I have been coming to impact fitness since I first moved to Houston 10 years ago. I just recently moved back and was welcome back with open arms like I never left. Angelica and the team have built an open and supportive community. Angelica is an outstanding PT who works with and your body to build your strength and capabilities. When I first started at Impact fitness, I didn't know what I was getting myself into. I have multiple injuries from athletics and weight training improperly in my youth. I was tired of being out of shape and in pain so I signed up for a demo session with Krystle.
Krystle asked me what I wanted out of a fitness program. I told her I wanted to be healthy. Little did I know that I would soon be pushing myself to do all sorts of specialized muscle work: stability, strength, and flexibility.
My life has improved in every aspect since I started working out with Krystle, I have much less pain, I'm stronger, I'm nimbler, and I feel great. I'm so glad I discovered this gym!

I’ve been working out with Angelica since May of 2022. She is very patient and kind. She has extensive knowledge on how to isolate muscle strength and tone certain areas.
What I like most is I’ve tried more new restaurants, movies, recipes, all natural remedies, than ever in my life.
She is a great trainer but goes beyond that in the way she cares for her trainees. You won’t dread your workouts!

I have been training with Alejandro for months now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I like that his workouts are always different. Krystle is an amazing trainer, and the physical facility here is first rate. I have trained with her for over a year, and when Krystle was on vacation the other trainers filled the gap for me. Krystle has a comprehensive command of a good mix of strength training, flexibility and cardio -- coupled with a great understanding of nutrition. The gym is small but well equipped and well managed. In the year plus I have been working out there, the most people in the place at one time has been six. I have spent decades in gyms and Impact Fitness with Krystle as my trainer has been the best experience by far.

Before training with Alejandro I was your average guy in and out of the gym without being able to stay consistent for more than a month or so. Alejandro gave me a full 360 degree workout+health regime catered to my specific goals and needs. I think that's what most people are missing because they feel lost about what to eat and how to workout. Alex keeps me motivated and the results I see in my gains at the gym and physique keep me coming back for more.

I can really recommend Impact Fitness. I have been training for many years on my own but since joining impact fitness I reached a level of intensity and motivation that I never had before. Alejandro is an excellent trainer and puts a lot of effort into every single training unit we have. Alejandro does not only understand how to push me to my limits but he's also an expert in sustainable nutrition. I learned more about training and nutrition in my first 8 weeks than in the last 10 years on my own. I have been going to Impact Fitness for about a year now, with Alejandro as my personal trainer. The gym itself is incredibly well equipped with everything a person could need for a well rounded workout. I love working out with Alejandro because he has a great technical background and never has me do the same workout twice, so I never get bored with the same routine. He listens to me, while at the same time pushes me to the next level, which is a nice balance.

The best gym around for personal training. I was looking for a clean, comfortable gym with a good atmosphere when I moved to Houston, and Impact Fitness delivered. The gym itself is super clean and never crowded. The trainers are motivational, kind, and talented. For the past year, Krystle has helped me with strength training, and I've seen such an improvement in my overall strength and fitness. With the current environment, I only do virtual sessions, and the quality of training is top notch. A great place with great people!

I’ve been working out at Impact Fitness for years now. The level of attention and dedication from the trainers is incredible. I started working with Angelica in 2017, when she got me in shape for my wedding. More recently, she helped me get back into shape after my son was born. It’s the perfect place to work out right now, because they only do private training sessions (singles and very small groups), so the gym is never crowded, everyone wears masks, and they have very strict cleaning standards. I feel very safe there. All of the trainers are lovely people who obviously take great pride in their work. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Impact Fitness. I originally contacted Jeff and a few other personal training gyms before the new year, and Jeff was by far the friendliest with the most reasonably priced rates. I started working with Krystle and she is wonderful! My workouts are interesting, intense, and fun. She's flexible and easy to get in touch with, which I appreciate because my schedule can change frequently. She's also just super nice and easy to talk with. Same goes for Jeff. While I haven't trained with him, he (and Grover the doggo) are always so welcoming and kind. The facilities are wonderful. I go straight from my personal training sessions to work, so it's really nice to be able to shower and get ready. I really don't have to think about what I'm going to pack because they are fully stocked with towels, a hair straightener, etc. etc. I highly encourage anyone considering personal training or just trying to improve their personal fitness to give Jeff, Krystle, and Impact Fitness a try.

