We’re a homeschooling family and I was very happy that Coach Bryant was able to work around our schedule.

My children and I learned how to properly throw several types of punches and protect ourselves from being hit.

The boxing sessions are pretty intense … They began with a thorough warm up, and then learning boxing form and technique - we’d finish with a nice cooldown.

I truly appreciated Coach Bryant’s ability to gauge my children’s personalities as he coached them…he knew when to be firm and direct and when to give extra encouragement.

This was an overall great experience for us as a family, we’re fortunate the experience.

HE CARES! Coach Bryant is meticulous about his craft. I love that his years of dedication from the Army (retired 🙌) pours through in his coaching. It’s the perfect mixture of his years of serving in the army along with hisupbringing, family values and with the passion TO HAVE YOU THROWING HANDS Correctly and effectively. He will do his absolute best to coach his students to be the best version of their self when throwing hands.

The gym is clean, equipment is in excellent condition. The owner is also a boxing coach. He offers training sessions, which are intense. I have been going to this gym for a few weeks. I am going to keep going. If you are a beginner, experience boxer, or just looking for a different type of workout like I was; this is a great location.
