I needed a trainer who would work with me to meet my goals and Jonathan has been great so far. I got a three month package so I’ll post an update later.

A New Years resolution to be more healthy this year lead me to
Jonathan. We have worked together for a short time yet very
productive amount of time. His manner of training is unique;
each session differs from the last thus keeping my attention.
My balance is appreciably better, and I definitely feel stronger.
Jonathan gives his undivided attention in each session, and pushes
me to do what seems to be impossible each time we meet !
Overall, am feeling better and enjoying the journey into my 70th year.
Check him out yourself !

I have always been an active person - running, swimming, etc. but as I got older, I had more difficulty keeping in shape. Since I started training with Jonathan several months ago, I have improved significantly in my strength, mobility and flexibility. I enjoy that the workouts are one on one without the distractions of a large gym. Every work out is different and tailored to my abilities and goals. He keeps the workouts fun and extremely challenging while insuring that I perform each move with correct technique. Jonathan also has taught me about nutrition and how my dietary choices affect how I feel and how my body performs. I love that his studio has a convenient Oak Cliff location close to my home in Kessler Park. I highly recommend this knowledgeable trainer to anyone wanting to make a positive change in their lives in 2016 and beyond.

As a chiropractor and former strength and conditioning coach myself I've been exposed to virtually all forms of rehabilitation and exercise. After tearing the meniscus in my knee nearly a year ago, I tried conventional rehab with little success. I was unable to play hockey or engage in many recreational sports for months. I even contemplated surgery after several setbacks with the injury. I began training with Jonathan 3 weeks ago and have noticed I now have 95% of my range of motion back in my knee as well as significantly improved range of motion in my hips. I was able to play hockey for the first time after my 3rd week with Jonathan with no problems. My shoulders feel much stronger and more stable as well. I overall feel like I am moving much more efficiently and that my risk of injury is much lower. The workouts are hard but extremely fun. Jonathan is way ahead of the curve with his knowledge and philosophy of training through movement. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their strength, overall fitness level and/or decrease risk of injury.

I enjoyed the fact that the workout sessions and the training studio is private-one on one training. There are no distractions with other people that you have at public studios. The environment is very clean and safe. Jonathan works with you the entire time you're there-correcting your form, making sure you do not injure yourself, cheering you on, and making sure you get the best 30min or an hour workout from each session. He helped me to understand the importance nutrition played in helping me reach my goals by keeping a food log. He is very focused on what he is doing. Plus I love the fact that it's close to my neighborhood in Oak Cliff.

I've been training with Jonathan for a while now, and he's the best trainer / coach I've ever had. He's got an vast knowledge of the human body. I love the way he uses this to tailor my fitness program to achieve my goals and for my specific form and condition. I can't imagine a trainer being more creative in developing exercises to strengthen the "core" (and all) areas of the body. Who knew that you needed to "turn back on" parts of the body? And just how to do it..? Not me.. The training I'm doing with Jonathan will guide and benefit me for the rest of my life. Seriously great stuff--check him out.
