I started working out virtually with Jodie in January 2020 when I found out I was pregnant. I had certain goals I wanted to accomplish and decided to reach out to Jodie. Needless to say that was the best decision. Jodie was great! She tailored my workouts based on each trimester. We also worked on breathing exercises and those breathing exercises were so helpful when it was time to have my son, that’s when I realized how important breathing the correct way is. My doctors were impressed by my recovery after my c section and I attribute a lot that to Jodie. I am still working out virtually with Jodie 3 years later. I have seen so much improvement in my strength, posture and little areas that I didn’t pay attention to before. Every plan is personalized with Jodie based on your needs. Each session she asks how you’re feeling and depending on your answer she will revise what she planned for your workout that day. I highly recommend Jodie, I can’t say enough good things about her.

When I started working out with Jodie, multiple knee injuries, childbirth, years of a desk job, and my own laziness had left me with a weak core, less than wonderful balance, and unbalanced muscles. I was constantly worried about knee injuries while playing soccer and my back would tire quickly while riding my dirt bike. After working out regularly with Jodie, my balance is lightyears better, I don't feel like I'm going to tear my ACL every time I play soccer, and I can ride my dirt bike harder and longer without my back ever getting tired. And, despite being in my late 40s, my performance when I play in goal in indoor soccer has gotten better. My strength and functional movement workouts with Jodie have resulted in quicker reactions and the ability get down faster for saves. Jodie is just a pleasure to work with as well. She is kind, encouraging, and has been wonderful at tailoring workouts for my needs, both week by week and to help me reach my long term goals.

I have been training with Jodie via Zoom for over 3 years and appreciate her flexibility, reasonableness and knowledge of fitness.

I’ve lost over 30 pounds and several inches in my waistline and feel better than ever! I’ve also learned from Jodie more about proper form, new exercises and proper nutrition.

In the past, I’ve used other trainers but Jodie is the best because she doesn’t believe in exhaustion workouts or fads that harm the body long-term. I plan to continue using her and highly recommend her to anybody looking to hire a trainer on Zoom or in-person.

I am an adult amareur equestrian in the 36 & over category who needed to strengthen her core to advance to jumping higher jumps on my horse. Jodie has been wonderful at helping me achieve my goals. In just a few months, she has tailored a program for me so that everyone at my barn has noticed the difference, not only in my fitness but in my strength and balance also! I feel more energetic and have a better self image. I believe her program would be excellent for any amateur (or professional) athlete who wants to improve his or her abilities.

Now in 2020 I wanted to add an update:
I inherited bad knees from my mother who had a knee replacement in her late 70s. Then, I had a water-skiing accident that injured my left knee (in 1991) and two horse riding accidents that injured my right knee (in 2018). Needless to say, my knees hurt every day of my life (the kind where you can predict weather changes by the aching in your knees). After working with Jodie on Pilates for more than a year, I recently realized my knees DON'T hurt every day and when she has me do squats or other exercises that put more stress on my knees, I can now do them! It's amazing to get to my age (mid-50s) and feel BETTER than when I was in my 30s and 40s!
