Don’t bother joining this location. They have the WORST customer service! They “lose” cancellation forms and make you pay $100 for that.

Besides that, you have to book a class like two days in advance. If you are the type of person used to just walking into the gym and getting a workout, this is not the place for you. You also have to purchase their specific yoga mat and towels which retail to around $80 + the initial sign up fee. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!!

The staff is always friendly here and they keep this gym very clean which is a huge plus for me. I’ve been at this gym for about 3 years now and its honestly the best gym I’ve ever been a member of. I can workout on my own time in a sauna and choose between various different workouts like yoga, pilates, the row machine, bike, and many other workouts available 24/7. I’ve been able to maintain a steady workout routine because of features offered at this gym that I have never had at any of the other typical fitness clubs many of us are familiar with. I highly recommend 👍🏼👍🏼

I took my free trial class today, and I loved it so much I signed up on the spot! The workout is “HOT” in all the best ways! Afterwards I felt strong and energized, I knew I had to come back for more!

The girls up front are very knowledgeable about the benefits this workout provides, and extremely helpful with getting signed up and familiar with the space.

They have so many workout options and programs, it “WORX” for any fitness goals!

I almost got a membership today because I really enjoyed my class. It wasn't until after they already charged my card that they decided to tell me it's basically a five month contract that you have to pay almost $100 to quit. They refunded it back but I thought that was really sketchy that they waited to read me the contract and have me sign it until after I was charged. That isn't even mentioning the enrollment fee, matt and towel fee. It's more expensive than joining an actual yoga class with a live instructor.

EDIT: I never even signed my contract before my card was charged. And after telling me they weren't going to charge my card, THEY STILL DID!

The management here is awful! Do not go here unless you want your money taken from you. My mom just got off the phone with Hannah Kogler and she was extremely extremely rude and my mom’s behavior was very calm. They can’t comment “we don’t see a membership with you name” because it’s with my mom! She will probably smile your face but I can tell she doesn’t like her job because of her lack of customer service skills. Fire her immediately!!

I absolutely LOVE this Hotworx. I have been a member since late January of this year. The staff is AMAZING, studio is always very well maintained and I love that it is a more private studio and open 24/7. 😀 I love it so much that I am constantly encouraging my friends and neighbors to come give it a try. When my friend first told me about this place I was skeptical and reluctant to go. After a couple times kindly putting it off I finally went as a guest. After my first workout I was hooked and signed up. The people are super knowledgeable about quality of the workouts and very friendly at all the sites I've been to. I am completely in love with my workouts at HOTWORX! After a long day at work, I can come in and enjoy a yoga session or pilates class for some isometric training. After that, I can pump up my heart rate with a blast workout or the spinning workout. It’s nice that I can get a full workout in under an hour.

This location is also professionally staffed. Each time I have a question, they are quick to answer. I also see them cleaning on a regular basis when I am there and the extra measures to make sure the gym is clean does not go unnoticed.
