I found Jeremy in advance of my business trip with the intent of finding someone who would work with me and create the type of workouts I'm accustomed to at home. Jeremy has been fantastic. In 3 months, I’ve improved significantly on core, legs, upper body, and cardio.
He has been flexible regarding my schedule and aware of my goals and motivations. He assessed my level on day 1 to design a program where every workout is very intense but still doable. I am here for 36 sessions, and I have gotten to see my huge improvement on my legs, core and upper body strength. Thanks for the customize program, I can lift from 35 lb to a great jump of 60 lb, wall seat from 1 min 15 sec improve to 3 mins, and holding plank from 1 min to 2 min 08 sec at the latest assessment. I have been training with Jeremy for several months now. He has been very skillful in helping me with my goals of becoming stronger and maintaining muscle mass over time. I highly recommend Jeremy as a personal trainer. I've been working out with him for 6 months. We focus on functional strength training and I can say that he has made a big difference. I used to have back pain but not anymore as we have focused on strengthening muscles around my trouble areas. Plus, I now get compliments like 'nice shoulders!'. With a focused diet, I have lost 27 pounds.
One of the best aspects of working out with Jeremy is that the workouts are 30 minutes long. It's one-on-one training and we do a lot in those 30 minutes. My wife has noticed the positive changes in my health and she is now working out with Jeremy as well.

I've been working with Jeremy for about 5 months now. This is my first time working with a personal trainer. I don't know my way around a gym at all and decided my likeliest path to successfully maintaining my health was 1 on 1 guidance and accountability.
Jeremy has been a fantastic partner in improving my personal health. You can tell when someone has mastered their craft by the way they make everything look effortless. It feels like magic the way Jeremy tweaks and fine tunes our workout program from one session to the next, constantly keeping up with what my body is able to do and pushing me just the right amount to build strength without leaving me exhausted the rest of the day.
During the past several months, I've learned a lot about my body and the ways I've been incorrectly using it which have resulted in maladaptations. Jeremy has identified bad habits and poor range of motion in areas I wasn't previously aware of and has worked with me to retrain my body to move and use my muscles properly.
I plan to continue to work with Jeremy long term and see his help as a key determining factor in my long term health.

I started working out with Jeremy last October. Over the past 10 months training, my body and muscle has been built up pretty well! One of examples is the improvement of my knee performance. In the past, I often hurt my knees in the other exercises, such as Zumba dance or squats, but I didn’t know the reason and how to solve it. Along with all varieties training classes designed by Jeremy, the muscles around my knees are much stronger than before. My legs and knees can bear more weight during training without any hurt now! Jeremy is an excellent exercise partner to work with, and to learn the mechanism behind body building and healthy life/diet. Jeremy is excellent at starting where you are at and getting basics covered to develop a personal plan. His workouts for me are all doable, but they increase in intensity over time. I am very pleased with my first 1 1/2 months. Jeremy is very positive and energetic and I look forward to my in person training three days a week. I get an excellent workout in 30 minutes and feel the "burn" by the end of the session. I am sixty and needed a push to get back into working out. I think Jeremy will be excellent for any age or physical condition.

Jeremy coached me during 3 months. He designed a personal program after a thorough evaluation and observation period during which he fully understood my desires and difficulties (back pain). Throughout the entire process, Jeremy has taken the time to explain his thought process behind each routine. He continuously provides feedback to ensure I am taking full advantage of each work out, keeping my health and my goals as the top priority. For me, it is extremely helpful to have that extra push, the positivity and accountability that Jeremy provides.

I started working with Jeremy to prepare for the Mrs. Texas pageant. Even though i lead an active lifestyle, I really needed some extra help to get to the physique that would make me feel comfortable on stage in a swimsuit.
