We have been members for two years. I LOVE THIS PLACE! Erica, the general manager, is absolutely awesome! The workouts are intense and even the over fifty crowd, like my wife and, I benefit. I highly recommend this location.

I love hotworx and have seen great results from it! This location is not my home gym but I have the sweat anywhere membership and have been coming to this one while i’m in town. Friendly staff which is great, but the bathroom with the shower in it is filthy. Paying $79 a month I would definitely expect a clean shower to use after my workouts, id this could be remedied I would give 5 stars easily.

Called on May 2nd, 2025 to ask questions about membership prices for my budget. The woman on shift between 3:00 pm - 3:45 pm has no personality, no customer service skills, expressed no excitement about fitness.

She picked up the phone saying “Hello” formal but no customer service skills were displayed, I asked “Is this HOTWORX?” She said “Yes” Then I proceeded to get my questions answered.

A potential customer should never have to ask any questions along “is this the business I’m seeking?”, we should be greeted by “Hello, Thanks for calling “insert business name”. How can I help you?” - As someone who’s been unemployed for over a year, and overqualified for every open position in Waco. It’s actually insane how easy it is to fix this issue with a coaching of your employee. Please fix this issue for the sake of your business, thank you. I’ll be resuming my search for a home gym.

I joined this facility with a friend and upon joining things weren’t explained very well which was very deceiving because had I known I would’ve taking some time to think about even joining. After going a couple time I realized it wasn’t for me so when I called to cancel I was told I couldn’t - ergo because I hadn’t been giving the full information that you have to have the membership active for 3 months, before requesting to have it canceled 2 months ahead. I was going to have surgery and took the offer of putting it on hold so I did. I had some surgery complications and couldn’t work and noticed my card getting charged full price so I figured the pause was expired. I called the Marketplace location multiple times on multiple days and kept leaving messages about my hospital situation and needing to cancel my membership. I NEVER get a call back, so I’m assuming since the VM wasn’t full they do check their messages they just don’t care and delete them which is horrific customer service. Now Jan 2, I’m still out of work due to my long recovery and finally someone answers. When I tell her I’d been leaving messages she completely disregards and gives no accountability or apology and just plain and dry finally is able to cancel my membership. It’s hard not to blame the company since they hire these folks but this local staff has terrible customer service and should be fired.

I think the workout was really good. The membership price is really good and I like the 24 hr concept. I actually would have signed up today, but the girl working had no personality and was very dry and lacked energy. No customer service what so ever. When I first got there the door was locked, but she was sitting by this really big window so I'm sure show me coming. I pulled on the door which was locked and she was not in a hurry to open it. The place is very nice and I liked it and wouldn't mind joining. Customer service is everything and because of this young I probably will not be back. I like to feel welcome and not like a problem. The 1 star is for her but 5 stars would be for the business.

I love Hotworx! You of course have to adjust to the heat, but once you do it’s honestly a really great workout. You can get the calorie burn you’d get from a cardio session from doing a 35 minute isometric workout. The classes are definitely challenging but they offer a lot of modifications. It’s always well-kept and it’s awesome to be able to go anytime and still get a guided workout. I’ve been recovering from an auto injury and the classes have been really helpful because they are pretty low impact. I’ve definitely seen some dramatic results without even having to do the HIIT exercises. Plus it’s affordable so I’d recommend this to pretty much anyone.

Bonus: it helps you get acclimated to this Texas heat 🙃

Great Place! I went to try the free workout they offer with my friend. The girl at the front was so nice and accommodating. She showed us how to use the spin bikes and made signing up a breeze. I especially liked how clean the place was. They were constantly going around cleaning, washing towels, etc. It felt really nice and comfortable overall.

As for the workout portion, it was unlike anything I've ever done before! The cardio spin part was intense for being only 15 minutes long. Afterward we did yoga and it wasn't your average yoga workout. My body was feeling it the next day. It felt really good to get in a good workout, break a sweat, all in under an hour! The amount I sweat during these sessions was unreal. I am really considering getting a membership to break up my normal heavyweight routine throughout the week!

The saunas are nice and small and they can only fit 3 people in each. You can adjust the sauna temp to your liking, which was a nice option! I really liked how small they were, as it felt very closed-off and personable. The doors are pretty tinted so you can see someone is in a room, but it's not super noticeable.

If you're on the fence about going, try the free workout. The atmosphere, customer service and virtual sessions will have you sold!

I love coming to Hotworx! Not only is the workout amazing, it also is easy to fit into a busy schedule! Everyone here is so friendly and chipper so it makes you experience that much more fun! Erica does a great job with customer service and making sure that you know how to set up for each workout! Everyone also cleans their sauna and equipment after each session so it feels great to walk in knowing things are not sweaty from the person before you!

I noticed on a review that someone posted the main manager is unwelcoming is unfriendly. What? I have been going to Hotworx for awhile and I know you can't please everyone but Erica the main manager is one of the nicest workers there. She always speaks and has even answered questions I may have. The only reason why I go anymore is because the staff is so nice and helpful. There are so many cheaper places in town but customer service means alot and the staff here goes the extra mile. To the Hotworx staff thank you for having a smile everyday I come in and being supportive through my goal of weightloss. I appreciate everything. Erica you rock!!!!

If you’re looking for a quick sweat session/workout this is the place for you!!! They have so many workouts to choose from for example, Hot Cycle, Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, core workouts and much more!!! You’re definitely getting your money’s worth at this place. Great staff! Hotworx is my second home. I love this place. The staff is very friendly and professional. They are constantly deep cleaning the studio and all of the sauna rooms. I love that it's open 24 hours and that I get to workout by myself in a sauna. I love that the classes are either 15 minutes or 30 minutes, which is great for my busy schedule. I highly recommend you try it out.
