I recently attended a sun salutation workshop at Inspire Yoga Denton. It was hosted by Molly who did an incredible job of taking us step-by-step through the poses, asked great questions of us, and her knowledge was impeccable. Inspire Yoga instructors are so intuitive with their own bodies and they encourage us to listen and learn so much about our own personal bodies. Molly’s obvious knowledge and enthusiasm was so engaging. I’m so appreciative of the workshop. Thank you, Molly!!

I've been doing yoga at Inspire Denton for over 5 years. Rachel, Nancy, Alana, and Claire are my favorite instructors. I highly recommend this studio for Yin sessions if you need to connect to your calm and Slow Flow for all over workout and stretch.

What a great group of instructors! They encourage the beginners and challenge the more advanced yogis. All levels and ages will feel comfortable and at ease.

I absolutely love Inspire Yoga! The sessions are amazing and the instructors are incredible. The sessions offered also explain whether they are beginner/intermediate/advanced which is super helpful if you’re new to the yoga world (which I was!) but getting to try all of the classes has been fun especially because the instructors guide you along the way.

This is truly my go to place to get centered, strong, cleared, and happy. There are several different class options to choose from. All great choices depending on what you like or what your body needs. The instructors are knowledgeable and share their own unique style guiding you with compassion through the practice. For the past 3 years, I have been going to Inspire Yoga & my life has changed for the better because of it. This April I took my practice deeper by joining the Soul Revival Retreat in Nosara, Costa Rica hosted by the studio owner, Courtney. WOW! I highly recommend to anyone wanting to get out of their comfort zone, connect with beautiful nature & people, and strengthen their yoga practice. Courtney planned each day so perfectly with multiple yoga classes, adventures such as surfing or hiking, and delicious chef-prepared meals. Already want to go back! Thank you Inspire Denton for expanding my horizons!

I started attending Inspire Yoga Denton with one of my friends a few years ago, and it quickly became an oasis of empowerment and release for me. Every class I attended was thoughtful, challenging, and informative, with wonderful cuing and alignment assistance.

Unfortunately, I've moved away from Denton, but I learned about one of the retreats they were hosting this year and decided to sign up. Best decision ever! The 2024 Inspire Yoga Soul Revival Retreat to Nosara, Costa Rica, was one of the most beautiful life experiences I've had. Courtney Whistler, the owner of Inspire Yoga Denton, is a masterful trip coordinator. You could tell how much intention and time went into curating the retreat's itinerary. I appreciated the balance of yoga with unique experiences and space for relaxation and reflection, as well. I'm also so happy she brought back a previous Inspire teacher, Jennifer McElory, to lead our practice. Her expertise and creativity shine through every flow she leads. I truly felt cared for by the leadership here.

All this to say, when another retreat opportunity comes up, DO IT. It's the reset your mind, body, and soul are craving.

I love this place but as the years have passed they've gotten unaffordable. I used to get the black Friday deal for the 30 class package. For around 330ish to 350ish bucks. Now it is nearly twice as much. Sucks but yeah. Awesome place but wayyy too expensive now

My favorite yoga studio! It's so cozy and I love the variety of classes offered. Each instructor has a different vibe but all give a great experience. The owner is also wonderful and works hard to provide a positive experience for everyone that attends. 10/10 would recommend!

An intimate and calming experience! I love this quaint studio off of the Denton square. I leave feeling relaxed and de-stressed each time. The teachers are amazing! The owner takes great pride in this studio and you can tell. Love the lavender towels!! Purchased a 10 pack of classes and this was a perfect start for me. I will definitely be back!

Bought a package since I will be in the area for work.I cannot begin to tell you, how much I love this place. The teachers are welcoming and everyone seems friendly. Inspire Yoga lives up to its name. Supportive instructors, friendly yogis, and challenging exercises make me feel happy and inspired. When I want a challenging class, Hot Vinyasa flows give me a great sweat with twists and stretches mixed in. When I want something more zen, Slow Flows and Yin help me calm down and center my mind (twists and stretches mixed in here as well). The instructors are wonderful. The community is supportive and judgment-free. Murals on the wall instead of mirrors which I love (zero ego emissions).

I’ve been a member at Inspire Yoga for almost two months and I’ve never felt so at home at a studio in my life. Instructors have become friends, and my fellow yogis and I know each other by name. There are three different types of classes and they all fit into my life in different ways. I encourage you to try them all! There is yoga...and then there is inspire yoga imho! The Denton studio is a hands down a fun place to learn and practice...the depth and breadth of instruction will keep you motivated and grounded. They also provide member events (potlucks, rock climbing, dinner on the square) for yogi's to get to know one another. I love it here. Been going for a few years. The only thing that's hard for me is that there isn't always multiple classes a day to choose from. So if I want to attend an Inspire class, there is usually only one for me to choose from and if I can't attend that one, I miss out for thr day. It would also be really nice to have an option for a class around lunchtime so those of us who work could attend on our lunch break. But the teachers are wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. They always greet me by name and make me feel welcome!

The Yoga Teacher Training Program at Inspire Yoga is THE BEST in Texas. Not only will you get a great experience understanding Yoga in all it's facets, you will also gain a deeper understanding of who YOU are. It's something I didn't expect, and I'll treasure for the rest of my life. If you're curious, you need to do this. It's the BEST investment I have ever made for myself!

I can't say enough positive things about Inspire! They are extremely welcoming (even if you aren't a member) and accommodating to people who are new to yoga. Their music is fun and classes are relaxed, with occasional giggles helping to move you through tough poses. Every class ends with a cooling lavender towel, and I love that they offer free mat rentals for members. While I'm still pretty new, I have taken about 16 classes with a variety of instructors and haven't dislike any of them. I highly recommend this studio!

Yoga was a thing I did at home via YouTube before I ever darkened the door of a yoga studio. I practiced at home for 2 years, largely because I was afraid of looking like a fool in front of "real yogis." One day, a friend recommended I try Inspire Yoga - she said that the teachers were helpful and the classes not intimidating or pushy. Since that day I have only missed going on a weekly basis when I was on vacation out of town. Clearly, something awesome has me hooked on Inspire.

The teachers here are diverse in approach, warmly welcoming, thorough in their knowledge of assists and modifications based on your body's needs, and have become like a second family. Beyond the teachers though, the community is what sets Inspire Yoga Denton apart: the yogis who lay out their mats with you in class each week aren't just some random joe or jane. These are consistent, caring, peaceful people who both respect your need for quiet if you come to yoga to be centered, or who will engage with you in conversation about your day or week if you come ready for relationship building. They will laugh with you as you sweat more than you knew possible, and breathe reassuring, deep, determined breaths with you as you, side-by-side, strive toward the same goal: savasana.

Yoga isn't just stretching or OM'ing - yoga at Inspire Yoga Denton is home, it is centered, it is fun, it is relaxed and it is relaxing. It is NOT stuffy, presumptuous, or strained. If you're looking for a studio where you can just be yourself and have space to grow, Inspire Yoga Denton is your space.
