Journey fitness is a new and innovative mobile gym service. The convenience of just walking out your door and going right into a workout along with the camaraderie of working out with a group of friends are just to name a few.
For those unfamiliar with Journey Fitness and the service you can find all the details at Journeyfitnessatx.com, but Journey Fitness offers privates, family, and group workouts, as well as nutrition coaching, and table stretching.

Jaison is an amazing trainer - he genuinely cares about your goals, and builds personalized workouts to help you accomplish them. He strikes the perfect balance between pushing you and cheering you on. This makes his workouts super challenging, but also effective and fun. Highly recommend Journey Fitness!

I’ve been working out with Journey Fitness for 1.5 years now and it has been life changing! I was 4 months postpartum and had herniated my disc a year prior with constant aggravation and pain. Jaison listened to my concerns and my goals and helped me gradually surpass where I wanted to be! I have always been an active person but could not enjoy the things I loved due to my back. He has made me a lot stronger while educating me on how to continue to build my strength so I do not injure myself again. The postpartum weight fell off and I feel and look great! I highly recommend them. I have worked out with many trainers before and it is very cookie cutter, Journey Fitness tailors your workouts every session to help you hit your goals. Doing this has truly been healing for my mind, body and soul!

Our fitness journey started with Journey Fitness two years ago and we are happier and healthier people because of such. Jaison Strambler, founder and owner, is not only an incredible trainer, but an incredible person as well. Our sons, ages 9 and 7, absolutely adore Jaison and when they happen to be home during our workouts, Jaison is so kind and fun towards them and also designs mini workouts to keep them entertained all the while making them stronger and thinking about health and fitness too! Jaison comes to each session prepared, positive and ready to meet each of his clients individual physical needs, always works around injuries or areas of discomfort, and will target specific areas his clients request. We also really appreciate that Jaison is prompt, uber respectful, and again, comes to each session with a positive attitude that is contagious and commendable. We truly look forward to our workouts with Jaison, even though he works us to meet our highest potential of physical fitness. Jaison’s repertoire also crosses over into diet and body work, so those really compliment the physical piece of fitness if one wishes to incorporate such into their health and self-care regimen. Having such a knowledgeable, dedicated, professional, and overall awesome trainer is a huge win and that is how we feel about Journey Fitness. It’s a win if you’re looking for one! We are super blessed Jaison came into our lives and lastly, we are lucky to call him not only our trainer, but a dear friend as well. PS Jaison and his wonderful wife Rachel welcomed their son Maddox into the world 5 mos ago and they are such great parents and he’s the cutest, best baby!

Best trainer in the business. I could not recommend anyone better. I've been in and out of gyms my whole life, and without question, Jaison has more knowledge of the human body than anyone else I've ever been around. I broke my back in a car accident, and still could not run, jump, or do a sit-up a year later. Shortly after the year mark I started training with Jaison, and he built my body back to how I remembered it as an athlete. He was key in my recovery, and today, I'm as active as I've ever been. I do not know where I would be without him.

Love Journey Fitness!! I have been working out with Jaison for several years! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, super personable and supportive!! Love that he pulls up into my driveway, unloads and sets-up all the equipment (weights, rowing machines, bands, ropes etc.) all I have to do is walk out my back door! If your looking to find someone who can support and train you regardless of where you are on your fitness journey Jaison is you guy!! You will not be disappointed!!

I’ve been working out with Jason for more than two years and I’ve never felt better. I had an on again off again relationship with fitness for my entire life.
