JBeen Training is a Dalhart treasure! I have never liked going to a gym (because I never knew what I was doing or felt comfortable in front of others) but I got to the point I was tired of feeling tired and I knew I needed a change. After asking several questions and touring an impeccable gym, I joined and am so glad I did!!
Jennifer is dedicated, extremely knowledgeable, straight forward, and present! She helps each client grow at their own pace and encourages them in their personal goals - acknowledging we are all different in life stages, natural body structure and goals. She works right beside you to build strength, confidence and a healthy life balance. She has created an environment of women supporting women - in the gym, in business, in life.
This is more than a gym and I’m so glad to be a part of it!

This is the BEST gym! The atmosphere is always welcoming and positive, and the members and the owner are encouraging and supportive. They genuinely want to help you grow and see you succeed, not only in the gym but in life, too.

I started with JBEEN training in January after a hiatus from working out! Jennifer encourages us well beyond weight training, she offers insight and knowledge in many areas in life. But one of my favorites she has encouraged me with personally is it’s ok to have “me” time, it’s good to put yourself first. It’s so much easier to pour into everyone and everything else when I have started with myself. You won’t regret starting…so START! Hit me up if you need a gym buddy or an extra push!

I am so insecure about working out in front of others that I have never joined a gym for that reason. I decided to step outside of my comfort zone and join JBeen Training and it's the best decision I've made for my health. There is no judgment at this gym, only support and encouragement. After a breast cancer diagnosis derailed my journey, I have now stepped back into the gym with Jennifer and have never felt better. Jennifer pushes me to be my best. I feel like a million bucks every time I leave that gym.

This is more than just a gym. This is a place where I can go when I need to be lifted up. I leave there on a high like no other! I feel so strong! JBeen pushes you to be the best you can be, and she is proud of you no matter what level you are at. It’s so encouraging! Jennifer is knowledgeable in her craft and is always making sure you are doing everything exactly right to avoid an injury and get the most out of your workout. I feel safe there. You have a personal trainer 5 days a week! The atmosphere is so welcoming and encouraging. It’s the people you want to be around! It’s clean and tidy! I would recommend this gym over and over again. I think everyone needs JBeen in their life! It’s improved mine in more ways than I can describe!

I knew from the reading the sign and speaking to her in person she absolutely had the knowledge I needed being almost 50 with wear and tear from construction and injuries and having no mobility in my hips and shoulders. I have been there for only a couple months now and it is unbelievable the amount of mobility and general overall strength I have gained. I will take with me the things that I have learned from her with me forever… I also really love the women in my class so much too🥰🥰🥰 they are all amazing and hilarious and so much fun to wine about how sore we are together with 🤣🤣🤣
