My experience with IPT has been great! I do the group workouts three times a week. Stephen, Brad, and Vince are the coaches I’ve had experience with and all three are fantastic. Always positive, and give you that extra push when needed. My one year anniversary is coming up and I’ve already exceeded my initial goals and can’t wait to see what happens in year two. I really enjoy the semi private training at IPT. I am held accountable to goals that I set and the trainers are very encouraging. With semi private - I get personal attention to form to avoid injury and get the most out of my workouts. Keeping track of the weights used for each exercise motivates me to progress. Don't let the size of this gym fool you! The best trainers in the area work here! And they care about your goals & your progress. They are knowledgeable about how the body works (no matter what your age is) and they tailor a workout specific to your needs & goals. Women and men, those recovering from injury, and those with specific area or areas of weakness (like a bad back or a bad shoulder)- they've got you! They'll create a specific workout for you designed to protect you & strengthen you. We've worked out with Vince Thompson for 7 yrs at IPT & 3 yrs before that at another gym. We've never had the same workout! He's so creative! And challenging!! Don't wait any longer, make the call, change your health, change your life!

I am 61 years old with Parkinson’s. I have been coming to this gym since July 2024. It has been everything I wanted and more. If you are looking for a great gym with great owners and trainers please check IPT out. I am so much stronger and my stability has increased where I feel way more confident in my ability to keep up with my grandson. I have more work to do but I am confident I will get there with my trainer Brad and the whole team of trainers in Allen IPT who want me to succeed.

All the trainers I've worked with do a great job of pushing and encouraging but never making you feel overwhelmed. After I retired in the summer of 2022, I promised myself I would start making my own health a priority. It took me some time to find the perfect place. I joined IPT about 2.5 years ago and haven’t looked back!

I was really nervous about getting into a gym. I’m not very athletic and I knew I was weak and overweight. But the entire staff has been so awesome! Whether I’m in a large group or a Semi private class, the trainers are attentive and encouraging, even when I don’t feel as if I’m getting it done. They have accepted my physical limitations and pushed just enough for me to see and feel improvement in my overall health, strength, fitness and weight loss.

I highly recommend IPT for anyone looking for a guided and supported personal fitness solution. I could not have done it without these folks. Special shout outs to Brad & Vince with whom I do most of my workouts. You guys are the best!

The best gym experience I’ve had - hands down. I’ve been going consistently for 18 months and plan to keep it up as long as I can. What more can I say. Well .. a word about the trainers .. simply excellent. I personally really enjoy everything about IPT. If you have even a passing interest in working out, weight lifting, understanding what healthy eating really means, or physical health and fitness in general, you’ve located the right place. I struggled with my weight, eating habits, and body confidence for decades, and I reached out to IPT purely out of a sense of curiosity and desire to understand what healthy living even meant.

The last 2.5 years have been unprecedented in my life, and I am by far the fittest I have ever been and now find healthy eating easy and fun. My only regret is that I did not start decades ago, but screw it, I’m doing it now.

