Went with my friends and we had so much fun! The front staff was amazing and super welcoming. The only thing I’d suggest is maybe having instructors use set choreographies or offering options ahead of time. Our instructor was very talented, but she felt a bit impatient and rushed, and the choreography seemed made on the spot, which made it harder to follow.

I also noticed the instructor was a young woman with a nose piercing, and there was a noticeable smell of what seemed like marijuana when the class started. A little more patience, structure, and professionalism would’ve made the experience even better overall.

I had my wedding held here in an October 2025 and I couldn’t have asked for a better venue. From the time that we initially inquired in 2024, Inner Me/3 Stories was always by our side ensuring that everything was okay as time progressed. The day of the wedding, everything g went smooth without a hitch. The staff were friendly, helpful when asked, and allowed us to not to worry so much. Our coordinator was absolutely the best. Communicative, answered any last minute questions, and also made sure that the day of our wedding was perfect for us. I would highly recommend this for anyone who is looking to have an event in the downtown area. The rooftop is a beautiful view of the city and looks really good at night haha. BEWARE of becoming a member of the business. The cancellation process is extremely difficult and is treated as an attempt at one last money grab from you and had I realized that when I originally signed up, I would have thought differently about joining.

I was a member for 2.5 years, I enjoyed the classes, the staff was generally friendly, I paid my membership on-time every month and I was an easy-going member. My latest 12-month contract that I began in Feb 2024 was up and I had rolled onto a month-to-month membership which I was on for 8 months when I decided to cancel. I decided to cancel not because I disliked Inner Me but just because I have limited time and wanted to try out something else. I actually planned to possibly re-join in the future. When I reached out to cancel, I was repeatedly ghosted by the business. It took a week, 4 emails, 2 phone calls and 2 text messages to get an acknowledgement of my request. I then was told that I needed to pay for another month’s membership that I did not want in order to facilitate the cancellation and that the reason for this was to have a “smooth processing of cancellations”. Even though I had completed the 12-month contract I still had to pay another month’s fee to cancel. It became clear to me through the poor communication and additional charge that this business values a short-term money grab over a long-term client relationship. Prior to my experience with the cancellation process I actively encouraged others to attend a class at Inner Me and spoke positively of the business. After my experience with the cancellation process I would now advise others who are interested to stick to 1-time classes and not become a member.

I am sharing this here not to discourage anyone from attending classes but just to think twice about becoming a member. This is information I did not have when I joined and would have appreciated knowing.

My friend invited me because im always home lol. First time beginner, our twerk instructor was Ms.Daisia she is beautiful inside and out. She made my friend, and I feel comfortable, she was friendly and supportive and encouraging, and the vibe was positive. Love her character. Must book location! If you are ever in need of hosting an event in the downtown Houston area, look no further. The scenery will catch your eye, but the service will steal your heart. Alexa and the team went above and beyond what was necessary to make this experience as enjoyable as possible. I am based in Atlanta, so booking this location sight unseen was scary at first. But whether it was DJ recommendations, food recommendations, or any other accommodations, Alexa and the team ensured success and delivered that and more. We will be back!

The classes are great overall, but I had an issue where a coach filmed me without asking and then didn’t follow up by sending the video. Also, it’s common for other people dancing or exercising nearby to appear in members' videos, which can be uncomfortable for those who value their privacy. Honestly, it’s been really frustrating to feel like I had to avoid the gym for months just to get away from an environment where my privacy wasn’t respected—especially when I needed that space the most to relieve stress and reconnect with my body through exercise, without ending up in other people’s videos, whether intentional or not. I’ve done my best to raise awareness about this issue, but it hasn’t made a difference. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. (Update: The studio reached out and assured me they’re working on a non-recording policy. Others have raised similar concerns, and they are encouraging us to return and help support a safe, private environment for everyone.)

Had a fantastic experience organizing our celebration for our kids’ sacraments! Communication with the team was smooth and painless, from setting up a walk through of the venue to last minute details on the day of. Thanks Alexa for being able fantastic organizer! We rented the rooftop venue which had a great view of the city and plenty of open space for guests and activities, and multiple vendors. Bar staff which we hired through the venue were friendly and professional, and the event staff were on hand through-out the celebration to ensure we were taken care of. I highly recommend checking out this place for your future events. I will definitely be back here for future events 😄

I went to inner me looking for different fitness options as well as find a community feel since my former yoga studio shut down. After my first interaction, I felt that the mgmt and consumer service team demonstrated excellent customer service as well as made we feel welcome to their studio. The students as well were equally friendly and willing to help new students. The classes from pole fitness to yoga are excellent and you can tell the teachers care. I will return and I highly recommend visiting them to see for yourself.

