I am so so grateful to have worked with Kelly - She is an amazing, encouraging trainer. Kelly took great care in listening to my goals at the start of our training & consistently made sure that I was not only improving my muscle strength and fitness, but also my knowledge of how to care for my body. As someone with a chronic illness, fitness can be challenging. Kelly was such an incredible support system for me through my journey of getting back into the gym and lifting weights again. She was a huge cheerleader for me, she celebrated even my smallest wins, and helped me build my self-confidence. Kelly is the real deal - She is honest and approaches training in a healthy, empathetic way. Kelly made a huge impact on my health and I still brag about her all the time! I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone seeking a reliable, kind, and ambitious trainer!

I've been working with Kelly for a long while now! And she's the most amazing trainer I've ever met. She has not only has helped me tone up and grow muscles that I never knew I could, but I also gained an amazing friend/therapist ππ. She makes me cry every week but the muscle gain and toning is worth every tear!

Kelly is a one stop shop. I met Kelly a year ago and sheβs changed my life. Not only is she a genuine human, she is incredibly knowledgeable in nutrition and fitness! I look forward to my workouts with her! Sheβs gentle but will silently kick your butt at the same time! I highly recommend training with her!

I've been working with Kelly as my personal trainer for almost a year now and my only regret is that I didn't find her sooner. It's hard to find good and genuine people, especially people to trust with something as important as your physical health. This journey in learning how to strength train is a very personal and vulnerable one. Kelly has not only led me through it gently and empathically, but she has also encouraged me and been my biggest cheer leader. She is the first to celebrate my PRs and remind me of how far I've come. I knew from my first meeting with Kelly that she was listening (hard to find these days), cared genuinely about her work, and would take things at my pace. She has personalized and adjusted my training as life transitions have arisen. She's flexible, thoughtful, and extremely knowledgeable. She also practices what she preaches and shares about her own journey, which makes her even more relatable. I trust that she knows what she's talking about and she does a great job at explaining proper form, her reasons behind the training style she uses, and is realistic about goal setting and strength gain. She approaches the work in a very healthy way and isn't pushing any fad diets or pushing her clients past their limits. She also knows a TON about proper nutrition and fueling the body. Her nutrition services have also helped me immensely and I finally have a healthy relationship with food and know how to fuel myself (something I never learned in school). She is body positive and non-judgemental. She is also full of compassion, humor, and very easy to talk to. Don't let her muscles fool you! She's one of the kindest people I know. If you are trying to find a trainer, no need to search any further. But don't take my training spots! :)

One of the best female trainers out there who can work with ANYONE. I have been with Kelly for a year now and have been loving every second. She listens, doesn't judge, and her programs are definitely helpful. I have lost and gain so much out of one year. She is LEGIT and can be a friend if needed. 10/10