The quality of instruction at Infinity is top notch. The workouts are varied, never get boring and insure a total body workout. It is great to not have to plan out my own routines and wonder if I am doing the right things. Not having that stress is a great bonus. Bear with me if this review is long.
6 weeks ago after i took body scan and sat down discussing about my goal with the owner, I took IPT program of 5 classes/week, 45mins/class.
I happened to join the class on intro week, but 20 minutes into the 1st class I already felt nauseous by the end of 45 minutes I couldn't catch my breath. But by the 2nd week I already felt much better. Fast forward to today, I've lost almost 10pounds of body fat, feel way more capable, and mobility increases a lot. Credit to my awesome always witty and always encouraging coach BRAD and coach VINCE and coach Stephen. Coach Mike's stretch class is a must.
My accountability and nutrition coach Reagan is a gem. She sat down with me discussing my list of food, which ones can be doubled the quantity which ones half down and which ones better not. Communication has been on daily bases. Super helpful and promising.
I'm always skeptical when people say 15 minutes per day super easy and results are drastic. This time I see results, for now, since it's not easy, it took real work and discipline, for which all the coaches and staff were there to help.
Now I start a less intensity 3classes/week program, will add more reviews 6 weeks later. ( April 2023)
June 17th, 2024 follow up review
Love this place, still here year after. In fact lots of people here are with infinity for 8, 10, 15 years, the photos on the screen is testimony of how great how nurturing how effective this gym is. Shout out, aging, to my morning coachs BRAD and VINCE, they are the BEST!
December 16th, 2024 follow up review
Just finished my first dallas bmw half marathon yesterday, and I had no pain on my left knee for the whole race. Special thanks to coach Brad! I took his private lessons for running strength training in October, and it paid off. I was able to brake my record and stayed pain free. Extra 7 stars🌟 ⭐️ 💫 🤩

I cannot recommend Infinity Personal Training enough. They are an amazing group of personal trainers who truly care for the health and quality of life of their clients.
When I first started attending large and small group classes I didn’t know what to expect. It was the first time I started a workout journey in a very long time. Together we discussed my personal goals and set up proper nutrition and workout plans designed with my goals in mind. As I’ve stuck with the plans given to me I have noticed a vast improvement over the last year and a couple of months. I have lost over 90 lbs overall body weight with major drops in body fat percentage and fat mass. I have gotten stronger, gained more energy, more focus, more confidence and accountability.

If you are looking for a place to workout where the trainers coach you in proper technique, encourage you to push beyond what you think you can do, and modify workouts as you heal from injury, Infinity Personal Training is the place. This gym is a game changer! I have struggled to maintain working out for many years and have been consistently working out at IPT over a year. The variety of workouts, amazing trainers and encouraging environment has kept me motivated and pushing limits. I wanted to do more weight/strength training but had no idea where/how to start. The trainers walk you through each exercise and tailor to each participants capabilities.

They have worked with me as my work travel schedule can make weekly standing appts difficult. The app is easy to add/change workouts as my schedule finalizes each week, and the workouts are an amazing stress relief!

Everyone is excellent but I must highlight Drew who I’ve worked with 1x1 in addition to attending semi-privates. He has taught me so much on form, and consistently pushes me to challenge myself - and some days I definitely need the push.

I never thought I’d find the love for working out but IPT is the difference. I highly recommend anyone to at least come in for a visit/consultation. This team will help change your life.

UPDATE: I still love the workouts! Now I do some social things with the group outings and even challenged myself with a 3 day backpacking trip through IPT. The firm but gentle nutrition training is helping me now build muscle. If I could rate 5+, I would!

I am the worst at watching my nutrition and wanting to skip an early morning workout. IPT has a unique way of bending personal attention with firm guidance to help keep me on track. This place really is incredible. I joined in December ‘23, I was probably in the worst shape of my life. I knew going to the gym myself just wasn’t working because I didn’t have a regiment, and didn’t exactly know what I was doing. I met with Ray who interviewed me and I elected for the semi-private option. I come in 3 times a week for small group and once I’ll join the large group. I got a nutrition coach in Reagan and my main instructor, Daniel, has check-in sessions about once a month where we set realistic goals. I fast forward to June ‘24 and I’ve lost to date 48 lbs and still maintained my muscle mass. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate having a set regiment and positive trainers. They have always pushed me but never been anything other than helpful and extremely friendly. I think everyone takes that chance when the trainer isn’t looking to take a quick breather right? They understand that and guide us and motivate without being derogatory or negative. No mean drill sergeants here, unless that’s your thing I guess. Anyways, you still have to hold yourself accountable and follow the nutrition guides and show up, but, if you want a fun place that will give you that extra push to get to your ideal fitness level I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Small(er) gym than your big-box gyms, but they help you deliver BIG results. The trainers are very personable and care about you, and they meet you where you currently are in your health/physical health journey. I highly recommend you give them a try. The worst thing that can happen is….nothing. Because there are only positives to gain such as losing some pounds, gaining endurance and strength, bettering your overall health. This has been the case with me since I returned as a member. My trainers (Brad and Vince) really make sure I’m using proper form or they’ll give me modifications, so I don’t aggravate any old injuries. They are very encouraging and help push me out of my comfort zone.

