I would highly recommend Nicole for your personal training needs! She creates well rounded, personalized work outs that are the perfect level of challenging. She’s friendly and motivating - making the work outs enjoyable to complete (or at least as enjoyable that you can make a burpee be..). I worked with Nicole for several months after I had my second baby. She helped to kick start my fitness routine when I was feeling especially weak (those post partum abdominal muscles…) and stretched thin on time/sleep. I ended her service feeling much stronger and able (she left me with work out plans for me to continue after her service ended).

When I first contacted Nicole, I weighed ~40 pounds higher than my historically “comfortable” weight and was strongly motivated to do the work required to reclaim my fitness and confidence. During our first session, I liked how straightforward Nicole was about what I would need to do to achieve my goals. She was very clear about what my calorie, macros, and exercise goals could and should be and why. This enabled me to hit the ground running. Nicole was also extremely flexible when it came to modifying my workouts. Whenever an exercise started irritating an injury, she’d adapt the program she had planned, trusting me to know my body best. I’m now 3 months in and down 26 pounds! I’m on track to meet my final goal in 2 months, which will exactly match the commitment/week goal Nicole and I initially established together.

I had an awesome experience with NIcole. She is a wonderful personal trainer and keeps you very motivated. She also has a plan for you and discusses it in great detail and what is necessary to accomplish your goals. She keeps the workouts interesting to where you are doing different things at each workout. Anytime I was down, she could always motivate me to push myself further and I would actually surprise myself in what I could do.

Nicole Renna is a fantastic personal trainer and I can't recommend her enough to anyone living in Austin, TX who wants to improve their health. I started working with Nicole shortly after my father died in 2008. I was having a hard time coping and had eaten my way up 2 dress sizes. I was also coming off a serious break in my foot. Nicole, as Invictus Fitness, worked with me 3 times a week. We did indoor and outdoor workouts. I have always hated exercising but Nicole actually had me looking forward to them. I eventually dropped 3 dress sizes. Nicole had tailored a workout to my needs, she knew when to push me and when to back off. She incorporated the perfect balance of challenges to keep me moving ahead and never once did I have an “I give up” moment. I worked with her for nearly 4 years. She was cognizant of my physical limitations. I came to regard Nicole as a friend, life coach, and source of motivation. Many of the habits she Instilled in me, I continue to use to this day ( food diaries and counting steps). I would highly recommend Nicole and Invictus Fitness to anyone looking for an effective, customized workout with a caring, motivating trainer. I am still in touch with Nicole. Even though I don’t see her with the frequency of 2008, I know I can call her anytime for help or to share a morning coffee. You won’t find a better trainer in the Austin area. Nicole is Invictus Fitness and one of the very best. I would do it all again in a heartbeat!

Having my workouts with Nicole not only kept me fit but taught me how to love my body. I got strong, flexible and could endure more. It wasn’t easy. Working out is not my favorite thing to do but Nicole made it fun. She changed the routine every workout. She kept notes and did all the math for me and taught me how too. She gave nutrition advice, corrected my form and taught me general fitness techniques. I even won a body fat-loss contest at one point against this other gym. She is so motivating. And body positive too. I felt good at every size in my journey. After years of working out with her I couldn’t recommend her more.

I've found my lifelong personal trainer with Nicole. I used to exercise quite often to keep in shape, but over the past two years, with Covid, I became more sedentary and of course put on some extra pounds. Eventually, I grew restless and searched for a personal trainer. I've never been one for going to the gym, so I was specifically looking for an in home personal trainer in Austin and came across Invictus Fitness. I explained my situation to Nicole and decided to move forward. Nicole is great! She's very patient with me and has created a completely customized fitness plan that's totally working. She's also helping me with my diet and nutrition. I'm getting back in shape much quicker than I would on my own and without burning out. She helped me with my posture and in just a few months, I've managed to lose almost all of the weight I've gained over the past two years. I'm very happy! Nicole is a great personal trainer. She pushes hard during workouts. She adapts workouts to accommodate past injuries. Specifically, my left knee is a bit busted due to previous MCL & LCL tears. She created cardo warm-ups and leg strength exercises that don't aggravate my knee. She is always on time and always energetic.

Great trainer to work with! Started out with some basic experience but Nicole was able to teach me alot of great exercises, especially for when I travel for work and am without weights. Was always on time and great to talk through aches and pains as well as tailor workouts around injuries. I've been working with Nicole for over a year and, I have to say, she is awesome. I've had steady results despite my tennis elbow (unrelated to the workouts) and she keeps me on track in a way that the gym does not.
