I just had my first strength training session at Infinite Fitness with Prasam and it was such a great experience. As a physical therapist and an athlete, I've worked with a lot of different gyms and trainers and Infinite Fitness stands out. Prasam was fantastic---he adapted the workout to each client with different needs for injury modifications or progressions/regressions. The programming itself was very intentional and included both bilateral and unilateral strength movements for the upper body, lower body, and core. I'm looking forward to more strength training sessions here and an amazing place to share with our patients who need to continue to build strength while managing or recovering from an injury.

Prasam at Infinite Fitness in Round Rock is a pro at mentally tracking each individual’s exercise needs. He always has modified exercises ready to offer each individual as needed to make sure everyone gets the most out of class, without irritating an existing injury or delaying recovery. He is personable, chill, and motivating at the same time. I have been attending for 7 months and have seen noticeable improvements in everything from my ability to get up from the floor more easily to flexibility to even holding a plank! Classes are kept to an average of only 3 - 6 people per class, and everyone is very encouraging of each other. Highly recommend Prasam at the Round Rock location for Infinite Fitness!

This is everything I wanted for a workout. Prasam is an amazing, professional instructor. The workouts are not intimidating and it feels good to progress with their program. Honestly, I never thought I would progress as much as I have. It’s worth checking out.

I’ve really enjoyed Infinite Fitness! I joined with a goal in mind to get stronger. I’ve been routinely going to the gym and can really tell a difference. Prasam provides structured workouts that can be modified to meet individual goals. Plus, it’s fun!

I can’t say enough about Infinite Fitness in Round Rock. Hits all the buttons for personal training, clean, comfortable environment with coaches that pay attention to every work out to make sure you’re working safely and ensuring you meet your fitness goals. I feel stronger and more confident than I have in decades! As one who has always struggled with exercise and fitness, it’s the first time I look forward to all of my workouts! Prasam is awesome. He takes time to explain and is quick to notice if any adjustments need to be made for each individual. I had become very sedentary the last few years and in just a couple months I am feeling stronger and have more energy.

I have never worked out in my life. I have never been in a gym in all of my life. I always had a fairly active job and my only exercise was walking 5 miles per day. Over time my work schedule even eliminated part of that. Slowly but surely I am not as strong as I used to be and have noticed deficits in my movement. I fell in February and had a very difficult time standing back up. In all fairness I was outside and my ankle had turned in to gopher holes. I decided then and there I was not going to be weak anymore. I signed up to work out here not knowing what to expect. I was sure having a trainer would help immensely and it has. It is still not my favorite thing to do but I love the fact that I can see definite results on a weekly basis. I can do things now that I could not do two weeks ago. All levels of expertise are here and each session is tailored for what you are able to do while being encouraged beyond what you think you can do. The fact that I see results on a daily basis makes me so happy I have decided to join the gym and continue improving my health. No one judges. No one compares. We all just work out with the help of this fabulous trainer.

As someone who has severe osteoarthritis in my back, hips, and knees, I have had a difficult time finding the right kind of exercise that works for my issues. I joined Infinite Fitness about a month ago and have had the best experience! When I first started I wasn't sure I would be able to do much, but because the exercises are customized for me and at my pace, I was amazed at how much I could do. After a month I'm finally starting to feel like myself again. I'm walking farther distances without much pain, I am standing straighter, and my confidence has been boosted. I tried physical therapy but didn't see much improvement. I have had WAY better results at Infinite - and I'm playing less than I was going to PT! Prasam is an amazing coach and I look forward to my sessions each week. Love this place!!

Infinite fitness is an excellent gym! You get personalized workouts in an almost private setting. Prasam an excellent coach. He explains the exercises in detail and then comes around and checks to make sure you have the right form with every exercise. He’s very hands-on and he make sure that the workout is the right one so you can build up muscle each time. I already feel stronger and I’m using muscles I haven’t used in a long time. I highly recommend this gym if you want to get in good shape and strengthen all of your muscles. Highly recommend gym and highlyrecommended coach!

I found MY place!!! After looking for a gym for a couple of years, where I could work out with a trainer, and not be competing with the younger, fast paced crowd! Infinite has checked all the right boxes! Very accommodating times, the small groups, and a very attentive trainer! Also, the prices are affordable! It’s definitely a win for those of us, that want to continue to become better versions of ourselves!

Turning 50 this year, and needed to feel stronger. I have never stepped into a gym before and dreaded the experience. From the first call I was assured, and have truly enjoyed each session. The gym offers an easy-going atmosphere in a group setting that also feels individualized, with careful explanations and demonstrations. As an Ambassador for the Round Rock Chamber, I got to meet the team behind Infinite Fitness. Just listening to their success at their other two locations, we are excited to welcome them to the Round Rock community. If you are over 40, you have dealt with the aches and pains life will throw at you, and to get back in shape and need some support and guidance, then this might be a great option for you. Don’t feel at home at an “Instagram” gym. Then, working out with their team of trainers might be a great solution for you.
