Inner Strength Fitness is a great facility. They can work with a multitude of fitness levels and goals. I am an avid golfer, and joined Inner Strength for a golf program. I mainly work with Micah, and she is a fantastic trainer with lots of knowledge. These workouts are helping with my over all strength, as well as club head speed and flexibility.

I LOVE Inner Strength Fitness. I have been training here for over 2 years. The personalized training sessions have improved my strength, mobility, stamina and both my physical and my mental health. I am an active 65 year old and hope to remain that way for years to come. The small studio gives us the opportunity to get to know the others in our sessions and encourage and support each other. I have worked with each of the coaches and each one contributes something different to my training. While not a rehab facility, the coaches have been able to modify my workouts when I broke my wrist and threw my back out so that I did not have to miss any workouts. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Inner Strength to my friends.

I’ve been working out at Inner Strength for about 2 years and I love it! If you are 50y/o or more, this is the place to get stronger, more fitness and better balance. Workouts are individualized and the trainers are very attentive and careful about aches, pains and injuries. Having said that, you will get a good workout and friendly encouragement to push forward. The trainers themselves are the key to all of this and they are the best! Micah has been my trainer at the North Arlington facility and she is awesome! But, there are no trainers at Inner Strength who don’t seem to love their job and getting to know their clients. They make exercise fun.

Working out with Inner Strength the last two years and it has been a great experience. MICAH is a great trainer and motivates the exercise program. As a physician I know the importance of exercise as we grow older. MICAH always is cognizant of any areas of our body that are under strain to make sure that it’s not aggravating and making worse . I recommend this program at Inner Strength without reservation.

I can’t say enough good things about Inner Strength Fitness! The vibe here is super welcoming, and it’s clear from day one that they genuinely care about helping you reach your goals. But what really makes it special for me is my trainer, Micah. I absolutely love working with her! She’s not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly encouraging and fun to train with. Micah knows exactly how to challenge me without overwhelming me, and she always keeps workouts fresh and motivating.

On top of that, the community at Inner Strength is amazing. I’ve met so many great people here, and those new friendships have made working out something I truly look forward to. There’s just something about laughing, and growing stronger together that makes all the difference. If it were possible to give Inner Strength Training 5+ stars, I would! Over the past 40 years, my workouts have been a combination of self-driven programs and working with personal trainers. Over time, my motivation to change up my programs became stale and boring, which alone caused plateauing. Past personal trainers were wonderful, but after having a back fusion, I required a trainer who would develop a vast program to meet me where I was following the surgery. Inner Strength provided the two elements I was looking for. The staff is friendly, understanding, and highly trained. I also liked having a time slot that allowed for a maximum of 5 people working out at the same time under the watchful eye of the trainers. Sadly, I no longer attend Inner Strength because I am moving out of state otherwise, I would stay indefinitely. Make an appointment and talk to the staff. You won't be disappointed!

What really sets this gym apart is the personal trainers. They’re fantastic. They know exactly how to customize workouts to fit individual needs. Whether you’re managing joint issues, want to improve balance, build strength, or just stay active, they’ll create a custom plan that works for you. They’ve helped me tremendously.

The atmosphere is welcoming, never intimidating. It’s motivating but not overwhelming. You don’t have to be a lifelong gym-goer to feel at home here.

If you’re in the Arlington area and want a gym that treats you like a person—not just a membership number—and has expert trainers who specialize in fitness for those 50 and older, Inner Strength Fitness is absolutely worth checking out.
