I love this location! They all do an amazing job, taking care of the equipment, making sure everything is clean and in tiptop shape. I never have to worry about machines being broken or booking a machine that is broken like I have in other locations. I love the workouts, and HOTWORX is one of the only activities that I’ve stuck with over the last few years. I love this place and I appreciate all of the hard work that the owner and management, as well aa the employees do to keep this place amazing!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and motivated. The staff is incredibly supportive and knowledgeable—they take the time to get to know you and help you meet your personal goals, no matter your fitness level.

The workouts are challenging but fun, and every class brings something new. The energy in the sauna is contagious, and the community is so uplifting—it truly feels like a team cheering each other on.

This workout setup could work if you're highly self-motivated and free of back or neck issues. Unfortunately, I struggle with both. The TV screens are poorly positioned, making it hard to follow along comfortably. Canceling the membership was a hassle, and I ended up storing my yoga mat under the stairs. While the concept is promising, the execution falls short unless you're very disciplined and physically unhindered.

I absolutely love coming to Hotworx. I used to do Hot Yoga several years back and since becoming a mom who also works from home, it was hard to find a place that had my style of exercise and could also acclimate to my schedule rather than me having to bend over backwards to make it to a good gym. I love that the workouts are all under 40 minutes or 15 minutes and it being 24/7 is a huge plus. They keep the facilities incredibly clean and the saunas for the workouts have dimmed glass so it feels a bit more private. It's so easy to get in, get out, and leave feeling accomplished and refreshed. I did the 90 day challenge and I was able to get to level 5! I got super close to level 6. Also, everyone I have interacted with there has been friendly. I pretty much love every workout. Hot ISO, Hot Yoga, and Hot Pilates are my favorites. I also love the Hot Blast. All and all, the membership is more than worth it and it's really changed my physical fitness for the better! I've become stronger by coming here regularly and I don't see myself stopping anytime soon!

I’ve gone twice after hours where I entered my code and the door wouldn’t unlock. I ended up having to drive to Forney to work out. Super annoying. Please fix this! I watched a person after me try to get in and they couldn’t get in either. Light blinked green and the door wouldn’t open.

Giving a 3 bc the facilities are nice and they are okay with you UNTIL you decide to cancel. Like is the attitude really necessary? Asking someone “you don’t have the time even though it’s 24 hours” is wild and blatantly telling the receptionist “well put that cancellation on you” is so unprofessional. Eventually everyone will cancel so why act shocked! Also I understood you have 2 months after cancellation to use the gym, but they really don’t want you to cancel considering they charge you $120 up front. Also…. This was not the receptionist. Ms. Starla from the regular show does not take cancelations lightly.

update : I did understand the agreement of needing to notify 2 months in advance which is what I did. It was just how I was treated like the bad person for cancelling, but I want to note again definitely not the receptionists. They were kind about it, just the older lady 😊

I went into HOTWORX a month ago looking to add some extra burn to my workouts. It was super clean and the staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Celeste showed me around the entire gym before setting me up for a free workout. After completing I knew I was ready to join. Amanda then advised me on the price of a membership, the contract terms and the equipment I would need to purchase. All which I agreed to.
Since joining I’ve hit record calories on my fitness tracker multiple times. I feel amazing and after only a month I am starting to see results.

This place is on fire 🔥 I’ve been going over a year and I love it. They are so convenient and flexible…..no excuses. They even let you freeze your membership if needed. We all have life hit wrong sometimes…..it’s nice to know I can come back!!

HotWorx gym is outstanding! The staff, especially Amanda, is not only super friendly but also incredibly supportive. The cleanliness of the place adds to the positive experience. It's a powerful motivator for weight loss, pushing you to your limits in ways you can't imagine. I don’t think there’s anything that I’m unhappy with.

The gym offers a variety of different workouts, including yoga, cycling, pilates, rowing, and many more. This diverse range of exercises helps keep things exciting for me and my mom.

Led by the wonderful Amanda, the team goes beyond being friendly – they actively support and encourage you.

Additionally, the HotWorx app is incredibly helpful. It allows you to track your exercises and easily schedule workout sessions. Super easy!!!

Love this gym! I was so skeptical at first, but ended up loving the infrared workouts. I can see a difference in my skin, sleep patterns and core strength. The 24 hour access makes life so much easier when my schedule is out of whack, too. The workouts are challenging and the instructors are on point. The gym is always clean and I just love the Sunnyvale staff. Lexi and Kayden are always so cheerful and helpful. Amanda is straight up hilarious and always welcoming and helpful. The points and challenges are awesome, too. I finally found a gym that my sister will go with me to as well, so I love HW ten times more for that!
