I have been coming to Jeannie's studio for a couple years now and she is hands down THE BEST. The Zumba classes will kick your butt and want you coming back for more. There are also strength training classes, boxing classes, bootybarre and yoga. Really something for everyone at every fitness level and preference!

I have been practicing yoga with Jeannie for 20 years. I have tried other yoga classes and have never found a substitute to Jeannie's. She teaches all levels together and is able to maintain the flow of the class. If you are a beginner you will never feel awkward because she will modify the poses to your level. She alternates yoga with core exercises. After my yoga class I always feel like I had a great work out . I recommend this class for people of all ages. I am over 60 and I have the flexibility and strength that would be the envy of much younger people. I owe all to my yoga practice!

I have been Jeannie student for a year and she is a wonderful and profedsional trainer. I started trying her free Zumba class and now I do Zumba, Strong and boxing and any other new discipline that Jeannie brings to her class. II have seen great changes in my body since I started their classes. Jeannie pushes you to your limits so that you can achieve it. Echa pa'lante! Go girl

I have been going to Jeannie Fitness for over 3 years now. I was new in town and stumbled upon her website while searching for Zumba classes nearby and I am so glad to have found this place! Jeannie is a wonderful and inspiring instructor. She does it all! Zumba, yoga, kickboxing, Barre, you name it! I have tried all of her workouts and can testify that she will work you hard but you will have so much fun in the process. I especially love her Zumba classes because her playlists always consists of a great mix of genres from Latin rhythms to modern day pop to Indian music even a little bit of country! I really recommend trying this place out and check it out for yourself. But be prepared to sweat a lot!

The classes are taught at different levels and every class is different, challenging the beginners, intermediate, and advance students each time. Fun, dynamic, sweat-driven, and result-oriented classes. Personally for me, I’ve seen my body (and mind) transform from the yoga classes.
