Students are guided through a variety of joint-specific, long-held poses designed to find and safely release areas of restriction. Props are provided for leverage and support.

Exactly what my body needed.
I’ve tried a lot of yoga styles over the years, but nothing has impacted my body quite like Kaiut Yoga with Renae. As someone who lifts, hikes, and spends too much time at a desk, I was constantly battling tight hips and limited range of motion. This practice helped me reconnect with my body in a way that feels sustainable and intelligent—not performative.

Life-changing!

Kaiut yoga is really great at resetting your body to move and flex the way it was meant to. Renae is excellent at both pushing your body to its limit, but giving personalized adjustments when needed. Highly recommend for people experiencing mobility pain, or those who simply sit at a desk too much so have tight hips and shoulders that need to be opened up.

Regardless of one’s age or conditions, Kaiut Yoga is the best practice for anyone trying to improve the health of their joints and their overall mobility. I know this because I’ve been practicing for a few months now and could not be happier with the results. Renae is the best Kaiut Yoga teacher in the country. Austin is so lucky to have her!

I have been an avid Yogi in practicing Hatha, Yin, Reiki and Restorative in an effort not only ease my mind and body, but to assist with major restrictions in my knees, feet and back. Nothing has been more beneficial for me than the practice of Kaiut over the past year. Renae's teaching style is efficient with her experience in education and fitness, and I highly recommend anyone that needs more physical relief or reduction of pain that other Yoga has not yet provided. I finally went to my first Kaiut yoga class. I love all types of yoga but this class is the only one I’ve ever been to where the students receive personal attention throughout the entire class, making sure we were always in the correct position for our bodies. I woke up the next day and could actually get out of bed, no sore muscles! Renae, our instructor is amazingly talented and very informative. This yoga truly is for EVERYONE.