We have been going to IPT so long that we can't even remember how many years it is. Over ten for sure. Vince Thompson, our trainer, is like a member of the family, albeit a strict one who doesn't let us slack off and pushes us to be our best. He is also very creative. Alright, let's talk fitness, folks! I've been to my fair share of circuit training classes, but Infinity Personal Training (IPT) takes the cake. Before I started working out with these guys, my fitness routine was non-existent for over 10 years! My core was weaker than a limp noodle, I had diastasis recti, and my endurance was zilch.

BUT, with IPT's consistent and dedicated training, I am now rockin' a four-pack (yep, abs for days!), my diastasis recti is on the mend, and I can crank out more reps with ease. BOOM! That's progress, baby!

I can't say enough about the IPT staff. They know their stuff and push you to be your best. They've taught me so much about effective exercise techniques since I started back in October 2022. And let me tell ya, I can't wait to see what kind of progress I make in the next six months.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Signed up from a Facebook ad for the 6 week challenge (but won't stop there!). WOW, had no idea the results that were going to come from it. I have lost body fat, increased muscle and cannot believe how far my body has come in such a short period. The group classes are great for community - all different levels and energy, such a positive force. The semi-private classes really allow you to challenge and push yourself as an individual. Their trainers are top-notch experts who are committed to your success. Not only is it a training program, but there is nutrition coaching with their program as well to help you keep on track with your health and goals. Was really looking forward to getting healthy with infinity's help. Unfortunately I felt really pressured to sign up even though I asked for time to think about the commitment because of how expensive it was. I didn't like that I was pressured to make a decision right then. I did end up signing up and unfortunately a week after I signed up my husband lost his job due to COVID19 and I had no choice but to cancel. The process to cancel was very difficult and I had to fill out a form that only they had access to. I had to be at their mercy to email me this form. It took over 2 weeks to get this cancelation form from the time I initially asked to cancel. Which conveniently for them allowed them to charge me again for a whole month I couldn't use because I had to increase my work hours due to my husband's loss of work. After explaining this to the office manager no help was offered. I sent text messages and an email to the owner because of the financial hardship and got zero response. In total I was out close to $800 and I only was able to use 3 sessions. You would think that because we're in a pandemic that a reputable company would be more understanding to clients that unexpectedly loose there income and at least give some kind of break. I am very disappointed that I got no response to my emails for help. The woman Gabby in the office was no help and could care less about my situation. I definitely don't recommend any of my family or friends to do business here.

Some of the things that make IPT an outstanding facility are interest and support in all aspects of health, not just a good workout; very friendly staff many knowing my name; cleanliness and neatness is the best I’ve ever seen at any gym; my trainer (Vince) is the best too. I started with the IPT team last August just a week after I came home from the Navy. I'd put on some beer and pizza weight, needed some structure, and a place to decompress while I re-adjusted to civilian life. I haven't worked with every trainer here, but I'm greeted by them all everyday, by name, even if I haven't attended one of their classes. Thr team is knowledgeable and they'll work with you to hold you accountable to your goals. When I fell behind on mine there was no shame. I'd sit down with my trainer, discuss any struggles I may be having and new goals I'd like to set. Getting the InBody scan became something I was less nervous about and more excited for. Originally when I started at IPT, I cared more for the number on the scale, and my body fat percentage. While it's still important to keep that number in check, I'm more excited about seeing my muscle mass increase. This has helped me become more accepting of my physique because I have a better understanding of what numbers truly count.

