My teenage daughter did personal training this summer. She was amazing with her. Helped strengthen her body and mind. Showed her mobility exercises that she has used during the school year. I would HIGHLY recommend Jaz as a trainer. She is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her clients. It shows in the way she interacts with you. Her workouts catered to my daughter's needs and ability. That definitely helped, especially since this was her first time going to a gym. If you are looking for someone to help you on your fitness journey, Jaz is the real deal!

I started my journey in November of 23 and quickly noticed a significant change after following Jaz’s intense and challenging workouts. Jaz is personable, knowledgeable, and just a joy to work with. Jaz is truly the absolute best, I cannot say enough good things about her as a person or her training program. Prior to working with Jaz I always felt really intimidated by weight lifting in general and having the correct form with the different exercises and I honestly struggled a lot with staying consistent. She has made things so fun and actually enjoyable and I don’t think I could’ve done it without her keeping me in a routine! Getting stronger has been the best feeling in the world, I can’t thank her enough for all of her guidance and support on this fitness/self love journey

Prior to working with Jaz, I was not pushing myself in the gym nor did I have as much understanding with certain workouts. Fast forward 5 months later, I’m stronger than i’ve ever been with correct adjustments to form! I first went to Jaz looking to improve my athletic performance. Not only did she help with that, but she also improved my confidence. Jaz is amazing! 🙌🏼 I’ve been working with her for about five months consistently, and I’ve definitely seen results. The most important aspect she brings to each session is that she is passionate about wanting you to feel your best. You can tell she loves what she does, and helps me to get excited about exercising. She really focuses on form, which has kept me from having lower back pain (an issue I’ve dealt with post-kids) as I’ve progressed in lifting. She’s also really good about listening to your individual needs and then recommending ways to help you reach your goals. Jaz is the ultimate encourager and no matter where you are on your journey, she will make you feel like you can do anything.

Her program development has helped me increase my physical strength and the eating habits she has helped me build are sustainable habits that are helping me reach my goals.
