hours. I wish the saunas were cleaner I see who much hair on the floors. I will say the staff is amazing especially Seth, he remembers me by name every time regardless of my gaps and is so helpful with work out tips.

This location upsets me every time I come in.
The water filter hasn’t been changed in months. So after I finish the water I came in with and need a refill I can’t because the water filter is blinking red. If you plan on getting a workout in at night you better have your own mat because they don’t have any rentals available. I know I could buy my own mat but on the times I forget it, it’s disappointing to have had drive out all the way out just to see that mats aren’t available. Other than that I love hotworx!❤️

LOVE my Potranco Hotworx!! Been here since it opened & don’t ever see me canceling this membership..EVER! I
can honestly say these workouts have helped me tremendously with stress, anxiety, relaxation, sleep and with pain in my neck from degenerative clavicle vertebras. In fact I haven’t had the need for steroid shots for pain in the last year.. I’m a true believer! I’ve never had a problem with booking classes, even during the busy hours.

I liked this place until I couldn't work out because of any injury. They won't let you cancel over the phone, you have to physically walk into the store, they either charge you 90 to immediately cancel or force you to stay for 2 months. Feels scammy and unnecessary. I would have simply paused my membership until i found out about this policy.

To your response: I called and asked if a mail in was an option and the receptionist said no. I couldn’t get there for a week and got charged again so now I have to pay for 3 months and I can’t use it. Just because it’s a policy nationwide doesn’t mean it’s a fair one. I may have heard that after my first work out when I was on an endorphin high and not really able to focus. If it’s a policy you stand by, can you explain the reason for it?

Well friends, if you’re wondering about HOTWORX and want to experiment. Be ready to spend at least $500. Membership to start plus mat, towel, bands,etc = $200-$250 plus monthly membership $65 - so just starting very least $300. Then you have 90 days to decide if you like it. You still pay monthly $65 and then if you decide you want to cancel there is a $99 immediate cancelation fee that you must pay. If you happen to allow your 90 day trial to end then you must give a 60 day notice. Which means you have to pay two more months at $65.

Truth be told, I actually really enjoyed the workouts themselves, but you really have to dedicate at least an hour, and it’s not like the gym where you just show up and do the working out, you have to be scheduled…so here is the other problem with that. They are 45 minutes sessions and only three people per sauna and 8 sauna's…you do the math. Unless you are on a super consistent workout routine and can book your sessions well in advance sauna’s are all full from 5-9 every night. If you work out outside those hours you may be good, but I don’t, and they don’t tell you that upfront so it was about a $500 experiment.

They were absolutely not “transparent” concerning busy times. And furthermore, I didn’t do the math to break it down, but let’s do that. 4 of the saunas are used for what they call HIITT training. So unless you want to bike or row, it actually takes the available saunas down to only four options available with three people each so 12 open slots every 45 minutes. So….

While I realize the commitments are based on what they want you to see or feel. If I can’t get in to work out, the results I will see in three months are zero. So none of that is relevant. The day and age of looping people into these extended contracts, it’s a deterrent. When I can pay $20 for a gym that I can go to anytime, it’s clean, they have hundreds of workout options, I can tan, AND it’s month to month. You’re going to have to do better.

And lastly $5 off, that’s an absolute joke. So you take my cost to $490, for a an overpriced workout I still can’t utilize. So generous.