I have been a member now for couple months and for my needs, they pretty much rock. :) I was a bit skeptical because they asked about a 12 month commitment up front (eesh), but I knew I needed a change and wanted to commit myself, so I went all-in. Tad more expensive than a fancy gym membership but worth every penny IMO. I'm def not disappointed in my choice and plan on still being a member at 12 months and beyond haha. With smaller class sizes (which I love), the trainers actually remember who you are and are always encouraging you to do your best - this is awesome for as shy as I consider myself. I also love their three-pillar approach (accountability, training, nutrition). The accountability aspect is what I'm weakest on and I feel like they do a fantastic job of gently nudging you to stay consistent. I've dropped a couple inches off my waist, 10+ lbs, and more importantly feel stronger and more confident than I have in the past few years. Also really looking forward to seeing their new location even tho its' going to be a few minutes further for me (ugh :P). This is a great facility with workouts that change regularly, staff who care and carefully watch form, and holistic approach to health with healthy eating programs, recipes, and a willingness to tailor to individual needs.

When I started coming to the 6 week boy camp program they offered at the first of January, I hadn’t worked out with weights in a gym since high school. I was very intimidated and didn’t know if I would be able to make it through the first class. The great thing about this gym is that they will make adjustments so everyone is able to get the most out of the workout. I’m now ending the second month and just finished my 24th session. I can see big changes in my body, feel great on the eating plan, and am getting used to having sore muscles after most of the classes!

They're not afraid to push you when you feel like you can't do it. They will find a way! You're going to have feelings in places you didn't know existed on your body. They are going to get all up in your business to help you stay true to YOUR goals. They're going to force you to be honest with yourself and be present at every decision. But it's so very worth it. I've shown myself that I can do something I've never done before. And now that I know I can, I'm even more motivated to keep going! I've been w/Infinity since mid Sept. I was initially very scared to attend but knew that I needed help. The first class I had I knew this was a great fit. The instructors are super helpful and very encouraging! Even when you feel like you are about to give up they come around and pep you up.

I had been working out regularly off and on for seven years at a self serve, cookie cutter gym. Sometimes regular "on my own" workouts 5-6 days a week. I thought I was pushing myself but with all of the time I was dedicating, I just wasn't seeing comparable results. I now know that having a knowledgeable trainer with a strategic workout plan, staying on track with clean eating combined with hard work and dedication are all required for improved results.

Since I've been a client, I'm stronger and healthier. I can do REAL pushups now, use heavier weights and my overall strength is improved. My hair and nails are growing like crazy (when they didn't used to) and I feel better physically, mentally and emotionally. I'm not the only one seeing results!

I have been attending small group training sessions for almost 6 months. Even though you are with several other people you are getting individualized attention to ensure proper form. All the trainers are fabulous to work with. I have never stuck to a work out program for more than a month or two and this program works for me. I am challenged and motivated. I've had so much fun with these guys. I look forward to coming in each week and watch my growth. If you need personal training to start a new great lifestyle and fitness habits, looo no further than Infinity Personal Training. Vince is a great trainer. Ive gained almost 15 pounds of muscle mass since I started a few months ago. They have all the right equipment and they mix up your routine so you don't plateau or get bored in your growth. They also offer a variety of fitness styles from private to group training. They are expensive ($700/month for private personal training 2x a week) but that works out to an expectable hourly rate.

