Zac’s comprehensive approach toward personal training begins with him helping clients identify the “why” which serves to fuel their motivation to change. He then utilizes his wealth of education and experience to personally tailor diet and exercise regimens that both acknowledges and honors where his clients are currently at physically while simultaneously pushing them to achieve realistic, measurable, and obtainable goals within a prescribed timeframe. As someone who recently returned to the gym after more than fifteen years away, his knowledge surrounding training and ability to modify workouts to accommodate injuries and mobility deficits has proven invaluable to my continued progress. I can’t speak highly enough about my experience partnering with Zac.

Zac is amazing! He really knows sports science and how muscles operate. Now that I’m older and more prone to injuries from muscle soreness or tightness, he does a fantastic job at preventing injuries. Additionally, my strength has increased exponentially and my endurance is so much better than it was!

Zac has been there since the beginning of my fitness journey and I’m grateful to have picked him as my trainer. He focuses on your technique and helps you come up with a training split that works best for you. I’ve seen him work with other clients and he truly cares about each individuals goals that they have set for themselves and pushes them to achieve those goals.

I was introduced to Zac about a year after I quit playing soccer my freshman year of college. I was struggling with working out and finding something to replace something I had done my whole life. I started thinking about power lifting and that’s when I met Zac. Zac has been such an amazing trainer and has trained me to be the strongest I have ever been in my life. Since training with Zac, not only have I become super strong, but I have never looked better or felt better about my body. He has helped me obtain my fitness and physical goals in which I would not have been able to start achieving without him. I am super excited to continue getting stronger and working with Zac!

I have been using Zack as my trainer for about the last 3 years- I come from a background of loving cardio as I did Ironman distance triathlons - but as I age I realized I needed to focus more on weight lifting - Zack has taught me how to lift weights with the correct form . I have slowly grown to really enjoy lifting weights - my goals at almost 65 years old are different than someone half my age but I am definitely stronger today and like the way weights make my body tighter - I would highly recommend Zack to help you get the results your looking for .

Been training with Zac for awhile now. He is my motivation. At this point, I know all the exercises, but let's be honest, I will find excuses not to go if I don't have my standing appointments every single week. He is great and super efficient. Doesn't waste my time. I'm in and out in 30 mins with a max benefit workout hitting those major muscles groups that in turn hit the smaller ones. 💪 Highly recommend.

Training with Zac has by far been worth it in every way. I was always the person that was very inconsistent in the gym and never stuck to a plan. Zac’s online program makes it super easy to keep up with workouts, meals, and the amount of weight you lifted last. I also do a few days of in person training a week to help me stay consistent. I’ve been with Zac for 5 months now, and the results in such little time are better than I expected.

I have always been fit but the older I get the harder it is to stay in shape. I've been working out with Zac for 2 years. He knows his profession. He is excellent at catering a workout for specific body; changing up routines, variations, even hand grips to maximize my personal workout to work through age related injuries and chronic conditions. In addition we are constantly talking about my daily routines and diet to get me in the best shape possible. I wouldn't work with anyone else, any where else!

I've been training with Zac since 2018. My goals then were simply to gain some confidence in the gym as well as some basic knowledge in my health and fitness journey. But after a couple of years (and thanks to Zac), I was confident enough try out competitive powerlifting. I've accomplished more than I ever thought possible, both physically and mentally. And even though I may no longer be competing, I'm still training with Zac regularly for both my mental and physical health.
Zac has guided me through several seasons of my fitness journey and has always been extremely helpful and supportive. He's very knowledgeable and patient but also extremely authentic and genuine. Couldn't recommend him enough to any and everyone! No matter your experience level, he's the guy for you!

Zac is a great and inspiring guy that will bring out the best possible version of yourself. I remember starting out as a timid new kid who was less flashy. By working with Kann’s performance, I have gained muscle and I am working on making more improvements. He is a patient man who will educate and help you when it comes to form, workouts, and dieting.
