I signed up for a 14-day free trial. I just moved here and I was looking for a place that I could integrate into the community and be surrounded by people with like-minded goals. This is definitely the place. I had so much fun and it was amazing. The next day I could feel my whole body after just one workout. This is definitely the place to connect with people and have fun. The only downside is that for a single woman making average income it is not affordable. And while there's still the free trial left I do not want to take up another person's chance to be a part of such a wonderful experience. As soon as I get an increase I will definitely be joining this place. Until then I will miss all of you guys. Thank you so much for allowing me to participate. It means a lot.... well that was my review a few weeks ago. Im updating my review. I decided to go ahead and go for it. Yes it's expensive, but there just is not another place with the kind of energy that they have...your health and happiness is worth it! This place rocks!

This place is awesome. I would highly recommend giving it a try.
Everyone on the staff is incredibly nice and personable. They make a concerted effort to create a sense of community and make each client feel welcomed and valued.
If you're female, I can almost guarantee you're going to love it.
The only thing you should know that might not make it the place for you if you're male is that about 95% of the clientele consists of older females, and the workouts are geared toward that demographic. For some, it may not be comfortable being the only guy in the class and/or it might not be challenging enough for younger men. As I said, the staff is fantastic, but at times I had the thought that perhaps the other clients would prefer I not be there. Maybe that was in my own head and due to my own discomfort at being the only male, but it was palpable at times.

Unlike the run of the mill, open 24 hours, filled with influencers fitness barns, this gym contains REAL people, fantastic instructors that care about you, and greet you by name, with a strategically mapped out whole body workout. You pick a workout time that fits your schedule. You SCHEDULE IT (so you actually show up and make your health your priority), and it’s efficiently crafted to included stretching, coaching, and workout within 45 minutes. My arms, my core, my legs all receive much needed attention. Levi, the mastermind owner, also makes sure to include movements that strengthen our balance, coordination, and mobility. There’s no discount gym out there that is going to take into consideration all of these elements that our bodies need as we age. Come try it out. You will not regret it!

When I started going to ITS over 2 years ago, I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised on how welcoming the coaches and members were. I knew my athletic days were far behind me, but what is awesome about ITS and the coaches is they work with you no matter where you are in your fitness journey. My main goal when I started was to focus on mobility and flexibility. Now, I am happy to say that I feel stronger every day, thanks to the program and encouragement of all the coaches at ITS!!

There is not enough space to say how much I love this gym. The coaches are knowledgeable and patient. The other clients are supportive no matter where you are in your fitness journey. I have been at this gym for over 6 years now. The instructors are thorough in their explanations of the whys and hows for each exercise that is being utilized that session. I like the variety of exercises they offer and the leveling up offered each week. It’s nice to go to a gym that has experienced, hands on trainers. The classes are never overbooked, the schedules are set (you have flexibility with your own personal schedule). The people that attend are all very nice and as dedicated as the trainers. They also offer outside incentives, nutrition help, additional challenges aside from the classes. They are truly on your side to help you reach your fitness goals. I feel fortunate to have found this Gym!

If you are looking for a gym that helps you with your nutrition, models good form for exercises and helps you make adjustments to your form as needed, makes you feel at home, and has coaches that really care about you? Try Intensity Training Systems. Levi, Linda, Kevin, and Parker are amazing, knowledgable coaches that really want to help you and can help you. No matter where you are physically, the program created for each four week block can be increased or decreased to meet your personal level of fitness. I have worked out at different gyms over the years, and only here did I learn I was doing some exercises incorrectly. Now, I do not have any more issues with my elbows. I also have some minor back problems, but Levi and his crew help me modify when needed which allows me to keep working. This truly is the best place to workout. Give them a try. You will be pleased you did.

I’ve been working out with ITS for over a year and I have seen complete body transformation and whole body toning, and muscle building. Although it hasn’t been about the weight loss for me, I have lost 50 pounds and it’s almost felt effortless. ITS is more than a gym. You get a team of coaches that care about you beyond the actual class.
They know EVERYONE’s name and when life happens, you will receive a text to make sure you are ok and ask how they can help.
I never feel anxious going to workout because I know they are masters at providing modifications for success with all the exercises. They are excited and willing to work with you as much as you want to help you reach your goals. For me to have stayed in one place for years speaks volumes. However, I highly recommend you try it and make up your own mind. More than likely, years later you too will be making an ITS google review.

I.T.S is great on so many levels. The coaches know you and check in. They hold me accountable because I know they see when I’m not there. I’m not a super self-motivated person when it comes to exercise, and they keep me accountable in a healthy way. The facility is always clean. The exercises are tiered so on weeks when I’m not 100% I can still keep up and get a great workout in. At the end of each workout the group shouts stronger, and that is exactly how I feel walking out after a session. Love this gym and cannot highly recommend enough!

