Coach Jose is amazing. Had great results here, the equipment is clean and well organized. Follow up and accountability are key differentiators.

I really love this model: safety focused, attentive staff, emphasis on correct form, small groups. A great place for strength training. Super clean and tidy.

I had a great experience at Infinite Fitness in the many months I was there. It is truly a mix of levels and ages, from very serious athletes to people just starting out. My favorite trainers are Naomi, Jenna, and Kevin. I got a full body workout every time (seriously) and accommodations for more or less intensity and ability with valuable feedback but not micromanagement. The classes were the right size, 2-6 ppl, because I didn't want 1-1, but also not a huge class where I would get lost.

They also do fun sort of party events and challenges. I mostly did one class per week, but sometimes two, and even that little bit I clearly noticed how much stronger and more stable I felt, as well as having more energy.

I highly recommend Infinite Fitness to anyone at any point in their fitness journey or with any sort of goal in mind.

Note: It was a little bit confusing getting started, but totally worth it once you get the information and all set up. You do not feel like you are being sold something, but more like being part of the family.

Infinite Fitness helped me get into the best shape of my life.

My husband actually started here first and was talking about how this place was different from other gyms- the trainers aren't the super bro gym types that yell at you during sessions. We have similar interests and like to talk about movies, pop culture, etc.

For about a year I worked with Mike during group training and he helped me get into the best shape of my life. At one point I was going to PT for a rock climbing injury and he added some specific exercises/substitutions during the group sessions. After that I started working with Naomi, and she actually is pre/postnatal exercise certified so that really helped me with that stage in life.

I've worked with just about every trainer at least once and everyone is super nice, encouraging and look out for you. They genuinely want you to succeed and are happy for you when you meet new goals. I highly, highly recommend this place.

I'm writing this review for people who are anything like I was 10 months ago: 45+, active but not in great shape, reading articles about losing muscle mass and bone density with horror, and struggling a bit with physical tasks that used to be easy, like lifting my kayak. I knew I needed to start strength training, but was nervous since I'd never done anything like that before.

Infinite Fitness was the right choice for me, and it's changed my body, mind, energy level, and whole life for the better. I love the small group classes, focus on mature clients, individualized attention, and trainers who get to know you as a human being. I've worked out with Jonas, Kevin, Mike, David, and Prasam, and all are excellent trainers with a positive attitude and exemplary technical knowledge. Physically, I have more energy than I did 15 years ago, and I love knowing that I'm going into midlife getting stronger and healthier every day. I can't recommend Infinite Fitness highly enough.

I found the Infinite Fitness team just by chance, I was going to an appt in the same building and had been wanting to get some lift training. Their small group personal training by has been the perfect balance of the energy you get in a larger gym, but with the close attention of a personal trainer. All of the trainers seem genuinely excited to help everyone reach their goals and unlike other gym cultures, itโ€™s very much focused on building strength and confidence.

Despite being open for years, this place at least as of last year has not implement any manner of specific client programming. A real personal training service tracks body weight, body composition, circumference measurements & gives clients workouts to do on their own with specific weights used, reps, etc. along with specific client goals all while tracking those metrics week-by-week month-by-month towards a specific goal. How would you expect to get real and lasting results without these factors? They also employ uncertified interns. It might as well be a Goldโ€™s gym group fitness class. Youโ€™d be much better off looking elsewhere.

The small group classes are a terrific option if you want to move away from big group classes but don't want to pay the big $$$ for a personal trainer. There are usually about 4-6 people in the class with me.

Starting with the important stuff -- the music was terrific! For some reason, good music really helps motivate me.

The classes start with rolling and stretching to make sure I am warmed up. Then three sets of three groups of exercises that worked all the most important muscles. A knowledgeable trainer is right there to give corrections as needed and help with any modifications. Then the cool-down to make sure my muscles are nice and relaxed. I get a great workout without being too sore.

Highly recommend, and the trainers are great if you want some 1x1 time.

Great trainers and great atmosphere! They teach you safe exercises that allow you to get stronger while being cautious of any physical challenges or injuries. They listen to your feedback and take your goals seriously. Everyone is so supportive and itโ€™s a fun place to work out while receiving personalized training. If you havenโ€™t checked out Infinite Fitness you are missing out.

Iโ€™m a runner and joined Infinite for some guided strength training. Iโ€™ve had a great experience. Dylan and Jonas are awesome and have created a custom plan for me to help me reach my running related goals. The culture at Infinite is super chill and I look forward to going there for my bi weekly workouts.

Finally found a workout program thats able to keep me accountable. Jonas and Andy are knowledgeable and encouraging. The small gym lends itself to a feeling of closer community, working independently in small (2-4 people) groups. Would recommend!

