Infinite Motivation has truly lived up to its name.

When I first joined, my goals were clear—lose fat and gain strength—but I was struggling with consistency, low energy, and honestly, I didn’t even know where to begin. Motivation was hard to come by, and I felt stuck.

Working with Infinite Motivation changed that. The structure, support, and education they provide helped me build consistency and confidence. I now understand how to train effectively and safely, and how to manage my nutrition—especially calories and macronutrients—in a way that works for me. Coach Lalo is a great PT!
I have a couple of health conditions such as frozen shoulder, and weak strength.
I concerned about exercises because of them.
But I'm happy I tried with him.
He is very careful, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about training.
My frozen shoulder got more range of motion only after two sessions.
I highly recommend him to anyone.

I joined Infinite Motivation with no background in working out. My initial goal was to build some knowledge in fitness, improve my mental well being, and get stronger. Coach Jose took me in and helped me reach the best shape I've ever been.

Two years ago I wanted to start the gym but I went to several trainers, no one gave me a good training plan. They used different workout plans in each session and I didn't see any changes. My husband had been training with coach Lalo for about 8 months before I started training with him. When I started my training sessions with Coach Lalo, I was struggling with persistent pain in my left lat, which had been bothering me for nearly a year, ever since I entered the postpartum period. The daily discomfort was overwhelming, and I couldn't figure out how to alleviate it. Before finding Infinite Motivation I never really thought I could be able to lift the weights that I do or be as strong as I am today. I workout 4 times a week now and I feel amazing! It’s always nerve wracking for me to try new things. But this year I just had to do it and I’m so glad I found the right person to help me! Before I met Coach Lalo, I had no gym experience at all, low energy, bad relationship with food, as well as very low self esteem. After just 3 months I’m more active, weight 10 pounds less, have a better relationship with food and just feel amazing overall. I joined Infinite Motivation way back in August 2022, and it has exceeded all my expectations. The facility is immaculate, with top-of-the-line equipment and ample space for workouts. Lalo(trainer) is incredibly friendly, motivating and knowledgeable, always willing to answer questions and offer guidance on exercises and nutrition.

What really sets the Gym apart, though, is the warmthness. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed and included. Lalo is very motivating, and the variety of classes ensures there's something for different even for a person like me who wants to do different excersises and workouts.

Lalo is not only a great trainer but also a great person! Every client of his, is a personal case for him. Instead he had opted for substitution workouts and gave enough time to recover and rehabilitate)

– He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. Nevertheless to say, not even any type of calamity can refrain Lalo on not being on time.

I have been trained by him in the past and am now currently using his online coaching program. When I started working out with him I was recovering from a shoulder injury and weighed 163 pounds. These two pictures are 10 months apart. The results speak for themselves. I gained 30 lbs to be exact, weighing from 148 to 178 lbs at the end of my bulk.
