Incredibly supportive environment for beginners. The talented women who run it are so helpful and kind, and encouraged me the whole way. The vibe is so comfortable and sexy and relaxed too, somehow. There's music and beautiful lighting and lots of music and chattering and laughter. I had a blast and will be coming back again!!

One of our friends won a pole class as a door prize and invited us to go with him. The class was really fun! It was challenging in a good way, but also beginner friendly so we were able to learn some cool tricks without needing any experience!

I was a bit nervous for my first class but Andra was great at putting me at ease, answering all of the questions I had and giving me extra time to try things out. I will definitely be back for future classes!

This was my first ever time trying aerial yoga. My body does not remotely have the muscles or flexibility for this, so I was very nervous going into this class. Sara offered patience and very individualized coaching during this class, so it ended up not being so scary. She was non-judgemental and it definitely felt like a safe space. It was a fun and educational class and I'd definitely go back.
*Video evidence that I am very much so a beginner, haha*

Inverted Dance is amazing. The small class sizes ensure you get the individual coaching and attention you need to get the most out of your time in the studio!
Andra's calm/gentle nature and way of demonstrating/explaining things make sure no one feels left behind and everyone in the class leaves feeling accomplished.
When you walk through the doors, you know you've walked into a safe space meant for expression!

Had my first experience here with Andra & she was so wonderful with us! She is a natural at what she does. She allowed us to control our learning pace and gave us grace when we needed help or had questions. The atmosphere of this place was so inviting and made me super curious about other classes they offer! Definitely will be back for more (:

Inverted Dance offers pole fitness, aerial yoga, aerial sling and more. You can start as a beginner or challenge yourself with some of the aerial/pole choreography classes. These instructors have been so kind and helpful and are so good at what they do.
I’ve learned how to do things there I never imagined and I felt sexy and had so much fun while doing it! It’s not every day you can find a warm and inviting group of women to practice with! I’ve tried pole as well as the aerial classes and I look forward to the next class every week. What a fun way to workout!!
It’s a really cool space in the warehouses off Harmon. It can be a little challenging to find the first time but don’t give up. Call and ask for help if you can’t find it. It’s well worth it!

Had my first pole class today with Ann and Inverted Dance! The studio was well lit, spacious and accommodating. Ann was a phenomenal instructor and walked us through the basics of some movements, basic tricks, and flow. We were able to climb, spin, and roll our bodies to the music! I will definitely be coming back for more classes to progress!

I've been here two times and I am loving it. Sara is amazing. They put things into ways that I can understand how to actually do certain things and it's very helpful. I met the owner at my last class and she was so kind and sweet. I love the story on how she came about opening up her own studio and classes. Great Environment.

The instructors are phenomenal. They take their time to teach every step of the sequence. They’re great at adjusting for your skill level. I took a beginner and intermediate class. I wanted to attend with my friend who is a beginner and the instructor did a great job in showing me the same moves but in more challenging ways when she realized I was not a beginner. They are very supportive and the environment was welcoming! Would 10/10 recommend anyone to take a class.

It was such a pleasure to take classes at Inverted Aerial Studio!
What truly sets this studio apart are the instructors. Andra & Keke are the best instructors I’ve ever had. Their clear direction and supportive feedback have enabled me to learn more than I ever did with other studios or YouTube. I’ve also made some amazing friends and really appreciate the community this studio has fostered!

I loved Andra's teaching technique. I've been to a handful of classes at other studios and I thoroughly enjoyed Inverted Dance & Fitness. I learned a lot in an hour about graceful transitions, pirouettes, and ground work that I had not been taught previously. The routine we put together had it all and it was so much fun. Will be back for sure.
