I've trained with Jen K the owner for years. Her approach to fitness and coaching is truly amazing. If you're looking for a gym to call home, then this is it. Their group classes are great and you become family which is an awesome added extra. Best gym in CP for sure!

HONESTLY! THE BEST FITNESS PLACE TO GO.....HANDS DOWN!
The coaches are so caring, fun and energetic that it just makes you want to come back for more! They are truly my FRAMILY!
Don't get me wrong, the workouts are crazy hard (although you can go at your own pace),fun and change daily. Just when you think this is a piece of cake, whammm-they change it up and it feels like a first-time workout. I LOVE the variety (cardio + weights) and daily change of workout routines. Keeps your body going "WHAT IS HAPPENING"?!?!!
This is a place I call home for "ME TIME".
Can't speak enough about this place. JUST COME TRY IT OUT!!

When we relocated to the Austin area, I was terrified I would not find a place to work out like I was used to in San Diego. We had been with our gym in San Diego for over 5 years and we were like a family. To say it was hard to leave is an understatement. I contacted Iron Cross and spoke with Kim (one of the owners) she was sensitive to my apprehension, supportive, and understanding. My husband, son, and I took a free class. It was just what we were used to, and a little bit more! Fast forward about 6 months, I would not even try to look for another gym. The coaches are fantastic, they will challenge you, yet modify for you when needed. They support you to become the best you. There are challenges within the gym nutritionally and physically to help you achieve your goals. The coaches ears are always open to your concerns. It is not unusual to see the coaches themselves attending the classes and pushing through alongside you. I'm grateful to have found a gym in Cedar Park that has taken me in, challenged both my husband and I, and pushes us when we need it. I'm grateful to start my mornings at Iron Cross Fitness, and happy to see my coaches faces knowing they have only my best interest at heart. Iron Cross fitness is a great gym, a must try, and even if you're sore from your first free workout, it's the perfect gym to put on your list as a regular part of your daily fitness routine.

I've been doing private training with the owner, Jenn. And honestly its been great! I feel like I can show up exactly where I am, this is a no judgement zone, which I love. I have some specific body issues and don't typically like the workout scene at gyms as it can feel very competitive. But this place is different. Its small with everything you need, and I feel supported to do what I can with plenty of options being offered to suit the needs of my body. I've been gently pushed/encouraged just enough to learn that I can do more than my mind thought and I've even grown to appreciate and like the sweaty workout! Plus, everybody I've met there seems nice and the space is clean.

This is such a great gym! Kelly is my favorite morning instructor, she gives killer workouts. Her upbeat energy is the perfect way to start my day. Definitely try it out!

This gym is just what you need if you’re looking to get fit! There’s no judging you here or a trainer yelling in your face. For me, I like that I walk in and everything is already set up. I don’t have to think about what muscle group I’m going to work on that day, it’s already decided for me. Best place to get in and out in under an hour and actually feel like you got a good workout in. I have been working out at this gym going on 4 years now and will probably be for as long as Jennifer is training! Try it out before you go to one of those big gyms. You will love it too!

Such an awesome community of people!! All coaches are extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. Every member of the gym is friendly.

The cleanliness of the gym is top notch. Each member was committed to supporting the upkeep of the equipment.

I highly recommend training with Jenn. She tailors workouts for your goals and also has great meal plan and recipe suggestions. I have been training with her twice a week privately for about eight months now and all of my friends and family have all noticed a complete difference! If you're thinking about working with Jenn to meet your fitness goals, just do it!
