I tried to get in to talk to someone and no one open the door, also when I downloaded the app I had to put a picture of my self up so I did and after every time it would restart me to having to put my number in and I could never progress to the next steps

Gym is getting run down both the cable machines need maintenance, so it's impossible to use them they tug when you release them. I've also gotten sick twice since using this place and I've noticed the dust. Nobody cleans or sanitizes I see them come and restock bathrooms but no cleaning of the gym/machines.

Sauna doesn't work waste of 40$ and no customer service even if you call from 9-5 m-f, mid equipment, only plus is theres usually no one here and they dont play loud music like other gyms.

The concept of this gym is great, however, customer support is not reachable when something goes wrong. I had an issue with account verification, already drove to the gym, got out of the car and tried to access my membership. If you are going to open a staff-less gym, remote support should be available pretty quickly. Sat there for about 45 minutes waiting for someone to call me back and nothing. The gym itself is cool but for the price they charge, you should be able to get in contact with customer support much quicker. Disappointed this didn’t work out and will be canceling my membership asap.

I been going to this gym for a year now and at first I loved it never had any issues the place is nice all but for some reason it didn’t pull money out of my account and I never think to check because i never had an issue with this place and I didn’t know because it was still allowing me to go inside the gym and then out of nowhere in the middle of the week that’s when the app started messing up and not allowing me to go in and I was confused trying to figure what could be the issue and the app didn’t allow me to make a complaint and the number they have on the support team is trash and doesn’t get you nowhere but a voicemail and I try to make a new account but it’s not allowing me to delete the account that I have now and so I waited til my next’s payment and it pulled my money out but the app isn’t working still and I can’t get help from them nor do they have a good support team i’m truly disappointed and will be looking for another gym

I’ve been here almost a year and still have issues getting in. Currently not able to go to the gym because the app doesn’t work and no one answers the phone. Customer service says I’m active. 🤷‍♂️

-Crickets EVERYWHERE. You could stand at any place in the gym and have at least 5-8 crickets in sight. Seen roaches inside too.
-You can’t tour the facilities before getting a membership.
-WAY over priced for a small gym with minimal equipment.
-The lack of staff isn’t a good thing. The gym is constantly out of paper towels and sometimes is a mess. Sweat droppings everywhere.
-I wouldn’t pay more than $5 a month for this gym, if even.

Customer service is nonexistent. I've been locked out of the gym for a month and no one will answer the phone or return my 6 emails. It's so frustrating! They're still taking money from me but I can't use the services. I feel like this company is a scam. I highly recommend going somewhere else

You pay $50 a month for a 24 hour gym membership… right now the doors are locked and no one will answer the customer support lines (phone or email). Been here well over 30 mins, had three other members come up and none of them could get in either?? Ridiculous membership cost for stuff to not be working. Save your money, go somewhere else.

I’ve been a member of Iron 24 in Conroe for about 8 months, and I’ve consistently experienced issues with the gym’s cleanliness. Initially, there was a problem with roaches, and now there’s a cricket infestation. While the gym’s convenience is appealing, I wouldn’t recommend it to others. If there were more gym options available in Conroe, I would consider going elsewhere.

9/17/23 update:
Cleanliness and bugs are still a constant problem. This morning I counted over ten crickets and large bugs crawling around the gym and in the bathrooms. It’s disgusting! I have put in support tickets about the bugs and cleanliness but not seeing any improvement.

I am currently a member and for this gym to be one of the most expensive in the area I would expect more. The gym and bathrooms are constantly dirty- dead bugs, tissue and towels all over the place, sweat droppings all over floor. It is unsanitary. There is constantly no toilet paper or disinfectant wipes for equipment. It is unsanitary and multiple members have complained with no resolve.

The app is NOT easy to use!
And the only reason why I went through that arduous process was to get the price of the membership.
So turns out there are two levels. But there us zero explanation as to what you get with each. So you really don't know which one to pick.
Decided not to go with this gym. Seems too complicated to get any help if you need it. And hard to get the info.
Like, can you even tour the place before signing up? I didn't see any pictures of the gym to even get an idea of how it's set up or what equipment they have.
Just a weird concept..

My App stopped working two months ango and there is no way to quit membership. I have been charged for two months ($48 a month) without any access and I have repeated attempts at requesting an end to membership. The app says “ uh oh” and there is no explanation. This is the worst business I’ve ever dealt with. The website clearly states: “memberships can be stopped by contacting us through the Iron 24 app”, but the app doesn’t work and no one takes any responsibility.

Nice gym really close to my job but recently haven’t been getting access due papers needed from iron24 tired reaching out by email calling leaving a ticket but no help nor answer just wanting someone to reach out and help me. No I’m not canceling or anything because it’s a great gym just wanting to get the paperwork issue solved

After the issue I had few months back it all well until I went in the morning and still No access tried tried reaching them via phone over and over and still nothing they told me to delete the app and redownload it and it’s still asking me to pay when the person told me over the phone that I had an active account and membership I really don’t want to leave this gym because it’s close to my job but if I don’t get answers then I have no choice but to go somewhere else. Just need answers

Reading reviews it looked like this gym would be a good fit for me. However, because no one works there, there is no one to ensure people put their weights and other equipment away. Having weights lying on the ground can be dangerous. The website also said there was a specific stretch area. There is not.

There are no locker rooms or showers. Just two bathrooms. I don’t like that I didn’t have the option to put my belongings in a locker.

It’s not a bad gym it’s just not great.

Overall the gym equipment is good. It’s very new. The gym just isn’t worth $50 a month.

I wish I could give an actual review on the gym itself, but the fact that there are no support numbers or anyone to talk to should tell you right there it’s a sham! I tried to sign up through the app and I used my credit card and it said to contact support because of an error. And foolishly I switched to my debit card and the same thing happened. What do you know I check both cards and they have a pending charge for the membership but I don’t have access to the gym in the app. I’m paying for two memberships and it says for me to select a membership still. Once again there is no one to talk to! You have to make a support ticket and you don’t know when someone will respond or what will happen. I’m going to have to go to my bank tomorrow and stop payment and call the credit card company. I’ll choose to go somewhere that I can actually sign up at.

You refunded only one charge for the membership! I needed both refunded, I do not want to join this gym any longer. You told me all transactions were refunded but I received a membership agreement in my email
