I’m so glad i made the change from commercial gym to THIS warehouse gym because even on the days i don't feel like working out , i still come in and once i set foot inside my mood changes and I’m more motivated to get my workout done. This is a great powerlifting gym in the Pasadena area! It’s in a warehouse area towards the back so there’s plenty of space here with lots of room for parking.

The main entrance room has fridges stocked up with macro-friendly meals and snacks as well as energy drinks, protein shakes, etc. They also have Iron Sight merch that you can purchase. Right when you walk in (and even from outside), you can hear the music. Even with noise cancellation, you can still hear the gym’s music so if that’s not your thing, this gym might not be for you- it’s all rap and latin music so at least it’s not like a Planet Fitness playlist lol.

This gym is very spacious (8400 sqft). There’s a powerlifting side with lots of combo racks and 5 (I think) deadlift platforms. There’s plenty of bars (TSS, OPB, etc) with all the kilo weights. Even when the gym is at its busiest, I never had to wait that long to get a rack.

There’s also a bodybuilding side where there’s plenty of machines and dumbbells to workout with. And in the far corner, you have cardio machines and a turf space to warm up.

As for amenities, there are only two bathrooms and the only light source inside is a LED strip light (dark green). Personally, I like brighter bathrooms so I can check up on myself in the mirror before stepping back in the gym. I also wish there was an extra table or space to put my clothes down for when I change. But in one of the bathrooms, they have extra deodorant and perfume which is going to come in real handy because this gym does not have AC and the summers in Houston are brutal. The only places where this gym has AC is the main entrance room and the posing room (yay for posing room)!

In terms of pricing, the initiation fee is expensive ($100) but the monthly membership is $65 and they offer discounts to students and first responders which is nice.

In terms of the gym itself, I would give it a 4/5 but the workers and owner are a 5/5. The staff here are all extremely friendly and always make you feel so welcome. Not to mention, everyone who works out here is always more than happy to spot/support you!

I visited this gym about two years ago during my trip to Houston. I highly recommend this gym to any powerlifter/bodybuilder. I believe it’s $11 for a day pass, $20 for 24 hours (so if you go at 5p one day, you could go again next day at 8a, for example).
Good vibes and lots of variety of equipment, racks, machines, etc.

Me and my husband started our membership here earlier this year. I absolutely loved it, lots of free weights available. Plenty of room for everyone to get in a good work out in even at peak hours. That being said there are some down sides, one machine (first image) broke and has had an “out of order” sign on it since May 2024.. it’s almost November 2024. During my time here I’ve noticed that more machines started breaking, like the stair master, one treadmill, then leg curl, then another treadmill. That being said none of these machines have been fixed for weeks/months. We pay a premium price each $65. I don’t mind paying as long as the equipment is being taken care of. Other gyms do a better job at fixing their machines. Like i said, i really like this gym but these things are a bit concerning. They recently painted the walls in the back room but other than that no update on the broken equipment. At this point I feel another machine will break and will remain like that for a good while. I like to get a good run after lifting, out of the 5 treadmills only 3 sort of work. Two of those working treadmills are very wobbly. If you are interested in this gym and only care for the free weights, then go for it! Other than that look elsewhere. 👍🏼

TLDR: Iron Sight is a really cool gym.

The music is a vibe, the space is a good size, the equipment has all you need, and there’s a good sense of camaraderie amongst the gym goers. As someone who is not usually comfortable in any gym, Iron Sight doesn’t feel too overwhelming. I have now been a handful of times (4–5) and have not had a bad experience. Both the staff and patrons are nice and welcoming — definitely feels like a safe space.

I tried using the treadmills for cardio but they weren’t working. The equipment looks rusty. I switched from Planet Fitness to Iron Sight Gym and I do not regret anything about my decision. I pretty much love everything about this gym. Everyone is very kind and welcoming. I love the morning staff Jocelyn always has a smile on her face and greets you as soon as you walk in. I promise you won't regret coming to this gym!

Visited for a day pass and the gym community and environment was immaculate! Day passes are $20 and you have access for 24 hours during their business hours. I would make it my home gym if I lived closer! Cleanest warehouse gym in Houston

Been coming here for about more than a year and plan to coming I really do like the warehouse gym. It may cost a penny for a membership but Interior does make it nice to have a good workout. The staff is cool but the new staff Citlali has taken matter into her own hands to make sure the gym is clean and organized so helpful when dealing with a problem trying to find equipment. Her playlist be making my workouts be fun. Overall cool gym but there is some machines that can be replace for a better workout.

Great warehouse gym! The atmosphere is amazing, all good energy from the moment you walk in, Citlali was very helpful and they have meals you can purchase at the lobby. Would most definitely come back and sign up.

I LOVE THIS GYM!!! I’m not a member here but I’ve gone a few times every time I need a change of scenery this is my go to gym lol and it’s always a vibe!!! I always have the best workouts and the staff is so welcoming and friendly 10/10
