I highly recommend not going here.
Outdated equipment and always dirty after using.
Never informed about a yearly agreement and then getting the run around when trying to cancel membership.
Do better.

Love the gym been a member for 3 years still coming but they have the worst music playing ever from Christian thug rap to absolute garbage idk how you expect people to grind when the worst music possible is blaring in the back round

This was my gym for about 5 years, regardless what your goals are you can get it done at this gym. Between the knowledge of the trainers or owners there’s somebody there that can always answer any questions that you have. It’s hard to find this good of a price for a 24hr gym, because of my schedule I was here at 3AM daily. It worked perfect for me.
If I ever come back to El Paso this is where I’ll be.

I had a membership here for the entire time I lived in El Paso (about 4 years). I love all the owners—they’re good people and easy to talk to. I typically like to keep to myself because I’m awkward, but they’re so kind and approachable that it was easy to become friends with them. There’s plenty of equipment to use, even when someone is doing supersets; I mean, there’s literally so much equipment.
As for the “old” machines, that’s what I liked the most. The gym has an old-school vibe, but the machines, although some “old”, serve their purpose and work well. I used them all for years.
Regarding the price being “too high,” I disagree. I compared monthly and yearly membership costs with a variety of gyms, and this is by far the most cost-effective option. The only other alternative would be a membership at Planet Fitness, paying $10 a month but dealing with a 30-minute workout lasting 3 hours because you have to wait for equipment to become free. I didn’t have to worry about that at Impact. If I’m ever back in El Paso, this will be my gym again.
I also worked with Rob, he was my trainer for years and he was awesome! I truly accomplished so many goals working with him and strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer. He has an office inside of the gym. It was very helpful to work with him as he didn’t only schedule my workouts but also educated me constantly on nutrition and why certain workouts are beneficial for my goals. Rob is truly an excellent educator/trainer.
Overall, the gym is solid, owners are awesome and the equipment is of such a large variety - perfect for any kind of workout you have planned. Whether you get the month to month membership or get the annual membership the cost is very competitive.

Worst gym ever! Front desk employees are not friendly, not even a smile they just stare at you trying to intimidate or something. Gym as no air conditioning, parts of the ceiling missing around the gym, gym equipment and machines are ancient or don’t even turn on.

Stone Age equipment probably 50 year old machines, I joined because I don’t like crowded gyms and this place seemed slow, until I found out the owners workout the same time as I did and would completely hog all the equipment I’m talking supersets on top of supersets and that’s no bueno when there is only one machine for each exercise, not to mention I feel like it’s a douche bag only gym everyone is pulling there pants down flexing, being egotistical. What I thought might of been a diamond in the ruff turned out to me a dark smelly poorly equipped gym

When I got to El Paso in 2017 I was looking for a gym to join. After one workout at Impact Strength I knew it was the place for me, but I had to deploy. So the first thing I did when I got back this summer was to finally join. If you agree to a year membership, it's only $25 per month. That's an insanely good deal for a no-nonsense gym that's serious about strength. It's not a huge gym, but it has everything you need: three benches (one of which is a competition bench), four squat racks, three deadlift platforms, two incline benches, one decline bench, two cable stations, one of every type of machine, a yolk frame, two farmer's walk handles, a prowler with a turf strip to push it on, at least three Atlas stones, a set of Eleiko competition-grade plates, two bathrooms, a smoothie station, and a mini supplement store. Oh, and there are also a few cardio machines, but they're clearly not the focus of this gym (which is a huge plus in my opinion). I challenge anyone to find a gym that packs more equipment into a smaller space for a lower price. And even though I've only been there 4 times since joining, I think the gym has a very good and positive atmosphere.