The only criticism I have has to do with their nutrition and lifestyle guidance. None of the staff are registered dietitians (RDs) or people with bachelor's or graduate education in nutrition sciences, so take their nutrition and lifestyle advice wholesomely with a grain of salt. I strongly advise them to hire an RD to direct their nutrition and lifestyle objectives. Their intentions are to have you eat/live healthily, and that's fantastic. They usually give great overall advice (calorie limits and macronutrients balances) and help keep you accountable. But they really need staff formally educated in nutrition science and diet. The owners' educations are in business. They have several personal training and fitness certifications, but only one of them even has a precision nutrition certification. They seem to give lifestyle advice to their clients based mostly off what they have learned online. Some of it is reliable, some of it appears scientifically unfounded, noticeably the obsession they have with natural products and remedies. I myself having a degree in chemical engineering, training in food science and engineering, I have published scientific research in bio and food engineering, and I work with clinical RDs in my workplace. So I am sometimes a little skeptical of some of the advice I read and heard from them. My colleagues and I have found some of their lifestyle advice posted by their staff or encouraged by them to resemble homeopathic pseudoscience (fearing tap water fluoride, emphasizing "powerful oils" to combat the flu, fearing corn products, etc). Basically, take their lifestyle advice with a grain of salt.

But I can't stress enough how fun and amazing this group has been for helping me meet my fitness goals. You will never have as much fun working out as with these guys. I definitely recommend it if you can afford it.

If you are serious about getting in shape and losing pounds this is the place. Everyone at IPT is very positive and supportive. They always return calls or emails quickly and truly care about you. When you walk in you are always greeted with a smile and all IPT members know your name. You not only get workouts but you get monthly check ups, meal plans, webinars and more. Once you join you are part of the IPT family. I personally do the small group training and love it. There are men and women in my group and everyone works at their own pace there is no pressure. Believe me I am a 8 month client and it is the best total training I have ever been part of.

I joined IPT in January of 2015 after seeing a horrific bathing suit photo of myself from our 2014 summer vacation in the Bahamas. I was driving around the area close to where I live and noticed IPT in one of the local strip mall centers. It was a Saturday around 3pm, so I wasn’t sure if they’d be open. As I walked up, I saw that they were indeed closed, but as I turned to leave… a really nice guy stopped me and asked if I was looking for information about IPT. I confirmed that I was and I came to find out that his name was Ray and he was one of the owners. He proceeded to unlock the building to let me in and gave me a tour of their facilities. He also gave me a rundown of the various training opportunities IPT had to offer and asked me what I was looking for. When he explained IPT’s small group workouts, I knew immediately that I’d accidentally happened upon the perfect place for me. I had participated in similar workouts years before and had good results but had fallen out of the workout routine for some time.
Once I began my workouts four days a week, I also met with Ray’s wife Amy who talked to me about nutrition and changes that I needed to make in my eating habits in order to see the results I wanted. IPT offers so much by way of healthy lifestyle documents, video recipes, recipe lists, and other helpful information on their website as well as their Facebook page that it made this transition manageable. I won’t say it’s been easy (especially the first 30 days), but now that I’m five months in… it really has become the way that I live my life and make my meal choices.
The trainers at IPT are just awesome! They take turns in leading the group classes and really push each individual within the class to rise up to his or her potential. Since the groups are small, there is no lack of individual attention as it relates to form correction or input if injuries are in play.
My overall goal was to lose 40-50 pounds and to tone my body when I started this journey. Almost halfway through my first year and I’m already down 35 pounds and 12% body fat! And while there’s still toning that needs to happen, I have definitely seen progress on that front as well. The best part is all of my friends, coworkers and family have noticed and constantly tell me how great I look. I cannot express enough how much IPT has changed my life for the better. I would not hesitate for one second to recommend their services to anyone who’s serious about getting fit and feeling fabulous!!

