The most AMAZING experience !!!!! I am thrilled to be able to do yoga and be pregnant! My instructor was amazing and kept me in mind the entire time during class! She had such a gentle spirit and made sure I was comfortable when experienced yogies did more challenging moves! I loved ALEXANDER! What an amazing instructor β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ

Love my Joy Yoga studio. They have a yoga class to fit all levels. Staff is knowledgeable but also so warm and friendly that it makes the studio a place you want to be. I never feel any pressure to perform here, just people wanting to share their practice together. Highly recommend!

I love this yoga studio. I started coming here on a whim to improve my balance. I didn't think I really liked yoga. I had spent over a year at another studio before I got bored. Joy has such great classes and community that six months later I signed up for teacher training to deepen my practice even more. What a surprise!

I SERIOUSLY love this studio. From the staff up front, to the yoga teachers, it is one great experience after another. I highly recommend this studio to anyone just starting out or a seasoned veteran. This is the studio that made me fall in love with yoga and I plan to attend here for as long as I am living in Houston! :)

I found Joy Yoga through ClassPass and it's my favorite of the studios I've tried. I don't take yoga on a regular basis, so I really appreciated the instructor's attention to detail while explaining various poses and transitions. All the staff are very nice and helpful. I'll definitely be back!

I have been a member at Joy Yoga since February, and I could not be happier that I decided to join. The front desk staff are always pleasant and welcoming, and happy to help with anything you need. I've taken classes with many of the instructors and I really like the fact that there is such a variety, not only with the type of classes offered but with the individual styles of the instructors. I have enjoyed all of my classes but Brittany is definitely my favorite instructor. If you are considering signing up with a yoga studio, I highly recommend trying out Joy Yoga for a month. You'll be hooked! If you are new to yoga, I can say from personal experience that having the right instructors can make all the difference in the world. You will definitely be able to find the right classes and instructors to fit your needs here.

My daughter and I have been coming to Joy Yoga at the Voss location for over a year and we absolutely love it. We attend restorative on Monday evenings, slow flow on Wednesdays, and power flow on Saturday mornings. Our favorite instructors are Lauren, Katie, Susie, Megan, and Rose. We always just feel so good after any yoga class!!

This is my go to Yoga studio. It is always clean, the desk attendants are amazingly friendly and there is a wide array of teachers all bringing their individual styles to the studio. Find one you like or try them all.
I have recently started in their JYU for yoga instructor certification, the schedule is manageable, the teachers are amazing and they teach to a variety of styles. And make sure you have a good foundations of all the key principles of yoga instruction.

I love Joy Yoga. They have the best teachers and they offer classes for all levels (or moods!). The classes are the perfect length of time too: either one hour or an hour an 15 minutes. You warm up and cool down properly. I highly recommend either location.

Am trying for 30 days trial at $39 to see what I feel about doing yoga. All instructors I've been so far are great and so knowledgeable about our body - feel like I've learnt a lot and my body fit better already. Love this place and so easy to adjust.

I am really happy to be a member of this yoga studio! Everybody is nice and friendly, especially the front desk, and they have so many things going on to spice things up, like free Tshirts every now and then. They also have knowledgeable instructors who motivate students without being overbearing. The studio itself is neat and clean. It does not feel cramped inside. On top of that, what I absolutely is that they emphasize the practice part of yoga, rather than focusing on it as a workout. They have that vibe where, I feel happier and calmer after each class. I am really glad I decided to do yoga in this studio.

I am so incredibly lucky to work right across the street from Joy's Voss location. It's so convenient for me to hop over there for a power flow class during my lunch hour and I love to rock my flow after work with Megan! Everyone at Joy is so sweet and I'm always greeted with a warm smile when I enter the door. All of the classes are amazing and there's something there for everyone. From beginners to the advanced yogis, the teachers do an amazing job of making anyone on any level feel welcome :)

I've tried a few yoga studios around Houston and Joy Yoga is by far my favorite studio. They offer various flow classes for all levels of expertise. There are also different yoga workshops you can attend on the weekends. Joy also offers their own smart phone app, so you can keep track of your attendance, pay, and check their schedule all within a few clicks.
When I first strated at Joy, they offered a one free class for new comers, and $39 for unlimited amount of classes for the first month. It is a great deal especially for those who are afraid of commiting to a studio all together.
All of the staff and instructors at Joy are extremely kind and professional, I can't say there is one class I haven't enjoyed so far. But my favorite class by far is the Joy Rock your Flow. Megan, who is the instructor for this class, blasts her weekly playlist and shouts out different poses, she practices on the mat along side with you, and yogis can make the class as easy or as hard as your liking. Few other instructors I highly recommend are: Dakota, Lauren, and if you prefer to go to the Washington location, Larry.

I started going to Joy Yoga based on a friend's recommendation. I love this location. It is cozy and friendly and it didn't take long until the staff and teachers get to you know. I have some health issues and all have been very good about showing me alternate positions, or helping me modify my practice based on my needs that day. I also love that they have an app and I can make reservations from anywhere. They also have a bigger studio on Washington, which is included in the price and has a wider variety of classes, but since I'm a beginner, I haven't felt the need to expand my horizons that far yet!

I love getting by the Voss location whenever possible. It's just as excellent as the original spot on Washing Ave. Amanda Field's Joy Hatha Flow class today at 10:30am was fantastic. She has great energy, excellent instruction, and is always alot of fun!