I’m Janice I’m using my daughter’s account because google wouldn’t let post a new review. On feb 8th I had my first 50th party and per my last review it didn’t go so well. On that Monday the owner Nicole and the manager Leslie both reached out to me. They apologize and offered to redo my party. I will say I was reluctant at first but I agreed. Let me tell you they brought the thunder. My redo was dynamite lol. Trish the instructor was amazing. Her energy was a 20. She had names for us ,the dance was sexy and fun and the dance off was great and to top it off they had a birthday sign. I’m so glad I agreed to the do over. Thank you so much for making this right. I was a Pole Fitness instructor. I came here and until he beginner class and the moves and dances, we did wonderful but the only problem I have is the teachers don’t seem to teach the proper movements or hand grips or anything. They just put the person on the pole and tell them to repeat what they see! As a former instructor, we would teach basically from the ground up on a beginner class as in the type of grip you need to use for whatever movement it is that you’re using or learning to use. Actually, the beginner instructor that I had anyway did not even tell them to repeat what they see. She just did the move and said OK Now y’all do the same thing in my opinion that is extremely. I purposely took a small fall onto my back and the instructor did not even come over towards me at all. She did not say are you OK? She didn’t do anything. She didn’t even look my way but one time so had that been a true beginner or not knowing what she was doing she could have gotten severely hurt and there are no pads That they put under the pole. I always used the pole pads for the safety of all of my students.dangerous for the new beginners who don’t really know what they’re doing and they do not tell you you can use your own hand. Grip people have come in there. I’ve seen them get on the pole and fall because they can’t grip onto the pole as an Now y’all do the same thing in my opinion that is extremely dangerous for the new beginners who don’t really know what they’re doing and they do not tell you you can use your own hand. I had an awful experience. I paid for 2 hours 30 minutes to set up and 1.5 to dance. My room was not ready at 730 which was my start time. Then instructor had on slippers and her sleeping clothes. She looked so unprofessional. Then she did not use the song I sent in. When I mentioned it she just gave me a look and kept it moving with no explanation. It was my 50th so I was trying not to ruin my party but I will call the manger on Monday. According to them the manager doesn't work on weekends. To top it off the instructor told us we had to be out by 915 because she has another class at 930. If my class doesn't end until 930 why would another class with the same instructor start at 930. I have this recorded because I was getting ready to video my dance. No compensation was offered and the front staff was just as rude as the instructor. I've had my party here before this is why I went back but after last night I will not be back and I will not be recommending this establishment to anyone else. I will post my experience on every social media platform that I have. Zero stars is what i given i just didn't have that option

My group had the funnest time pole dancing for my sister’s bachelorette trip! Nisha was our instructor and she eased us into it helping us feel comfortable. We’re from Louisiana and wanted to do something that none of us has done before. I’m pregnant so I couldn’t do everything as far as lifting my body, but the rest of the group was sore from all the lifting, spinning, & moving. Initially I called another place, but they didn’t answer and when they called me back they just didn’t seem friendly. When calling to book with Inner Me they were very nice over the phone and answered all my questions.

I rented the venue for a surprise party. Nicole, Alexis and the team were super helpful from the beginning, being super responsive and giving suggestions on how to setup the venue considering the size of the crowd I was expecting, suggestions on drinks to offer and everything in between. I used the rental company that was suggested by 3Stories, which made preparation easier as the reservations were handled by Alexis and the furniture was waiting at the venue during the setup time the day of the event. Bar staff provided was amazing and the team was available during the time of the entire event to assist with questions and other help needed. I would definitely recommend the venue to others to rent out. The guests all loved the venue and called it a “vibe”. Thanks 3Stories!

We’d booked for a bachelorette and we had so much fun! All of the staff were super professional, from creating the reservation to the actual day-of. Brittany was our instructor and we couldn’t have asked for a better teacher. She took extra time to make sure we were catching on, which we all really appreciated. Our class was almost two weeks ago and we’re all still feeling it. This was not only a fun, sexy, and empowering experience, but it was also a true workout, which we loved. We take pride in physically fitness, so working those arm muscles helped teach us that we needed to expand our fitness plans. This was our first visit here and we definitely plan on returning.

We toured this Beautiful dance studio for a potential party location. The roof top is gorgeous with breathtaking views. There a large bar with stools that will help accommodate any size event.
Inside I believe there are 4 dance studios including a pole room and another room with a sauna.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I even received a follow up call which always goes a long way. Please go check out their menu classes or book your next event.