I've been training with Jeff Pearson for going on almost 11 years now. I had worked with personal trainers in the past at the more well known gyms, and never did someone challenge me and truly tailor a workout program to my goals until I trained with him. It's been great seeing him realize his dream by successfully opening his own personal training gym and staffing it with other amazing trainers. He has been my trainer through 13 marathons (and counting), a wedding, and having twins. And my whole family (sister and parents) all train with him. Impact Fitness is an amazing personal space to train in with a great central location.

This is the best gym I’ve ever been too. The first day I walked into the gym, I just knew that I was going to love it. The environment is calm yet energetic. The vibe is very authentic. I feel comfortable and confident the minute I step foot in there. Trainers (esp Krystle) are all so great and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to succeed. I really enjoy working out here. They will tailor your workout program to fit your needs and goals. My trainer, Angelica, is great and very attentive. The workouts are challenging with lots of diversity so it never gets redundant. They’ll brew coffee for you in the morning, you can choose the music or even bring your own playlist, no crowds, no waiting on equipment, and they’ll keep you accountable/motivated. I highly recommend them.

I am definitely one of those people that feels self conscious in a gym full of people, surrounded by equipment I don't know how to use. That being said, I knew it was time to get a good fitness routine going and to gain that confidence I needed when I went to the gym. I started looking for personal trainers in my neighborhood and came across Impact Fitness. After reading all the great reviews, I emailed Jeff (the owner) to set up a time to meet in person and check out the space. I've now been going to Impact Fitness for a little over a month now, and have been working with Angelica - who I am obsessed with. She listens to me, wants to help me achieve my goals, but doesn't make me doing anything I'm not comfortable with. She knows how to push me, while still keeping it fun. I highly recommend Impact Fitness, and can't wait to continue my fitness journey with them. 5 stars all the way!

This place is great. Jeff, the owner, makes you feel welcome right away. Really cool space too, and just the right size that you can work out no matter what level you are at and not feel intimidated. Space is effectively used for group training sessions. I'm far more motivated by the group training & boot camps to show up and work out hard, and the trainers are great. Krystle is especially super, always coming up with new workout routines and targeting our goals that we had discussed as a group before starting to train with her. It makes a real difference - you know you're getting a workout tailored to you, and she's always professional and focused on you during your workout. I've been going there for nearly a year!

I have nothing but great things to say about this gym. Jeff & his team are easily the best trainers Houston has to offer. They are not only very accommodating and work with your schedule, but they also tailor the work outs to your abilities and needs. Working out at Impact Fitness is enjoyable: the space is clean, beautiful & comfortable, the staff is friendly & outgoing (so are the clients!) and the equipment & classes are incredible. I truly could not imagine myself working out anywhere else.
FYI - not only do they offer personal training, but they have recently incorporated boot camp, yoga & meditation!

I've been training with Angelica at Impact Fitness for a little over a month. While I'm still relatively new, I think it's safe to say that I'll be coming back for a long time! She is a fantastic personal trainer and very easy to work with. Her training is supportive, personalized and always has me leaving feeling exhausted but in good spirits. I've been doing three one hour sessions a week, and my form, balance and strength have all increased noticably even in that short timespan.
There's a really strong sense of community at Impact--everyone knows each other and it's an incredibly warm and friendly environment. The gym, which is more like a personalized studio than the sprawling stretch of exercise machines that you might find at other gyms, really does have everything you could ask for--variety of workout equipment, a kitchen for any post-workout meals, and a fully stocked bathroom with towels and toiletries. It's a really nice feeling walking through the door and knowing that you're entering such a supportive space where you can feel truly comfortable working out. I could never imagine going back to a larger/chain gym after working out here.
Angelica, Jeff and all the other trainers I've interacted with are knowledgable and informed, striving to create the best possible workout that's tailor made for the needs of each individual client. Very laid back, approachable, and awesome people!
