Fit Camp is my home! I have been coming here consistently since March 1st and I am on the right track to reaching my goals. So far i’ve lost 22 pounds. Jay Joiner really pushes and motivates us to do our best in the gym and outside the gym. If you are looking for a gym and trainer that is going to motivate you always this is the right place to go!

I’ve been training with Jay for about 7ish years. He is an amazing trainer! He is very knowledgeable at what he does. He’s always there to help you and motivate you every step of the way. I have been a FitCamp member for a little over two years and the only regret I have is not finding this place sooner!
From the moment you speak to Jay over the phone you feel his positive, encouraging, passionate vibe!
After the first class I was hooked! The classes are always intense and effective as you will be targeting all muscle groups each time. The atmosphere and other members make it fun and everyone encourages each other.
Jay will guide you through your fitness journey but will also educate you in the nutrition aspect. With this combination, and listening to my trainer (Jay) I have seen results and am hyped to see more!
Don’t even think about it, just come, I promise you won’t regret it!!

I’ve been taking Jay’s HIIT classes for about 2 years now, and what really stands out is his personal approach with every single student. Jay takes the time to understand our individual goals and pushes us to our limits in the best way possible! The workouts are intense, but his energy keeps you going. He even throws fun themed parties for the members, which is a great way to connect with everyone outside of class and celebrate our progress. It’s such a supportive and motivating environment. I couldn’t ask for a better fitness community!

I joined FitCamp mid August 2023. The workouts are intense in a great way, along with awesome music to keep you motivated. Jays weekly emails get your mine focused and empowered to begin your workout journey for the week. FITCAMP is truly the BEST no matter how life challenges my time I want stop my workouts. Staying fit has always been important to me but staying motivated was an issue until joining JJFit Camp with Jay Joiner. All the members are very friendly and inviting. I genuinely love fit camp and the people there. Everyone is very motivating and supporting. When I need to release stress I know I can go to fit camp and automatically feel better. It definitely helps that Jay is a great coach! He makes sure to challenges everyone and not get comfortable. He always send inspirational messages. I have attended different workout camps before but nothing compares to fit camp! Jay makes sure it is a safe space and constantly motivating and assuring everyone during the workouts. I started JJ FitCamp the end of February this year and it has only been an uphill journey for me. I have never lost weight as fast as I did working out with Jay. He explains every move so that you will know what you're doing right or wrong. He is very passionate about what he does and it shows with the workouts. I’ve been a member for a year and a half and am pleased with the workouts, the trainer and the fitness family. The trainer, Jay, provides great motivation as well as the other members. Jay is an amazing trainer. The energy during workout is always positive and uplifting! I’ve lost a total of 19lbs within 9 weeks. We are blessed to have FitCamp in our community! Jay Joiner is Hands Down the BEST Trainer! He has 10 years of experience, is dedicated to his profession, and it shows! When stepping into the gym you never know what his workout will be for the day! I also love that he has a 5:30am class Monday-Friday. Jay helps you with meal plans and any other questions you may have about your fitness.