I am LOVING my Pole classes. I recommend the Newbie class before heading to Beginners. It was a great intro into what to expect before diving in. The teachers have been so kind and informative. I have no dance background, but I feel so supported. Be prepared for some slight bruising but nothing that a t shirt doesn’t cover. It’s a great workout too. Bring a towel!

My experience at Inner Me Studio was truly exceptional. From the moment I entered I was warmly welcomed by the attentive staff (Lola) and enveloped in an exciting atmosphere. My first pole dance class (beginners) with Nicole was amazing. We learned all about how to start and be sexy. The second pole dance class (beginners) with Abigail was super fun and we learned a lot of techniques. My third class, STRONGSexy (beginners) with Stephanie was an absolutely fantastic, full body workout for 75 minutes. All classmates were so nice and wonderful.
Inner Me Studio promotes so much positive exercise culture and uplifts others I can’t wait to return to my next class to explore more!

I took my first pole class with Neisha and she is the best!!!! She really took her time and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The studio was clean and their women's restroom is bomb they have lots of feminine products, showers, and a sauna.

In extremely rare cases, I give negative comments about any establishment. I signed up for their membership, thinking (my mistake, not theirs), that I could cancel anytime without any penalties (I should have read their "fine print" in the contract). The salesperson who signed me up didn't mention that there would be a $250 early termination fee. They only mentioned that they would charge me for one month's fee from the date of cancellation, but nothing about the early contract termination fee of $250.

Anyways, are they "legally" allowed to charge me an early termination fee of $250? Yes, they are "legally" allowed to do so.

Are they "ethically" justified in doing so?

I LOVE this studio!!! The front desk staff are always super friendly, the studio is kept very clean, and the instructors are exceptional. I do not live nearby and have looked at and visited other pole studios in Houston, Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio. From everything I've seen, I can easily say this studio is the best! Pole instructors are very talented and great about having sufficient warmups and teaching safely (which has been problematic for me elsewhere). The studio also has a variety of other classes that I enjoy. The other students/clients are really positive, accepting, and uplifting. Overall, it is an awesome community and I HIGHLY recommend taking classes here.

This place is fantastic. The classes are a lot of fun and I'm getting in great shape. The best part is that everyone who works there is so over the top friendly and supportive all the time. I'm very early in my transition and still look very masculine, so I get extremely self-conscious in majority-female spaces like this. But every single person I've interacted with has been so unrelentingly welcoming and seemingly excited to see me, it's allowed me to actually feel much more comfortable here than I ever expected to.

This studio has been such a refuge for me throughout recent months of big life transitions. After trying one class and experiencing the welcoming community atmosphere, I called my gym and told them I wouldn't be renewing my membership.

Joining at Inner Me was the best choice for me-- the beginner pole classes and erotic flow have helped me so much with confidence, strength and self expression.

I was visiting Houston for work and had only a few odd hours here and there - I called them and the staff was super accommodating with letting me do open studio practice! I've been wanting to get back to dancing for some time now and couldn't really find a place that will host classes i like. I came across INNER ME through google and checked it out. The front desk reps are super friendly and informative. This is my first week attending classes at INNER ME STUDIOS. So far I've done Step Aerobics, Pole for Beginners, and Ride. All different and all were FUN! The instructors all have their own personalities and hype you up through out the class! I'm looking forward to continuing my dance journey here with them. Looking forward to taking my first Hip Hop Dance class tonight!!

Still going strong at InnerMe!

I just want to thank all of you at InnerMe, from the bottom of my heart, for truly changing my life!
I started with one pole class, my husband got one for the house, so, having no experience, I booked a class at InnerMe. I am going on 7 months now, and my mind and body have never been better. If you are looking for a welcoming, non-judgemental environment then please, check them out! It's a truly safe space with nothing but AMAZING VIBES! I just kept going back so I could show my husband I learned something (pole dancing is WAY HARDER than I expected) and I am in the best shape of my life, looking to setting and achieving more fitness goals for myself. Brandi, Sam, and Bri are my go-to instructors and each offer their own dance styles and technique. Hopefully one day I will be able to meet the other instructors (I am just not good enough yet to take those classes) If you are thinking about taking a class, JUST DO IT! 💚

The classes here are fun but the environment that the staff brings is extremely negative & unprofessional. They need training on customer service at the front desk because some of the staff is sooooooo rude and nasty and the instructors need to understand some people are not professional dancers. It’s okay to slow down while teaching a routine. We are not practicing for a dance competition!