Working out. Very few folks love it!
This place though, the trainers Levi, Linda, Kevin and Parker see you and know you by name! They will show you modifications for exercises if they are needed. You start out slowly at week one, which involves lighter weights and or repetitions. The class stretches together before we start a workout. I was working out on my own 4-5 days a week and sometimes twice a day to get ready for my son’s wedding. 9 months on my own and very few changes. I finally committed to ITS and haven’t looked back. 2 years with 3 times a week and I have muscles. More importantly though, they do a fair amount of practical strength and mobility training. Think stretching and resistance bands. I am talking to you, work from home peeps!
My back doesn’t hurt like it used to, my shoulders don’t ache as much and my legs and ankles are strong. I have recommended ITS to so many of my clients, to keep strong and mobile!

Coaches here are excellent! They always offer a warm greeting. Every exercise is thoroughly explained and demonstrated, and varying levels of difficulty are provided. Coaches are always actively circulating the room to offer tips and answer questions you may have. Joining ITS has been the best investment I could have made in my health. It is the whole package! Awesome gym with the best coaches. I started here back 2017 and hated to leave when I moved away so when I moved back to the area I had to go back. I suffer from extreme anxiety and was so nervous on Day 1 but the coaches really make you feel comfortable and work with whatever fitness level you are at. I really like the accountability factor. They genuinely care for their clients, even checking on you when you have been out and they haven't heard from you. The personal training and nutrition information you get feels like an added bonus. I highly recommend ITS!

Absolutely love ITS! They have a sign on their entrance door that says “you just did the hard part, we’ll take it from here”. And that’s so true! When you walk in you’re greeted by the best staff who all know your name. The size of the classes are perfect. Big enough that you feel part of a team but small enough that you get to know them all. The workouts are super challenging and can be scaled to your needs. If you are looking for a gym that feels like a family and is focused on getting you your best results, this is the gym for you.

I have been working out at this gym since October of 2023. I am so much stronger and fitter than I was 1 year ago. Seeing my results has been an incentive for me to work out more. The coaches are great. They know their stuff and are always watching to correct any bad form that could either impede progress or injure us. This gym is like one big family. I always look forward to working out at ITS. There are so many classes to choose from, so finding a schedule to fit into my life is easy. I was working out regularly at a local place until Covid hit. My gym shut down and never opened back up. I knew several people who went to ITS. I kept telling myself that I would do my own workout at home. Things got in the way and I was not consistent. I gave ITS a try , and loved it. There is a space for everyone. Athletes, SAHM’s, grandparents, and gym regulars. The best part is that you show up and they tell you what to do. No thinking about arm day/leg day/core and making your own plan. You push yourself and everyone is responsible for their own improvement, but with great encouragement from the coaches. I would (and do) recommend this place to anyone looking to move their body in a way that keeps/makes them strong.

I have been with ITS for 4.5 years and absolutely love it! I started there with a friend on a New Year’s challenge to lose some stubborn weight and immediately joined afterwards. I have been a member of ITS for 7 years now. I am stronger now at 49 than I was in my 20s. The environment that Levi has created is the element to our success and faithfulness here. I have been with ITS just 9 months and I totally love everything about the program! I work out 3 times a week I never miss a class unless I have to be out of town. I like that we work different muscle groups in each session and even that changes on a monthly basis! I’ll be here as long as I’m able to walk in here on my own! I highly recommend ITS. I joined the gym a little over 4 years ago. Over the past 4 years, my strength has greatly improved. With a growth in strength, my confidence in other aspects of life has improved.
The coaches have many years of education and experience and are fantastic. They are truly concerned about all who train at the gym. The coaches are great to provide individual guidance and help. Clases are small enough that the coaches can observe and assist each person.
Additionally, a great camaraderie exists among everyone at the gym. In addition to the help i have received from the coaches, I haved received a lot of help from other members who have more experience than me. I look forward to seeing my gym friends every session.
In summary, I don’t think you can find a better gym if you are seriously wanting to improve your health and the way you feel.

BEST DECIOION EVER!! I’ve been part of the ITS family for 7 years. I started 3 days a week and now you’ll find me there 6 days a week. I am stronger physically, more mentally engaged, sleep better, and have way more mobility and balance than ever before. I just can’t recommend this gym more. Actually, this facility is way MORE THAN A GYM. The coaches are the best fitness trainers you’ll find, hands down. They are dedicated and knowledgeable about fitness but beyond that they truly care and want to know you. They are always available through the family Facebook page or their phones to support you reaching your goals. The equipment they provide is the best in the industry and they are continually adding new training tools but what makes it more than a gym is that they are hands on helping you use that equipment accurately, providing helpful modifications when they are needed, personalizing each workout, for each person, every time. I’ve seen lives changed, including my own, way beyond physical strength and weight loss. There is no gym ego in this place. Just a community of people that want better for themselves and you!