I loved my time at Infinite Fitness! I wanted to feel stronger and learn how to work out after losing a lot of strength during the pandemic. Jonas and Andy listened to my goals, met me where I was and made working out with weights not an intimidating thing! I would recommend this program to anyone at any fitness level- whether youโ€™re afraid of arm workouts or a seasoned lifter. Come to Infinite Fitness.

Not only is the entire staff knowledgeable and professional but they are also nice and personable. They do not over complicate a workout as some trainers do. The trainers work with you to meet your specific needs and goals. They are great about accommodating to make a workout personalized.

Infinite Fitness has been a great way to do strength training that is customized to my needs but still more affordable than individual training. Every trainer I have worked with at Infinite Fitness has been great. Jonas is great at making sure people stay engaged and motivated, and he and the team customize workouts to individual goals. I like the model of working out at the same time as others as it is more motivating, but each individual has their own training plan so it still feels like a personal experience. I love that people of all identities and fitness levels come to Infinite Fitness and that we can all work on our own goals and support each other without it becoming toxic and competitive like I've experienced elsewhere. I always feel the right amount of challenge--just enough that I feel myself getting stronger, but not so much that I feel overwhelmed.

I have worked out at many different gyms and with many personal trainers but Infinite Fitness is the best of the best. From day one, Jonas put together a very specific plan to help me improve on some of my weaker areas and he has helped me work towards the 3 goals we had set when I stared coming to Infinite. The gym has everything I need and Jonas is an absolute professional. He is courteous, he cares about his clients, and best of all he kicks my but every time I have a gym session. Extremely satisfied.

I've been working out with Jonas for 9 months and can't say enough about him or my other trainer there Niki. I've exceeded my expectations in gaining strength and endurance. Even though I have had numerous medical challenges, their knowledge and expertise have allowed me to modify my workouts to continue to reach my goals and stay consistent. I enjoy the small classes as they really allow you to get one on one attention, and I've formed great relationships. They offer various classes such as yoga and pain assessment clinics which I've benefited greatly from. They are not just a gym to me but life long mentors and friends.

I've been working out at Infinite Fitness for over a year now. Every day I'm amazed by my ability to do things that were previously a struggle. Jonas is an expert at tailoring workouts for individuals and has helped me stay injury-free while getting stronger. This is a great small gym with Austin vibe. The staff are awesome as are all the other clients who make newcomers feel welcome.

Now I actually enjoy strength training. The exercises and program are interesting and refreshing and I really enjoy the team an atmosphere. Jonas really focuses on doing exercises correctly which I really appreciate. I've already seen some improvement in my running and I'm hoping to see more by the time we get some decent weather.

Infinite Fitness was exactly what I was looking when searching for a place to cross-train for roller derby! I wasn't comfortable navigating a gym by myself or in my ability to plan my own well rounded workouts. This gives me a place to workout in a semi-private training setting with personalized workout plans, someone teaching me everything, watching my form, and motivation from nice folks attending the same session. Jonas and the other trainers I have worked with are great. It's worth checking it out no matter your background or gym experience.

I've been working with Jonas since March 2018. My personal story is unique in that I began working with him as a healthy 38 year old woman who wanted to tone up and lose some weight. However, 4 months into training I had an accident and broke my tailbone. I was no longer able to work out the way we used to. Jonas has continued to work with me. We have stayed in constant contact to see how I can work my way back into a routine without re injuring myself. He has been so supportive and understanding. He even researched how to best start working out again after sustaining my type of injury. What more can you ask for out of a coach. He has a genuine interest in everyone's journey and hope to reach our goals!!!!

Check out Infinite Fitness! Jonas and his team are the real deal. You receive private coaching in a semi-private setting (4 other people). You will learn (finally!) how to train (lift, engage, position) for efficacy in your sport while also becoming highly functionally fit. At your intake meeting you will discuss your goal(s) and a tailored plan will be written for you. Every 30 days or so you meet with Jonas to check-in, assess progress and plan forward. If you have struggled finding a gym/trainer who sees you where you are at and understands where you want to go, give the Infinite Fitness team a call!

My wife and I have trained with Jonas for one year now and we couldn't be happier with Jonas and his staff. He listened to our goals in the beginning, and he has put together very individualized plans to help us achieve them. He is a stickler (a good thing) for making sure you are doing exercises with the correct movements, and he offers immediate feedback to help you. Plus, he makes fitness fun!

Being an avid distance runner, I sought out a strength program that would supplement my higher weekly mileage. I was put in touch with Jonas from a friend of mine and from the first introductory phone call, it is evident that Jonas cares immensely.
With Austin being such a booming city, it is difficult for gyms to distinguish themselves and establish a competitive advantage. Jonas' competitive advantage lies in his passion for helping others and becoming the best versions of themselves.
Infinite Fitness is also adding more and more classes as the demand deems fit which provides that level of convenience to fit around your schedule!
