This gym is a total scam. They make it very easy to sign up online, but when you try to cancel, they suddenly require you to come in person during their very limited staffed hours. I work during those hours, which makes it nearly impossible. I emailed my cancellation, but they refused to honor it and kept charging me.

I only went one time because it was way too crowded and there weren’t nearly enough machines. Yet they still charged me over $1,000 plus their startup fee, and when I pushed back, they sent the account to collections and continue to harass me.

It feels like their entire business model is designed to trap people with unfair cancellation policies and keep billing them. Between the overcrowded facility, lack of equipment, and shady billing practices, I would strongly warn anyone to stay away from this gym.

I’ve been working out at this gym for the past two years to the best of my knowledge the staff and personnel that work in this gym are amazing and great people. The place is so clean you could eat off the floors. The equipment is top-notch. This is one of the best places or should I say the best place I have ever worked out with a great environment and the trainers there know what they’re doing when it comes to food and Helping you reach your goals.

showed up to this gym to ask about The gym and to tell me what they offer there was no one at the front desk. A member came up to me and told me a guy named Flaco will be back shortly. Waited about 10 more minutes. Flaco never arrived. He called Flaco on the phone then he arrived. I had informed him that I was there to inquire about the gym and to get more information and all he did was point at a paper and said that’s where our memberships are. horrible customer service

Worst gym by far had to pay 150 to cancel after my year was up made no sense when 6 months prior I tried to cancel it and they were going to charge the same amount. Also the owner gives off weird vibes only helps the females there.

I do have to say this is the most clean and best environment gym I have even been to. The staff is so welcoming and even the members here are supper friendly. This is definitely a judgement free zone and I would recommend this gym to anyone to join! Not only is it a welcoming environment but my training experience here has been phenomenal! 10/10 ✨

Love this gym. So glad my friend Flaco told me to check this place out, ever since he had me come by last year and showed me around I was sold. Signed up immediately and have gone 5-6 days a week. Always clean, machines are new and kept up, bathrooms are legit, and it’s usually not too busy. Also thanks to Flaco I started doing the body scan and am pumped to be keeping track on my monthly progress, didn’t even know that existed until now lol. Highly recommend this place it’s worth the price.

This is my gym and glad I made the switch. This is for true gym goers who don't play games but come in and workout hard to better their self. Mickey is a great owner, guy and trainer. Place is upheld with machine maintenance and cleanliness. Don't even need to bring your own towel or if you forget your soap, no worries. The bathrooms are state of the art and even if you don't have a toothbrush, they have mouthwash and tiny disposable cups. I love this place and I don't see myself going anywhere else!

I absolutely love this facility. The pricing has its purpose. It keeps those out whose aspirations are short lived and being on your phone and hanging out with buddies wasting time does not exist here. Get your mind strong, shut your mouth, pump iron then go home. Rinse and repeat. The owner seems to have a mindset of wanting specific clientele in this facility and others out. Those who are serious about their efforts and goals don’t mind paying these types of prices. Perfect place for those who are neck deep in bodybuilding.

I began working out here with my family about a year ago, and up until about 3 months ago it was great. Then I began to have issues with an employee who began to ask for my name every day in the middle of my workout even after seeing me scan in. I didn’t mind it at first but I’ve never had that happen at any other gym before and it began to get old very quickly. Then while my family was working out (7/11/23) he walked up and stated that we had to pay triple the price we were already paying. We came back a few hours later and told him we would like to cancel our membership. He then stated that we had to write a formal letter to the company to request a cancellation and that we had to pay for next months membership fee and a cancellation fee. I then asked to see the contract which he said he could not show us. I really had high hopes for this gym, and I hope they fix there issues.

I have been coming to the gym for 9 months. I enjoy it and the people have been very helpful, encouraging, and courteous. The equipment is new and good. I have made more gains in the 9 months going to the gym regularly. Even learned some new techniques from other members. Also, it is probably the cleanest and best kept gym that I have been in. It is convenient and easy to get to. I would encourage anyone to visit and join the gym.

Let me start out by saying this is my favorite gym I’ve been to in a long time!
I started coming here almost a year ago (10ish months I believe) I stopped in on a whim bc I hadn’t seen it before and when I walked in I immediately knew I wanted to come here!
It’s not huge but still plenty of room, they told me when I signed up there would eventually be a max amount of people who could sign up (don’t know how many or if they’re still doing it) I was totally down for that, I hate when gyms get crowded and this one doesn’t!
Every encounter I have had with the staff has been great, every time you come in during staffed hours they make sure to greet you. Even other members are really nice
All the equipment is new and matching (a good variety too) When you’re a member you also have access to a body scanner (this was a win too)
The bathroom are always clean and the floor is always clear of any dirt.

Definitely geared toward body builders, they have a posing room, but is friendly and accommodating for any level of fitness goer.
I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is serious about their fitness game

Hello, you guys. I am here to share my experience with the place. I will not bad mouth this place; however, I will share my experiences over the last 9 months. First, let me start by saying I am a college student on a budget. Yes, that means my funds are limited. So as I started my sign-up @ $50 a month, I was determined to get my money's worth in experience and exercise as I started to end my time with the gym on the date of ( Saturday, June 17, 2023, 2:31 p.m ) 9 months later at. The receptionist, who was very standoffish at this time, was the same way he has been towards me at every encounter, extremely rude, aggressive, none respectful, and just plain mean. And his customer service is one of the main reasons I am leaving after 9 months. Again I could have gone to a cheaper gym; I didn't want that; I paid these premiums for a personal experience that was nonexistent when the respect is not there at a place that is this expensive. It's not for me. This person has changed my experiences with this gym forever. I will not be coming back or recommending it to anyone moving forward.