I love this gym! A friend talked me into coming years ago to try it out and I’ve stuck around ever since. This place, the coaches, and the people are why I have stayed for so long. I have "belonged " to at least a dozen gyms in my life, never have I never stayed but a few months. I have been coming to ITS for 3 years, 3 times a week and have missed less than 5 days in that time. The reason is because ITS really is more than a Gym. You are treated as a person, not an income. ITS is great. The coaches are professionals that do a great job of taking participants through a thorough but quick warmup then teaching how and why to perform each exercise properly to avoid injury. Workouts are at your own pace so you can push yourself as much or as little as you want without feeling out of place. Total session from start to finish is about 45 minutes but I can feel the results all day. In six months I have become much stronger and had no injury issues, which has been a problem for me in other fitness programs. This place has a great culture as well. Highly recommend.

I’ll never forget the evening in November 2021, when while sitting at dinner table, my wife looked at me , took my hand, and said “ It’s time”. My heart sank, I thought nothing but bad. What she did say was it was time for me to stop putting off and to join ITS. I have been part of the ITS family for a bit over a year. I have 2 metabolic and one full throttle a week I have certainly gotten physically stronger, have lost weight and gained muscle mass. The days I work out are my best days. My mind is clearer, I have more energy, and am significantly more productive. I have changed the way I practice medicine. Patients that I have known for years remark about my physical change. I have learned from my own well being how important core strengthening is to reduce pain and share this with my patients. They are starting to listen, proof is in front of them

I walked in ITS almost 10 years ago terrified and afraid. Afraid of judgement, afraid if could I keep up, all the crazy things that keep us from trying something new. Others gyms had added to this fear in me. I was almost 40 years old with an orthopedic surgeon telling me he would see me in less than ten years for a knee replacement if I didn’t get in the gym. I still remember my first day at ITS. I was intimidated since I hadn’t worked out in many years. I'm coming up on my 8 years as a member of ITS. The coaches are top notch and very knowledgable on fitness, mobility, and nutrition. I like that continuing their education is important to them and that they are always seeking out knowledge to being back to the gym to help us be out best.
In my journey here, with the guidance of the coaches, I have lost 70+ pounds and gained a great deal of muscle. I was able to get off of all of my prescriptions and have learned healthier eating habits. The coaches have given me all of the accountability I could ask for to keep me on track and hitting my health, nutrition, and fitness goals. The coaches are also excellent at working with you and helping find the right modifications for you to work around pain or injury so that you can still be moving and active while you heal in a safe way.

I joined ITS in October of 2019. After the death of my husband in 2018 and my Dad in June of 219, I needed a safe place to feel in control again. When Levi asked me why I was joining I remember telling him I just wanted to feel “stronger”…. At that point it wasn’t even about weight loss. It was about feeling like me again. I knew this was the right place when “ stronger”was the way they ended every workout. All the coaches knew my name and checked on me if I missed a session. I felt apart of something. Sometimes ITS was the only place someone asked how I was for the day bc grief could be very isolating. When the pandemic hit I was still hitting my goals even though those around me outside Of ITS were complaining about gaining weight on quarantine. ITS was able to innovate and get me to a 30+ lb weight loss and I am still losing weight with their challenges and guidance. I have tried all types of gyms in the past and this is the only one that has proved to be sustainable for me overtime. They have worked around my injuries to provide modifications that still allowed me to stay on track. In a short while I will be moving and at the top of the list of things I am dreading about leaving is the ITS family. But i can confidently say that Hayden, Linda, and Levi have coached me into “stronger” in all aspects. Not just physically. And you can’t put a price tag on that type of wellness. Joining ITS is EASILY the best thing I have done for myself in a long time! In the past I tried MANY other gyms, fitness programs, classes, fads, etc. My only regret is that I did not find ITS sooner. I have been a member for over 3 1/2 years now (which is the longest I have stuck with any workout routine) and I keep coming become because of the amazing staff and members. There are no gimmicks or hard sales pitches – the program speaks for itself and delivers tenfold. I am generally a shy person and am not keen on new group environments, but this place made me feel comfortable and welcome from the very beginning. Your coaches know you on a first name basis and genuinely care about your health and wellbeing. They are extremely knowledgeable in every facet of your fitness journey, including nutrition and overall health, not just your workouts at the gym (they’re wicked smart about those workouts by the way). They are helpful and kind, passionate about what they do and always positive and encouraging. ITS is my happy place and I HIGHLY recommend you give it a try!

