Our baby loves her karate class and the teachers. Their dojo space is better than most schools around and the attention that she gets in every class is definitely personalized, something that I know we wouldn't have in another school. We definitely recommend this school if you are looking for a karate class that teaches your kids a discipline and get them the exercise they need

Mike Ashwood is such a great karate instructor. He is so kind and patient with his students. You can really tell he enjoys teaching and training up the next generation of kids. The kids love him and so do the parents. No matter how young or how “less young” you are, I promise you, you will not be disappointed.

I train Brazilian Jiu-jitsu here. It's a great place to train with top notch coaching from the Adults to kids. My younger kid trains Karate here and Professor Mike is one of the best around.

BEST DOJO EVER!!! This is such a family vibe. My son started when he was 4yrs old & just recently had his 6th birthday party AT THE DOJO!!! Master Mike hosted the absolute best karate party and all I had to do was sit and enjoy. They played fun games, broke boards (some were brave enough to break it with their heads) noodle ninja fights, ate pizza chips and cake, and my favorite was opening gifts. He made sure that each individual got to present their gift & was properly thanked for coming! To top it off, I didn’t have to lift a finger to clean up. Lol

Best place to go and actually LEARN Jiu Jitsu! Most places are all about drilling and rolling, Mr. Ashwood breaks it down into segments of learning and drilling before rolling, he makes sure you actually know what you're doing as opposed to other gyms that just throw you to the wolves and hope you survive
