Erin has been great for me, I have been doing pilates for over 20 years. I had lower back surgery and pain that wouldn't go away. Pilates certainly helped me get through it and I don't have any more pain. Erin can tell when you walk in what kind of workout you will need. She will ask questions and know that lower back or hips need a little more work. She will modify the workout to target those issues.
She also knows when to ramp up the workout. And if you really want to have a hard workout mention how Pilates has gotten easier to do, then watch out!
More importantly she is just a wonderful person that is great being around.

Erin is a wonderful, thoughtful, patient and incredible instructor. I first went to her Pilates classes when I was pregnant with my first child in 2017. Each class felt like I was the only student. She customized everything to make me feel safe, strong and empowered. I have no doubt regular Pilates during my pregnancy is what led to a relatively quick and easy natural labor with only 20 minutes of pushing. Anytime I had an ache or pain, she knew exactly what exercise or stretch I should do to alleviate it. I always felt better leaving than when I arrived. I continued Pilates after pregnancy and birth and Erin continues to be my favorite instructor I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend her at any studio, anywhere!

I've had both in-person and remote pilates sessions with Erin & both have been super beneficial! She really knows her stuff and has a way of explaining the nuances of movements that makes each stretch that much more beneficial. As I entered perimenopause, it became clear how I needed to up my game when it comes to core workouts, and Erin was so helpful with this. She also has a calming presence that is nice to be around. I highly recommend working with her!!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Erin for more than 15 years. She is an exceptional instructor who is both patient and kind. Erin is a wonderful instructor whether for Pilates or Gyrotonic. I have trained with her since 2014, and she has helped keep me moving through my various health challenges. I don’t currently live in Austin, but I value her sessions enough to book a session any time I am in Austin.