I started working out here after trying the 6 week summer offer. I knew by the first week that I wanted to be a part of this fit family. This place is more than a gym, its a support system that is focused on life long wellness rather than giving you “six pack abs”. Now make no mistake you will get shredded and have muscle definition to muscles that you had no idea existed. They focus on your well being as a whole including nutrition, mental wellness and physical abilities. If you need a workout modified due to injury no problem, it is tailored to you to ensure that you become stronger without causing (or worsening) injuries. This is a gym where everyone belongs regardless of age, ethnicity, economic status or gender. They just want you to show up and take a step towards bettering your health. I have been here over 4 years now and it has completely changed my life. My husband started working out here 9 months ago as well and he absolutely loves it. If you have any doubts, my advice to you is to come try it for yourself. See for yourself why this place is so wonderful and life changing. You won’t regret it.

Never have I ever maintained a schedule that takes care of ME. I am a servant by nature and think of others before myself. Five years ago, I walked into ITS with the mentality of taking advantage of a teacher incentive to lose a few pounds and get my mushy muscles a little bit of strength before a vacation. The coaches are the absolute best, supportive, encouraging, and there for any needs you have. The people are the best, too. The coaches are so friendly and stay in touch to encourage, along with helping us to stay accountable to our workouts. I’ve been with ITS for five years, the longest I’ve ever been with a gym over the past 35 years of on-again/off-again working out. This is hands down the most well-rounded group of coaches I’ve ever had the pleasure of training with. Their wealth of experience spans every issue I’ve brought to them regarding not only physical limitations/injuries and nutritional questions, but mental/psychological challenges as well. Every coach offers you support, whether you train with them regularly or not. There is a push to educate us within each workout, so we’re not just blindly following instructions. My husband, Jim and I have been working out at ITS for over 6 years. It is THE BEST gym. The coaches, Levi Memmer, Hayden Cobb and Linda Volleman are amazing. Over the last 6 years, I have had several physical challenges. The coaches helped me overcome those challenges. They modified exercises for me and helped me with nutrition, so that I would be able to workout and regain my strength. I would not have been able to recover so quickly without them. This isn’t just another gym that is happy to take your monthly membership fee and not follow up on whether or not you actually attend. The coaches truly care about you being there and make a point to know each member on a personal level. They have worked with me on countless goals, modified workouts during and after pregnancy so that I could still participate and even helped keep my kiddo entertained at times!! They have also gone above and beyond during COVID to keep us safe and give us a place to still workout. Joining ITS is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The coaches are very knowledgeable, truly care, and will provide as much guidance as you need to reach your goals. Thanks to them I have (finally) learned that you can’t out-train a bad diet and consistency is key. Just started about a month ago and can already feel and see the difference. My core is much stronger which helps my lower back issues. Love that it is high intensity for about 20 min workout and you are done. Great way for me to start my day off. They have flexible schedule that should fits anyone’s life schedule. No excuses!! My only regret with ITS is that I didn’t walk through the doors when I first started hearing about it. I still remember my first conversation with Levi about my doubts along with my excuses. (Accountability is huge with him.) Joining ITS was the best thing that I have ever done for my health and well-being. The classes push you while the coaches encourage you. If you set a goal and put it out there, the coaches will help you every step of the way. You will not only get fitness guidance but nutritional help. It is a complete gym. I have started many gym memberships over the years and they have never stuck. There was never anyone at those gyms that cared if I came to workout out or not. They didn’t care if I needed help with my nutrition, how my day went or how I was feeling. They definitely never checked on me just because. I've gone to many gyms in my life and ITS is by far my favorite. The environment is so welcoming yet challenging at the same time. The coaches are well trained, encouraging, helpful, and give you just the right amount of push to help you realize your true potential. Not once have I ever felt I didn't belong there due to age, size, or fitness ability. I love that they provide specific workout routines to follow and then allow us to progress doing what we are comfortable with. I walked in weighing 235 lbs. w/ a classic dad bod. Now, 3 months later, I look like Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. My thinning hair has grown out to a full, luscious, thick mane that would make Matthew McConaughey green with envy! My thunder thighs no longer emit a slight amount of smoke from friction after getting soaked from the Titan ride at Six Flags. My posture is better than a yoga loving crunchy soccer mom. After using all the physical therapy my insurance would allow, my orthopedic surgeon said I still needed my therapy on my knee. I decided that instead of paying 350.00 a session for therapy I would give ITS a try. Levi was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.
