I just finished a 6 month nutrition program with Jules & I’m so happy with my results. I lost about 15 lbs, learned so much about my body & nutrition, learned how to build sustainable habits & most importantly, I broke though a plateau I never thought I’d see the end of.. all of this while also going on 3 vacations during this program. Jules is amazing. She’s so positive & encouraging & one hell of a hype woman. She’ll give you the tools, you just have to put in the work & you’ll get results!

Jules has been my biggest supporter these past 4 months.
My goal was to feel stronger, healthier and have better habits with my eating to eventually have the confidence to go to the gym by myself.
You do create such a special bond with someone that holds you accountable, is consistent but also so understanding and committed to your goals.
She was always very attentive in every session , never distracted , made sure the work outs were being done correctly and very informative.
Wishing I could stay training with her for the rest of my life and I am so very grateful that I took a leap of faith for my physical health and I had such a dedicated trainer.

Jules pushes you out of your limit. After a session with her you feel like you want to craw in bed and never leave but you start seeing result fast and your endurance increases. Work out that you never thought you would be able to do will now be easier for you. Keep in mind, if you tell her to increase a little bit, she is going to increase it to how much she knows you can do. Keep in mind if a 300 lbs woman can workout with Jules, anyone can workout with her! I recommend Jules!

My experience with Jules as my trainer exceeded my expectations!
She is knowledgeable, passionate, professional, and cares that her clients get the best training.
I appreciated that she wasn’t on her phone or distracted. Instead she was focused on our session, how my form was, and my breathing.
My goal was to feel stronger, be able to move with ease, and reestablish my relationship with fitness.
We did just that. She held me accountable, helped me learn to stay in tune with my body, and always reminded me to nourish my body.
As someone who has had trainers in the past, I appreciate that Jules makes sure our training and meal plans are custom to the client and doesn’t just do a generic plan.