I stepped foot inside Infinity Personal Training in November 2014, thanks to some pushing by my mom and sister, both of whom have been reaping the benefits of working out at IPT for some time now. After only 5 months, IPT has had a positive impact on my life in more ways than the trainers know.
For me, the most important aspect is all about the people. Ray, Amy, and all the trainers truly care about each of their clients. They take the time to get to know you, they listen and remember what you tell them, and it's not long until they'll start joking with you like a friend. In addition, it's easy to make friends and conversation with other clients. There are all kinds, all sizes, all ages of people, and everyone accepts that we're all at IPT for a common purpose. It doesn't feel "clique-y."
The trainers also genuinely care about their clients' results. If you're not happy with something regarding the workouts, nutrition, etc., they will sit down with you and talk until a solution is found. For example, just last week, I was feeling upset about two pounds I seemed to have gained and couldn't lose again. Amy took my measurements, and I found out that I had indeed gained weight - of muscle! and dropped pounds of body fat.
The nutrition counseling is insightful, and the extra accountability increases motivation to eat well and be well. I'm stronger than I've ever been, I enjoy the community of people with a common purpose, and I am so grateful for Amy, Ray, and IPT!

I have been going to IPT since September of 2014, I love it! I HATE working out with a passion, but going here has kept me motivated and engaged. They are a full service establishment. Most gyms, you pay your membership fees and that's it. Here, they go over nutrition, they check in with you and if you miss a work out, they call to see if you are ok and what is going on. In the past, when I have started a workout routine, I burn out after about 3 months. Not here. I am happy to say I am still engaged, seeing results and absolutely loving it. I have been working out at Infinity Personal Training since July 2014. I was coming up on my 40th birthday and wanted to make a change. I have tried SO many different ways to lose weight to no avail. The missing ingredient has always been accountability. I love IPT! The owners and trainers are professional yet friendly and always open to questions about anything. They check My Fitness Pal and give suggestions/alternatives to my favorite meals, all of the trainers pay close attention to form during group and personal sessions so that I don't injure myself, and they are expecting me to be there. I have only missed 1 or 2 group sessions and I got a call from the trainer within an hour of my missed session! Accountability! As I said before, I have tried so many programs before and they didn't work because I didn't work them! At IPT I have so much support to stay focused on my goals it is virtually impossible to fail! I have been training here for six weeks, and so far I love it. Prior to this, my only experience with personal trainers had been the kind at big gyms that pretty much show you how to use the machines and give you a list of exercises to do, then send you on your way. Here, if you choose the one-on-one training the trainer is there every session, watching every rep for proper form, changing up the exercises between sessions, and pushing you farther than you think you can go (in a good way, I promise!) I have a long way to go in my fitness goals, and for that very reason I need the accountability they provide. They pay attention to whether or not you are reaching your goals, and that helps you stay on track even when you're not at the gym.

For the past 8 weeks, I have participated in specialized sessions called "Mansformation." Myself and 5 other men show up at 5:15am (Tuesday-Friday) and combine strength with cardio training. We also have the opportunity to work with several different trainers throughout the week during these sessions. What's unique about this program is that is isn't all about the 45 minutes we spend at the facility. We also have a FB page to post our meals and use as an accountability tool with what we eat. Results for me at this point in the 12 week program are down pounds and 5% body fat! I am looking forward to what is to come with the way my body will continue to transform. Simply the best there is! The difference between Ray and Amy's place and other gyms is the personal touch Ray and Amy bring to the mix.

When you join their gym, you're joining a tightly knit family of trainers and members who don't just look at each other as numbers on a spreadsheet, but as people that care about one another and their general health.

In addition to the sort of top level training you can expect as a standard, Ray, Amy, and the gang constantly go above and beyond. Sometimes they will throw events where members can come meet and hang out, enjoy healthy food, or compete together in a little more outside the box fun unique manner. One of trainers might call you or text you to check on how you're doing or congratulate you on achieving a goal or just to say how proud they are of your hard work!

All in all, a really wonderful place I'm proud to say I've been a part of now for more than 1 year. I don't know what sort of shape I would be in without them.

I have been a loyal customer of Fitness Together for the last 5 years. I was going to it before Ray became the owner. Fitness Together transformed for the better after Ray took over. He was full of new ideas and energy. Ray, Amy and the trainers are always plugged into their client's needs and are always changing up what's being done. I don't quite honestly know how they do it!
