My garage gym has everything we need and more. We even have a cold plunge for some recovery! With many different options and price levels, we can figure out what works best for you. From in-person training to virtual training, or even group training with a couple of friends. Everything we do is customized to your goals, motivation, equipment availability, and time. My goal is to help you improve your life through health & fitness while having a good time doing it!

I wanted to share my experience working with Jordan, my personal trainer. When I first approached Jordan, I asked him if he could help me regain strength in my arms and legs. He responded enthusiastically, "You mean full body strength?" That was all I needed to hear to know he was the right trainer for me.

Despite my busy schedule, Jordan always managed to accommodate me into his equally busy schedule. After a few months of training with him, I felt significantly better. It took some time, but Jordan consistently worked with me to achieve my goals, ensuring that my technique was always correct to avoid any injuries.

I highly recommend Jordan to anyone looking to improve their health and lifestyle. He is incredibly reliable and punctual, always having my exercise routine planned out ahead of our appointments. When I show up, he's ready to go!

Jordan is an excellent personal trainer; working out/getting in shape has long been an issue for me. Plenty of starts and stops, but not with Jordan — he works with you at your pace and he’s responsive if you feel like you need to crank the intensity up or if you need to pull back a bit.

Jordan is also responsive to your needs amid changing circumstances; for example, whenever I travel for work, Jordan will ask me to send him video of what the hotel gyms look like. That way, he knows what I’m working with and what exercises he can assign me.

Additionally, the exercises Jordan assigns through the “TrueCoach” app greatly boosts the experience; the app is user friendly and allows you to see how to do an exercise, provide notes/questions to Jordan, or film yourself should you have a question about your form.

In short, I highly recommend Jordan/Humble But Hungry Fitness.

He has this perfect mix of sarcasm and humor that keeps every session light and fun, but don’t be fooled—he knows exactly how to design workouts that actually work. I've always known that working out would be good for me, but I'm laaaaazy and unmotivated and knew that without some guidance and accountability I'd never stick with it. I've been training with Jordan once a week for nearly four months, and I’m not only seeing the results I hoped for but am also truly enjoying the experience.

His in-garage gym is stacked with a variety of nice equipment and workout gear. To keep things fresh, he consistently designs new workouts tailored to my goals. Compared to other PT pricing I was quoted, Jordan’s services are very reasonable — plus, he offered a free intro call and two complimentary 1-hour workouts to ensure we were a good fit. Jordan has a calm and personable demeanor. He is not one of those intimidating trainers you are afraid to approach and that sets him apart.

Jordan is a great personal trainer!!!!! I don’t have the time to spend in the gym the way I used to in my twenties and thirties (I’m in my 50’s now). I also wanted a new way of training, not like I’ve been doing since high school football. I have an hour tops two to three times a week to workout. So when I got with Jordan he listened to my concerns and goals, creating a new style of workouts for me; strength, core, and cardio all in one hour sessions. He also posts my workouts on an app that I can access while traveling. At the end of every session I’m exhausted and dripping wet. I’ve been working out with him 6 months and have gained 9lbs of muscle weight and lost 6% body fat. Awesome job, I’m feeling great.

Before I started training with Jordan, I was off and on in the gym for years. I don't really like the gym environment and have a hard time finding the motivation to get my butt to the gym.
