I've been going 3 times a week for six weeks now-- and I LOVE IT! Kam and the other folks in the class--all patient, helpful, encouraging, positive!! Im older than they are, I can hardly get up from the floor and my muscles are sore-- but I'll keep going because I BELIEVE!

I am visiting from New Jersey for a few weeks prior to coming out. I did my homework of local gyms and hybrid training really stuck out to me.. Through the social media account, I was able to really get a vibe from the whole facility when I reach out to the owner, she immediately messaged me back in full detail of memberships and any questions that I needed answered. The first class I attended was free, which was Cool and after my first class, I couldn’t wait to come back. The members are extremely friendly and the instructor that I’ve worked with so far for a class his name Kamisha she is extremely passionate and you can tell she loves what she does which makes it even a better environment to work and she corrected me on form which was great because most group fitness classes that you attend the instructors fail to do that if I could rate this gym 10 stars I would definitely the new spot I would be coming to when I’m back in town When visiting family

HTT is a perfect place to go if you’re not quite comfortable with one on one training, but also don’t want to just wander around the gym. The classes are great. I love the group class structure, and how even if everybody is doing the same workout, you can tailor it to what your comfort level is or your ability. They offer a variety of different workouts and it changes every time to keep you interested. The classes were also small enough that you did get plenty of attention from the trainer and they could help you with your form or give you encouragement. Having access to the full body scanner was also fun bonus!

I’ve been attending classes since august 2024 and have seen amazing results. All the coaches are great but I especially love Viri’s afternoon classes. It really feels like you’re with a personal trainer but in a group setting and she really cares about your form and making sure you’re doing the exercises properly. This group makes exercising easier and fun!

This place is the real deal! If you want a personal trainer without the crazy high cost, this is definitely the place to go! The classes are small so the trainer is able to help you a lot one on one. Everyone is super nice and helpful and you go at your own pace. If you cannot do an exercise, the trainer will modify it for you. This is definitely a unique experience that never has the same class twice so you do not get bored. Hybrid Training in Lake Jackson is the best place ever!!!

Hybrid training for all ages. Also, for all newbies and professionals. They will adapt to you until you are well into your fitness level. Place is clean and nice. Mostly run by ladies/coaches that will understand you. Take it from me a fitness guru. That travels and pops their head in from time to time. Just to shock the body of different fitness. I love coming to class, they offer different hours. There’s never a same class. Always different to motivate and challenge you. I do a lot of low impact, so I modify my moves. Coach Cam keeps reminding us to keep our forms right and tummy’s tucked. I’ve seen a change in the shape of my body, losing some ponds and inches. My main goal was to get my core strong and stay healthy. Working out has definitely done this. I recently took a Saturday class and Coach V challenged me to stay for the Butts and Guts class. I was glad I did!

Small but excellent facility. Formerly F45, now Hybrid Training Studio was extremely clean and had an excellent variety of equipment including a loadable sled for pushing/pulling. They have plans to expand the studio to include a squat rack, this studio is highly recommended!

I absolutely LOVE Hybrid Training Lake Jackson! I can get in and out for a great 45 minute workout before I start my day. I like the that the routines are changed up daily so you never get bored.

The trainers show us how to modify exercises if needed. They demo exercises that are also playing on the screens to make sure everyone is prepared. During the exercises the trainers will watch and correct form as needed, as well as challenge you to lift heavier if you need to.

There are so many components to exercise and fitness that can be confusing but HTT takes the guesswork out of it. The exercises work all of the body parts throughout the week so you can be sure you don't miss anything. If you've ever been intimidated walking into a gym...run to this one! You'll feel welcomed and comfortable right off the bat. It's a great journey!
